住宿位置不錯，也很安靜。

領取入住的密碼等，有點複雜。退房的鑰匙差點找不到地方歸還。 一樓大廳的房間鑰匙櫃其實不知道怎麼使用，好險沒有用到。 遇到很多組剛到的遊客到大門不知道如何進入。

La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro de Osaka, puedes ir andando perfectamente. El apartamento muy equipado con todo lo necesario, nevera, ducha, lavadora... Muy útil como centro para visitar Osaka. Calidad-precio excelente.

Al no tener recepción las gestiones y servicios se limitan un poco. Siempre han intentado solucionar los problemas y la comunicación era fluída pero en muchos momentos eché de menos la comunicación personal.

Location was perfect to visit Osaka. Even central location surrounding was quite. Low price compare to others

Room was very small. not recommended for family of 4. We had Wi-Fi issue and they couldn't solve it during 3 days. They provided another wifi of next room thus it was weak. Washing machine was old type.

Appartement récent dans un ensemble d'immeubles récents dispersés dans certains quartiers d'Osaka et repérables avec ce même nom (trois rien que dans ce quartier), sur un même modèle qui se propose d'offrir un accès facilité, et professionnel. Appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé (ascenseur, frigo, baignoire, machine à laver, wc séparé, kitchenette balcon...). Tout est pensé pour être fonctionnel et répondre à tous vos besoins lors d'un étape par cette métropole. Proche de tous les quartiers et du métro. Très bien sécurisé. Très propre, plutôt spacieux, moderne. Échanges faciles et réactifs avec les gérants/la conciergerie. Family mart et 7/11 au coin de la rue. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, service. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

Rien. Nous avons juste eu un souci à notre arrivée car il s'est avéré que la résidence avait un souci d'internet à cet instant. Nous avons échangé à distance, d'abord pour voir si le souci pouvait être techniquement réglé rapidement, mais afin de satisfaire au plus vite à cette problématique ponctuelle, nos hôtes nous ont proposé de nous installer dans un autre appartement à deux rues à peine, peut-être encore plus confortable. En 1h30, tout était fait, nous étions très bien ré-installés dans un appartement avec lits plus grands et internet fonctionnait parfaitement bien (eu coup c'est ce deuxième appartement auquel correspondent les photos illustratives). Merci à toutes l'équipe pour sa réactivité et de ne jamais avoir coupé les échanges tant que le problème n'était pas solutionné. Comme dirait mon fils, c'est carré ! Literie un peu ferme mais ça, selon les personnes on aime ou pas. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir poser ses valises avant 16h, même si l'appartement est prêt, pas de lieu pour ça. D'ailleurs, les codes d'accès ne fonctionnent qu'à partir de 16h précisément, ne soyez donc pas surpris si vous avez 5min d'avance, c'est normal.

Good sized room and location was ideal to get into the centre. Easy check in process, handy to have the washing the machine and clothes dry super quick on the balcony.

Only negatives were the wi-fi wasn't very strong, kept dropping out, and the Aircon was leaking onto one of the beds (room 301)

평소 일본 숙소에 비해 침대도 크고 방 크기도 좋았어요.

객실 청소 하는 직원분의 태도가 너무 별로였습니다.

Csendes, tágas apartman, nagyon jó helyen közel a metróhoz.

Csak dupla takarót adtak 3 főnek 2 db paplan volt. Azonban kérésre felár ellenében hoztak még egy takarót.

위치가 좋습니다~ 숙소 굉장히 조용하면서도 근처에 갈곳이 많았어요. 세탁기, 세제, 드라이기, 바디워시, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 칫솔 치약 있었고 2인이서 2박하는데 큰 바디용 타월 3장과 작은 타월 3장 있었어요. 그 외에 식기류, 전자렌지, 커피포트가 있었습니다. 침구도 굉장히 깔끔했고 문의 답변을 밤에도 빠르게 해주셔서 정말 좋았어요 다음에 또 오고싶습니다

Spacious room, localization, balcony. It's close to Yamato luggage forwarding center.

Large room, aircon worked very well. Beds were quite comfortable. Location is decent. Size is bigger than most rooms in Japan.

Pillow was a bit uncomfortable, pretty standard for Japan unfortunately.

Difícil acceder y lavadora sin ningún tipo de instrucciones. Tampoco puedes hacer una colada porque no hay donde tender.

First time using this concept. Liked the kitchenette and clothes washer. Small space but was sufficient for what we needed.

It was dark outside and our Taxi dropped us off outside the 7-11 so it took us several minutes to find it in the dark down the street. That was on us as I should have had more pictures so I knew what we were looking for.

Locatie was top, goede uitvalsbasis om Osaka te verkennen. Accommodatie was schoon en inchecken en online communicatie gingen makkelijk.

Ik vond de bedden niet comfortabel. De tweepersoonsbedden stonden tegen de wand, waardoor 1 persoon niet handig uit bed kon stappen. Kussens waren slecht (geen idee wat voor materiaal er in zat, maar we vonden ze alle vier onprettig en geen steun geven). De ruimte voelde krap voor 4 personen. Lag wellicht ook aan de indeling.

Vị trí thuận tiện, gần ga, taxi vào tận nơi, đầu đường có Family mart. Khu căn hộ yên tĩnh, gần chợ Koromon thuận tiện mua sắm, ăn uống.

Tôi ở 4 đêm nhưng không có dọn phòng.

The location

We just arrived in Japan and had issues with the internet, and couldn't check in. This meant we couldn't get the code to the lockbox. We tried to call the emergency numbers - no response at all. We ended up having to harrass a guest who let us get onto his room wifi, then finally found it. Not having a number to call in an emergency is a disgrace. Not enough hot water for 4 people to shower, room was very small. Not having simple things like wifi details visible - and always relying to be online and finding it in the check in link is silly. Make it easy for people! You offered an airport transfer - and then after going on chat, downloading the app, more mucking around, I found out there is no transfer after 5:30pm.

Perfect location. In a very quiet street but less than 8 mins walk to Namba Station and shopping streets, Dotonbori etc Modern clean apartments in a secured block with plenty of amenities including washing machine , air con, balcony etc. We washed our clothes and then took them to the laundromat across the road to use the dryers but you can also hang some clothes out on the balcony to dry. Loved having a balcony with sliding screen door - lets the fresh air in ! Beds comfortable. No noise from other rooms. Familymart 1 min walk away. Heaps of local food places to choose from. No onsite staff but very helpful and quick to reply to messages .

The pillows. We ended up going to Daiso and buying alternative ones.

Clean, larger than expected. Having the washer was a bonus (it was about halfway through our trip, so it was time for some clean laundry). Great location to the area as well as to Namba Station. Even though staff is not on-site, they are very responsive through email.

Not really anything we didn't like, but one suggestion is to add directions for the washer in English. That would be very helpful to us. We did figure everything out through Google translate. So, all was good

乾淨，自行入住，若住宿超過一晚，可在一樓自行拿取毛巾，就在黑門市場旁，可以買食物回去烹調或清洗食用，很方便。離千日前道頓堀心齋橋等逛街吃飯的鬧區很近，走路就可到，也有便利商店。

若住超過一晚要自行清理垃圾、換毛巾。 房間感覺沒有表示的大 房間內插頭、可以充電的地方超少。

The space was great for a family of 4, it was made better with a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge, with utensils to cook and clean), there is a toilet and a bathroom with a washing machine and clothes hanger externally on the balcony overlooking the other apartments, there is also a show cabinet and the location is just a minute or so from Kuromon market. Family mart is a few doors down, a lundretter also at the corner, many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to walk to Shinsekai, Namba, Animate, Dotonburi, Americamura. But if you’d prefer to take a train, there is one just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. There are amenities at the lobby for us to help ourselves with. It was a lovely location, lovely quaint place and even better the service from the moment I made booking to check out, the staff has been amazing. They are attentive and timely in their replies via messages. I was traveling with 2 young children and they were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much for such a comfortable and lovely stay. We would definitely come back.

很乾淨，隔音也很好，床很舒服，附近有一間全家，隔壁一條路就是黑門市場，有浴缸可以泡澡。

四人房三人住都覺得有點小，行李箱只能兩個半開，有大行李箱的話比較適合兩人住。

The location was superb, just a 2mint walk to Kuromon Market. About 5min walk to Nipponbashi Subway. 2 family mart just nearby and laundry shop just around the corner. Cozy apartment. Very clear instruction was given for self service. The response from the responsible was fast 👍

조용하고 주요 관광지인 도톤보리와의 거리도 멀지 않고 아주 좋았습니다. 가격이 다른 호탤의 절반도 안되었지만 편안하고 좋았으며 인근에 쿠로몬시장이 있어 더 만족했습니다.

위치가 좋고 가성비가 좋았음.

생각보다는 작았고 구조가 약간 별로였음.

The location is good, walkable to shinsaibashi, train direct to Nara and near to nakkai namba around 9 mins walk. Namba city is good with everything, there are a big Uniqlo can do customised printing T- shirts. Good for family although the room is small.

There is no drying function for washing machine. I request for clothes pegs unfortunately they don’t have. Limited hanger but lucky they manage to pass me some after request. There is a laundry shop around 2 mins walk with drying facilities.

The Location is just perfect. A walking distance to the markets but quiet.
