Ottimo soggiorno. L’hotel è accogliente, pulito e in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Amit, il manager, per la sua cordialità e attenzione nei nostri confronti. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e lo consigliamo.

Siamo stati molto bene in questo hotel e abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto l’accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff. La struttura è piacevole e il soggiorno è stato tranquillo e confortevole. Amit, il manager, è stato molto gentile e attento, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Un’esperienza positiva che ci sentiamo di consigliare.

If you’re looking for a good hotel on Arakasan Road at a reasonable price, Blue Pearl is definitely a great choice. The complimentary breakfast was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Amit for his excellent service and hospitality. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend Blue Pearl.

This hotel is good for a short stay at low cost. Room size was good. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom size is good. Lift was there. Staff were helpful. They offer free pick up from airport (of drop off) - whatever your prefer. That is a good gesture. Breakfast was good with some Indian food. Rooms fitted with universal sockets. AC kept the room cool. Had electric kettle in room with tea sachets.

The outside of the hotel is not cleanest part of the city - but that's how the Paharganj area of Delhi is. The hot water is not 24x7 - you need tell in reception to turn it on! Water leaked in room but they apologized and moved to a different room. The decor is bit old. Had to ask for toilet tissue. Rooms are not cleaned daily unless you drop your card in the box in reception.

Mohd saud a lovely guy made or stay very excellent. ! Also I would highly recommend the golden triangle trip was perfect and well organized by the hotel owner.

Staff was good

Hot water facilities is not there. No plug in bathroom,one has to carry water bucket from room to bathroom. They provide you hot water rod which can be used only in room.

The picture in the booking and reality showing same but just look old. And located in small street, near to market and train station so looks like poor area and feel unsafe if walking alone if you are lady in the night.

No tiene mala ubicación al viejo Delhi aunque no es la mejor zona para descansar… el personal es bastante amable.

Atención las fotos no corresponden con el estado real del hotel y las instalaciones. El hotel está bastante antiguo y desgastado pero lo peor es que no hay limpieza alguna de las habitaciones. En cuanto al servicio que dan extra siempre parece estar el precio bastante inflado respecto al valor original (trenes, tuk tuks, sims de tlf, etc)

No se asusten si entran como yo por el otro lado y encuentran todo cerrado por construcción, está la entrada más a la esquina, vayan preparado que no acondicionador en ningún hotel de la India, pasar una noche y menos mal porque al ir a desayunar me salió una cucaracha en el agua de la máquina del café. Ya podrían cambiarla

The staff was great even though I reached in the middle of the night, literally.very helpful and kind, the night manager Mr sharma and his attendant were very helpful and caring . Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrendous experience. There was leakage and a terrible smell in the bathroom when we asked them to check and clean they didn't even care, The customer service was terrible they only care about the money, the room might not have been cleaned for years i guess, it was that bad. Food was acceptable, not good but not bad either, there didn't offer any service they mention here. Overall, the worst experience of my entire trip

It’s conveniently located near the train station, and the rooms are good value for the price ( but before we left, we found a small cockroach)

It says free airport pick up, but that’s not true, you need to pay to go to the hotel; also if food was spicy and we said without any spicy.

Facilidad para hacer check in antes de la hora y la flexibilidad que da el alojamiento, ellos incluso te facilitan cambiar euros por rupias a un tipo de cambio competitivo y tienen una linea telefónica directa desde la habitación para contactar con recepción

Las habitaciones son bastante más feas y sucias que en las fotos, por el precio no se puede pedir mucho más, pero contar con que es el equivalente a un hostal baratillo en España

My second stay here, and both times were incredible. Kind and super attentive employees, good location and very clean and tidy rooms. I referred some friends and referred them to more friends.

La habitación era amplia y estaba muy limpia. Cama grande y cómoda, con enchufes a ambos lados de la cama. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y ventiladores. El baño con buena ducha y con geles y champú. El desayuno no era muy variado pero estaba rico. Lo pides por teléfono y te lo llevan a la habitación, ya que no hay comedor.

La zona en la que está ubicado nos advirtieron en varias ocasiones que no era un buen área. Situado bastante lejos de las zonas y monumentos turísticos.

Very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff and at really good location!

The shower was dirty and in the room there was a broken window covered from which it was coming a lot of noise.

It wasn’t what we were expecting and tbh we were a little disappointed about our stay! The hotel isn’t what’s in the photos. We only had breakfast once and didn’t eat it!

The bed was uncomfortable, the AC hardly worked and the photos didn’t represent what the hotel acturlly looked like
