very good hotel and staff with good cleaning.

Hotel is good but near by area is too dirty however I strongly recommended to people who want to stay near by New Delhi railway station.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely humble, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel itself was top-notch, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special mention to the cook/chef — the food was really nice, and they were kind enough to prepare it as per our preferences, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to visiting again! ❤️

The Hotel is very near to the New-Delhi railway station and easy to access and less than few minutes by walk. We reached there during a heavy rainy day by car. The Hotel staff assisted us to get to the Hotel. Due to rain the way to the Hotel was not okay but the staff took us through alternative way. The room was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was also good.

We checked-in in two different days. The first day, the bed Linen and pillow cover was bit dirty and looked like not changed. I informed the same to the staff and he promised that he will take a look. The second time the room was made better and the Linen and cover was clean.

No et donen clau del dormitori compartit, així que cada vegada que has d'anar-hi has de demanar a recepció i un empleat t'acompanya. Potser no és la opció més recomanable per dormitori compartit, però segur que per habitacions privades sí

The breakfast was nice with good variety , the room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water had excellent pressure. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They will come out to accompany you, help with your luggage, arrange transport, or even walk with you when you need to get picked up or dropped off as it’s located in a pedestrian only street.

The location is just opposite the railway station, which is convenient for some travelers but the road can get quite busy with heavy traffic so taxi apps will not pick you up. But there are plenty of tuk tuks. The hotel is located right in the middle of a market so the surroundings can feel overwhelming.

The staff was very friendly and polite. They were always there to help whenever we needed it. I was there with my family, and our rooms were pretty, close to each other, and cleaned every day. We ordered food from their restaurant; the noodle dishes and fried rice were tasty.

It would have been nice if the food/coffee we ordered had arrived within half an hour. Our family wasn't very happy with the Indian cuisine, such as dal tadka and veg sabji.

Whenever I come to India, I usually stay in Paharganj, and without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, helpful staff, wonderful cooks. Aamir was helpful with our requests and providing particular foods. Room was large comfortable with a lovely bath, great air-conditioning.

I walked into the dorm room and was surprised at how big and spacious it was. With big lockers and sturdy beds that did not shake. The bathroom was equally big and the best hot water I had in weeks. The entire staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. And breakfast on the roof was a nice plus

The rooms were small, no windows and the complex was noisy. The picture on booking. Com didn't reflect the actual location of the hotel. It was down a tiny street that was difficult to get luggage down. Booked for 2 nights only stayed 1

Le petit dej est copieux, et font de très bon café ! Raj est de bon conseils et très accueillant. Il est disponible également pour toutes vos questions. Beaucoup de shop au alentour, très pratique. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix, quand nous reviendrons en Inde nous reviendrons ici c’est sur. Merci pour tout !

I stayed at this hotel with my family for three days and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The service was very poor with almost an hour’s wait for a cup of tea, and some staff members were rude and unwelcoming. While the first day was fine our room and dustbin were not cleaned during the next two days causing an unpleasant smell. Even after repeatedly informing the staff no one came to inspect the room until the very last moment. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable and the password kept being changed making it difficult to stay connected . I request the management to improve staff behaviour and services and ensure that all guests especially families are treated with equal respect.

Room was not good, Water was not coming properly in bathroom . Bucket provided as back up is full of mud. Plug sockets were not working. Wifi disconnected very frequently, then they will give new user and password. After sometime that also disconnected and call reception, and they will give new user name and password. There is no road to the hotel an we need to walk around 500m and there are lots of street dogs in the way.

Thanks to Tanveer and all hotel staff. Our stay was very smooth and without a single problem. The hotel is smalll, clean, comfortable, and had all we needed to make our time in Delhi nearly perfect. At first we had our concerns about the location as it's in a "only pedestrians" run-down corner of town. However, we got used to it very quickly as it gives you a "first hand" experience into Indian way of living. Thanks heaps again. Namaste!

Everything is perfect , the staff is very nice and attentive, good breakfast, interesting sketchy but actually very safe area and next to Delhi Gate train station. Comfy bed, nice A/C and nice shower, staff members are very supportive on everything you might need

The reason they didn't get a 10 on the review was because their travel agent Raj, which apparently doesn't work there anymore, but so just you are aware in case you see him. Raj was dishonest and arrogant when we tried to book a train to rishikesh, he gave us a price 3 times more expensive than the price on the actual website, when we asked the reason he said that it was fully booked but he had those spare tickets. I work in sales and I know when something is fishy, his attitude was pushy and weird, so we declined. We walk to the main road and found a government agency nearby the train station, they booked for us the train ticket in less than 10 minutes in the real price from the website. If you get an offer from him, make sure that you have compared his prices with some other agents but specially make sure that the information he is providing is genuine.

The hotel is very clean and located opposite the Delhi Railway Station. And the room is very comfortable. The hot water comes quickly. The front desk staff of the hotel is very enthusiastic to help us find a driver and give us some travel suggestions. I like this hotel very much. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

The surrounding area is quite difficult to navigate and people should be aware that the streets around do flood during monsoon season

One day I feel very weak and couldn’t go for breakfast, later around 11.00 AM I ordered a food from room, and after few minutes kitchen supervisor came to my room and after conversation he told that they will serve the food for free. I thank them for understanding our condition

Leider war unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Bereits nach der ersten Nacht musste ich mein Zimmer wechseln. Das zweite Zimmer war leider ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Zum Glück sind wir insgesamt nur zwei Nächte geblieben. An der Rezeption wurde mir gesagt, dass ich mich am nächsten Tag noch einmal melden soll. Als ich am nächsten Tag zur Rezeption kam, war dort jedoch so viel los, dass sich niemand um unser Anliegen kümmerte. Nachdem wir ins Zentrum gegangen waren, wurde ich mehrmals über WhatsApp kontaktiert. Letztendlich musste ein Mitarbeiter unsere Sachen zusammenpacken und in ein anderes Zimmer bringen. Beim Check-out fragte mich ein Mitarbeiter bzw. der Manager, ob ich mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden gewesen sei. Ich erklärte ihm, dass das Zimmer leider etwas dreckig war. Darauf wurde jedoch überhaupt nicht eingegangen. Stattdessen wurde ich lediglich gefragt, ob wir das Frühstück probiert hätten. Auch das Rooftop-Restaurant machte leider keinen sauberen Eindruck und war ebenfalls sehr dreckig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für uns sehr enttäuschend. Besonders die Sauberkeit und der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde haben uns nicht überzeugt.

Dobre jedzenie restauracyjne (dodatkowo płatne), przyjemne śniadania, dosyć czysty pokój (pomijając sytuację z łazienką).

Od razu po przyjeździe menadżer bardzo napierał na nas, abyśmy anulowali wykupione wycieczki i pojechali na te z hotelu, mówiąc jak nam będzie źle i wypytując o każdy szczegół. Był na tyle natrętny, że już na starcie byliśmy lekko negatywnie nastawieni. W łazience okazało się, że mamy po prostu bardzo brudną (jedyną) rolkę papieru - ewidentnie komuś wpadła wcześniej do muszli. Recepcja była zdziwiona, że w ogóle prosimy o coś takiego jak nowa rolka skoro mamy. Była nas trójka i łóżko dostawka okazało się bardzo niewygodnym łóżkiem polowym. Sama lokalizacja hotelu jest specyficzna, ponieważ można mówić o „prawdziwych Indiach”, ale my zwiedziliśmy trochę więcej i tutaj akurat czuliśmy się jako Europejczycy niebezpiecznie (nawet nas zaczepiono dwa razy w pobliżu hotelu, żebyśmy nie wyciągali telefonów dla naszego bezpieczeństwa i pilnowali toreb). Mieliśmy wykupioną wycieczkę do Agry o 3 w nocy i na szczęście zgodził się ktoś z pilnujących w nocy hotelu nas odprowadzić do głównej drogi (hotel jest w jednej z mniejszych uliczek), ponieważ przy hotelu kręciło się w nocy bardzo dużo bezdomnych. Po drodze do głównej drogi wysypisko śmieci, co w ciepłe dni jest z oczywistych problemów bardzo problematyczne. Hotel był znośny, ale wybrałabym następnym razem inny. Opinie w dużej mierze wynikają zapewne z tego, że menadżer bardzo napiera, aby napisać przy nim opinię podczas wymeldowania - ja tego nie zrobiłam.
