Belle Vue Villa - Stunning Views with Hot Tub

Everything! What a stunning property. Quality build with amazing insulation and warmth. The views were next level. Spotlessly clean. The layout was great. It had everything we could have asked for and more.

Nothing. My partner and son had wanted some firmer pillows to sleep on. But it didn’t bother me.

Modern, warm, great facilities & location

The location of the property is breathtaking. It had an exceptional view and the house was very warm.

Our whole family loved this accommodation, and we all agreed it was the best holiday home we stayed in on the South Island of New Zealand. Here are some highlights: 1. The appliances, cookware and kitchen supplies are very new, good brands and high quality. 2. The bedding was clean, comfortable and cozy. There are bunk beds that the kids really enjoyed. 3. The entire house has a very modern and fresh renovation. 4. The view outside the window is lovely. 5. It’s close to the airport and shopping areas, and very convenient for getting to Arrow Town. 6. The host and maintenance team were extremely friendly

We loved the location. The property was very clean and comfortable. We also loved how there was essentials supplied like salt and pepper, washing powder etc.

We couldn't get the bedrooms on the middle floor blockout blinds to work. They still had curtains though. It really wasn't a big issue but we wanted the owners to be aware.

Very new, all electric appliances are good brands. Beds are comfortable. Location is good.

Really view spot, the place is new, clean and convenience to go everywhere. Highly recommend.

This property was outstanding for the views, easily accessible to the town and lots of things to do. All basic needs were provided and appreciated. Highly recommend! I would stay again.

A lift somewhere would have been great because we are older and bringing luggage up from the garage was the only hardship.

Everything is just good enough

This property was EXCELLENT. I have stayed in the Queenstown area for the past 10 years. I have stayed in hotels and other places but this by far was the BEST. The property management was excellent-they were quick to respond to any queries. The property was PERFECT. Warm, modern and comfortable. We went in July and it was sooo cozy. They thought of EVERYTHING. Usually, I'm used to home stays being not well stocked-having to go by everything from dishwashing soap to trash bags. That was NOT the case here. The property was sooo well stocked. It is absolutely perfect for a family trip. I also noted they had top of the line heating/cooling and appliances that made staying VERY enjoyable. I usually don't go back to the same location but as this was so perfect, I believe this will be our 'regular' stay in Queenstown. Kudos, Bella Vue!

Thanks a lot for Katrina and her team. We had a wonderful trip in this holiday house, everything is amazing. The lake view is just in front of us, and the house is beautiful, clean, and very new. It is very convenient to everything, the ski mountain, the woolworth and the downtown.

Property was extremely clean. View was better than the photos. Communication excellent. Drive to QT central less than 10 mins

Stunning Views, very well kept property! Perfect spot for group of friends or family. We were also lucky to also enjoy the recent aurora from balcony!!
