NAIA Terminal 3 Insane Interior, Be the Boss

We arrived and followed the booking instructions to check in at reception, but no one came to meet us or check us in. We called and sent messages via Messenger and WhatsApp as instructed, but received no response. We waited for two hours, only finally receiving a message from someone who said they were a different co-host, informing us that the property had been double-booked and that there was no room available for us. We were then offered another room in the building for 2,500 pesos. However, while we were upstairs looking at the available room, the price suddenly increased to 3,500 pesos. It was also concerning that there were no EFTPOS or card facilities available and we were being asked to pay in cash, particularly given that the price was changing while we were there. Also that time of night wandering around in the dark looking for an atm. By this point, it was 9:30pm, leaving us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. I had to pay for another hotel myself and subsequently requested a full refund, given that our confirmed accommodation was not available and I’d have to do request through booking.com The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. Being left waiting for two hours at night, receiving no response to multiple calls and messages, and then being told at the last minute that our confirmed booking was unavailable was completely unacceptable.

Quick walk via overpass to T3 was so convenient for early morning flight. Comfortable, well equipped apartment for 2. Heaps of great restaurants in area within easy walking distance- La Fuk had great local food- beef tapa delicious

Taxi driver from Cubao had some difficulty finding the accommodation, but all good when said next to Savoy Hotel- he knew that landmark 👌

Camera confortevole e ampia facilmente raggiungibile dal terminal 3 adatta a chi fa scalo per una notte. Ottima l'assistenza dello staff.

Nota (non negativa ma solo come indicazione per altri utenti): la struttura è di fronte al T3 al di la della strada principale che non puoi attraversare uscendo dall'aeroporto. Per raggiungerla devi utilizzare una passerella sopraelevata (che collega l'aeroporto con l'altra parte della strada) posta tutta a dx della zona arrivi (senza uscire dall'aeroporto) salendo con gli ascensori al piano 4d. Una volta scesi dall'altra parte dovrai camminare un centinaio di metri ai lati della strada principale.

Ciężko znaleźć dobre wejście do apartamentu, proponuję właścicielom nagrać filmik lub przygotować krok po kroku instrukcje ze zdjęciami

Netflix free. Good shower. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Towels included. Clean not smell at all.

I guess the building need pesticides again because I saw two small cockroach, I do not think is the fault of the owner because in was in the bathroom possibly from the tubes.

We were sleeping in Manila just for the night and needed a place close to the airport. Walking distance to the airport so it was perfect for us.

Very modern and clean apartment. Very good located close to the Airport, so perfect who needs a quite location next to the airport. Round about the apartment are a lot of restaurants, so it’s very easy to get some food and drinks. Bed was very comfy.

Location to airport is close, malls and other transport is quite nice. The host of the hotel was quite nice. Was very attentive and worked really hard. Thanks Mark :)

There were lots of cockroaches. I removed some of them but they kept appearing.
