Clean, comfortable, beautiful big flat, with a nice view. Excellent location, easy access, very accomodating and responsive host, free parking upon request. Bathroom with heater, washing machine and basic kitchen needs available though we didn't use.

This property is incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. The friendly host made it even better. We couldn’t have asked for more. This place is truly outstanding. I was so happy and satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely book it again and highly recommend it.

The property was set in a great location with one of the best views. The unit itself was modern. Spacious, and decorated in warm neutral tones with efficient air conditioning system.

The master bathroom had what looked like black mold in the shower. The property was overall clean except the showers. Also we came a couple of hours early and was not able to check in but were told that we had to wait in the hot lobby with all our luggages for two hours. The front desk staff were not friendly nor accommodating. They seemed indifferent and were on their phones .

Wonderfully located and a good launching pad for daily excursions. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Neighborhood very modern and felt very safe.

In the heart of BGC, walking distance to High Street, Burgos Circle. McDonald’s is right in front, Watsons Pharmacy right behind. Very convenient to nightlife if that’s your thing. Love the layout, 2 spacious bathrooms, rooms are well lit.

Quiet enough but take note, it’s near Burgos Circle, so noise does penetrate the building

The apartment was clean and inviting. The photos are accurate. The beds were a firm foam material, soft but supportive. All the air-conditioning systems worked well. There apartment has hot water, which is important because not all apartments in Philippines do. The view is fantastic. The washing machine and dryer were a god send after 9 days in Palawan. The location is very central to many of the restaurants and shopping centres we visited. The study area was great for my husband. There were 5 of us staying. 1 double bed, 1 queen bed and either the couch or foldable foam mattress in the master wardrobe. There are 2 full bathrooms and a toilet next to the washing machine.

The washing machine leaked a little when in use but is in a separate room with a tiled floor so it wasn't really an issue.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was very nice and spotless, making it comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating—she even allowed us to leave our luggage for about 2.5 hours after checkout, which gave us extra time to explore around BGC without any hassle. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, good size apartment, and a very helpful staff.

Was a little hard to find the correct location because of all the large buildings in the area. Two of the letters of the name signage in front of the building were not lighting up making it hard to see. Otherwise, everything was great.

Place was nice and clean and comfortable. Location is good too.

The master bedroom bed is not heavy (80kg) people/ 2 people proof. It kinda sunk midway through the stay.

Location ( near my conference venue), very spacious and clean. It has all the equipments of a 5-stars hotel and has a great view. The staff is very friendly and service oriented - even sharing tips on what to do nearby. Highly recommended!

Very modern place and it was like my second home

The property was very clean. It has a beautiful view of BGC. My family was relaxed and excited to spend their day and night in the area. As a bonus, the whole unit is Instagramable 😊 I will definitely book again!
