Daniella’s Modern & Cozy Suite in Uptown BGC

The room was nice. Only issue was that there was no running water due to a pipe leakage somewhere in the building so we were unable to shower or use the restroom. Booked 3 nights but had to check out the next morning because of the inconvenience. Though non-refundable, the owner agreed to give me a refund but I have yet to see that money returned to my bank account.

Bottom line is, having no running water is much too inconvenient for a room that was paid for in full ahead of time. Especially for one that is non-refundable. You end up debating if it's worth it to stay, or to check out and most likely lose your money.

Near uptown mall Requested a cot and was provided, very thankful.

Noise, it is either renovation, building construction or noise that is like some wheeling 30 bins at night, early morning.

Everything about the unit was awesome, I would come back without hesitation.

Trash wasn’t picked up 2x a day as indicated, we couldn’t leave the trash out (per instructions); but when we waited the night before we were to leave between 4 pm and 9:15 pm - NO ONE SHOWED UP. B5 where I brought the trash to at 4:30 am is dingy and had roaches everywhere, I had to look for it because there were no markings; it was not my fault but felt I was punished for their mistake and the guy on duty that night was not helpful at all - I wonder how much the association dues is, whatever it is; it’s too much. We checked out around 4:45 am to catch our flight.

The host was very accommodating. Property was nice and facilities was great. It was on a good location as well and walking distance to a lot of places to visit in the area. Overall 10/10

Parking was a bit far so keep that in mind when you have your own car. Otherwise it's all great.

The owner/host is very accommodating and kind and easy to talk to.. will definitely book this place again once i get back to PH. The place is cozy,clean and comfortable.

We truly loved the apartment and all its amenities, its cleanliness and easy access to all the surrounding Malls etc around Uptown BGC. The host was nothing short of super nice and accomidating to all our needs as we stayed there for 14 Days. Additionally all the building staff were super friendly and helpful also. Overall we had an awesome stay and experience. Thank you

The position of the appartment is perfect. There is everything what you need. Everything is in walkable distance. The equipment of the appartment is nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Like everywhere there is starting little mold in the shower. I would reccomend to treat that before it gets everywhere. The appartment is nice and this is the only small mistake but it can become huge problem later

Location is very good.

It was disappointing and not explained in the property description that guests cannot use the property facilities on Friday, Saturday and Sunday ..... the pool, the gym, etc. That was one of the main reasons we booked this place. We were there on Saturday, and Sunday.

Location was amazing. Conveniently walking distance to the uptown mall and Bonifacio high street. Room was clean and washer/dryer was very handy! Staff were also very welcoming and helpful. Great customer service by home owner, and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner and was very helpful. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book again on my next trip to the Philippines.

The property is spotless. Very comfortable bed and very nice shower. I end up buying the same shower head when I get back home.

Upgraded facilities since my last visit in May 2023; both aircons have been upgraded, bidet and shower head has been replaced (water pressure is also very good), internet connection is very stable. Again, the utilization and configuration of property space is very roomy Very great communication with property owners regarding early luggage drop off; the property was immaculate and spotless upon official arrival. Will definitely rent out again when I am in the area~

Great location near Uptown Mall and across the street from Mitsukoshi Mall. Good in-room amenities (TV with Netflix, 5G WiFi, washer and dryer combo, kitchenette, refrigerator, heated shower, double air cons) and the bed and sofas were comfy. The decorum was sleek and modern than comparable listings.

WiFi connection dropped intermittently at times, room can get a bit cramped for a family of 4 with luggage, elevators were slow and out of order some days

Location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. Not too congested and right next to Uptown Mall and other convenieces.

The hosts were very responsive! We booked the place in short notice & not long after the booking I have already received their messages. They answered our questions very timely. The check-in process was very smooth even though we didn't have to meet anyone aside from the front desk. The place was clean & complete even with a laundry machine. What you see in the photos is what you get. I think it will be a good place for those who wish to stay long in BGC. The location is right across Mitsukoshi Mall and a short walking distance to Uptown Parade and Uptown Mall.

Please do note for future guests that there is an ongoing construction in one of the neighboring units. I was told it's everyday from 9am-4pm. The noise can be distracting. You may also want to note that they don't have a parking slot in the building but they will give you good options not far from the building. We also tried to extend our check out but unfortunately it was not possible. It would have also been nice to have a welcome pack especially for tourists who are new to the city.
