Stylish apartment with a king bed

Piękny apartament, czysty, było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy na 3 dni w Wiedniu. Szkoda, że nie ma klimatyzacji:-(ale przychodziliśmy późnym wieczorem i wiatraki dawały radę, pomimo temperatury na zewnątrz 36 stopni. Bardzo blisko mieszkania, jest parking podziemny w rozsądnej cenie:-) Polecam w 100 % mieszkanie.

It’s a really new apartment and it’s close to the essential stations with a supermarket nearby.

The sofa has visible stains and also some dust. The mattress in the room is dented in which may be a sign for a replacement. The apartment does not provide boxed tissues

Apartamento muito espaçoso e muito bem localizado. Possui todos os utensílios básicos necessários para uma estadia tranquila (inclusive um pouco de óleo, sal e açúcar!). A poucos minutos do Belvedere e a um ônibus de distância de várias atrações da cidade. Fizemos a reserva de última hora e apesar disso não tivemos qualquer problema para fazer o check-in ou adequar o apartamento para três pessoas. Chuveiro ótimo, cama, jogos de cama e banho maravilhosos. Inclusive tabs para lavar roupa e louça estavam disponíveis! Incrível! São os detalhes que tornam uma experiência ótima!

Konum şehrin her yerine ulaşabileceğiniz tren ve tramvay duraklarına bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Tramvayın geçtiği cadde üzerinde. Caddede market, fırın, kafe, restoran, büfe mevcut. Asansörlü geniş bir bina. Giriş kodunu mail ile aldık, anahtarı eve girince masa üzerindeydi. Genel olarak maillere hızlı cevap veriliyor. Ev temiz, geniş, ferah ve huzurluydu. Apartman da sakindi. İşlek bir cadde olmasına ve tramvay yolu üzerinde olmasına rağmen genel olarak sessiz ve sakindi. Tabii pencereler kapalı iken. Pencere açıksa ve çok hafif uykunuz varsa sabah ilk tramvayların sesini duyabilirsiniz. Hassasiyetiniz varsa iç avluya bakan daire sorabilirsiniz. Eşyalar yeniydi ve bir evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey vardı. Fırın, mikrodalga, kahve makinesi, kettle, çamaşır makinesi, ütü, tv... Hepsi iyi durumda ve çalışıyorlardı. Misafirler için kahve ve çay bırakılması güzel bir jestti. Sıcak su mevcuttu, merkezi ısıtma paneli var. Biz mayıs ayında konakladığımız için hava soğuk değildi, çalıştırma ihtiyacı duymadık. Yaz için taşınabilir fan da vardı. Yatak ve yastıklar geniş, çok yumuşak ve rahattı. Rahatlıkla herkese tavsiye ederim. Tekrar çocuklarımla gelince tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Tuvaletin ışığı bozuktu. Tuvalet ayrı banyo ayrıydı. Bu yüzden ve sadece iki gece kalacağım için dert etmedim. Ev sahibine haber versek belki yapılırdı ama şehirde çok az zamanımız vardı. Bununla uğraşacak vaktim olmadı.

- nice and cool staff - very close to the center city - a lot of grocery stores and metro station nearby - spacious and has all necessary utilities

L'appartamento è grande e valido anche per 4 persone, è pulito ed abbiamo trovato ciotole e lettino per il nostro cane,grazie. Anche perché poi i cani non sono ben accetti in generale a Vienna,forse siamo stati sfortunati noi. Posizione a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro , vicinissima all'orto botanico ed al belvedere e ben servita in generale.

Noi preferiremmo sempre la doccia alla vasca ma il bagno andava benissimo e comunque ne eravamo a conoscenza,quindi tutto ok

Everything was just great, beautiful apartments, clean, location at the highest level, there is everything for a comfortable stay, even capsules for washing, thank you very much, these little things are very valuable. There were a few questions, and they were answered very quickly. Without a doubt, I recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you for your work

Everything was great, but the sofa could have been taken to a dry cleaner for an even better result.

Most everything especially the deep bathtub, the separate toilet, the decor, comfy bed and pillows, location.

There are soft lamps in the living and bedroom which were lovely, but all the ceiling lights were all white light and extremely bright and clinical, warm light globes would have been much better. The smell of cigarettes in the stairwell, but not the fault of the property owners

The location was great. The place was clean.

The staff didn’t respond when I called and messaged about earlier check-in. I didn’t like the check in is at 3 Pm. After a long trip, we arrived in the morning. there’s no way to store your bags at this place and there’s no reception. There’s hot water for only 2-3 minutes at a time. The staff told us to reset the boiler each time. Three people had to shower with 3 minutes at a time. Hop out of the shower. Restart the boiler then hop in.

Prima appartement, heerlijk ruim, fijn bed. Wel wat zacht maar prima. Dicht bij de tram.

Het warme water was na 2 minuten douchen op. We hebben het aangegeven en we kregen meteen een intructie maar dat hielp niet. Hopelijk wordt het snel verholpen want het is een heerlijk appartement.

The water heater for the shower was onltly working for 5 min at a time!

В апартаментах нет кондиционера и очень душно, из-за этого спали с открытыми окнами. А примерно с 03.30 утра прямо под окнами начинают ходить трамваи, а окна открыты, спать просто невозможно! Подушки были несвежие

Appartamento pulito, estremamente accogliente ed in ottima posizione. Staff gentile, professionale e velocissimo.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die ganze Einrichtung wirkt sehr harmonisch. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über Booking war super und sehr wertschätzend und freundlich. Wir wurden zum Beispiel gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen.......

Der Checkin war unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gute Ausstattung. Das Haus hat Charme und liegt sehr zentral. Bäcker und Lebensmittel findet man in direkter Nähe. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls, man kann aber auch gut zu Fuß in die Wiener Innenstadt gehen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden !!!

These apartments are incredible! Everything is very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bathroom is stocked with soap, shampoo, and shower gel. The location is perfect — close to supermarkets, a bakery, cafés, public transport stops, and there’s great access to the airport (the S7 stops about 100 meters from the apartment). The staff was friendly, always in touch, and ready to help at any moment. We’d be happy to come back here again. Thank you!

There were some interruptions with the hot water, and the kitchen really lacked a cutting board. The keyless door entry system — accessible only through a personal online account — wasn’t very convenient, especially if your phone battery dies or there’s an internet issue.

Easy communication with the property owner. The flat is not in a central location but is conveniently accessible via public transport to the city center. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the space is quite spacious.

Cleanliness could be improved. The sofa bed is not quite spacious enough for two adults, making it less comfortable for sleeping. Additional blankets would have been appreciated, as the flat can get a bit chilly.

The apartment was amazing! The living room is very spacious, the bed was soft and the kitchen was well-equipped. We also really enjoyed the design. The apartment is located in 3 minutes walk from Botanical Garden and Belvedere and it was very easy to get to the centre by tram.

Easy communication with owners. Easy check in. Nice location. Walkable. Tram in front street. Belvedere is just behind. Groceries, restorans, bakeries all around. Very clean, spacious

Spacious apartment, nice interior design and good facilities. No AC but we were given electric fans. Apartment is also in a good location (near the grocery and trains)

The door lock. We accidentally left the keys inside the apartment and the host told us we need to call the locksmith to open the door. The locksmith charged 240 Euros. Also, the sofa bed needs a bit of cleaning.

It was same as in the pictures, very clean and cozy. The host was very easy to reach via booking.com. The apartment is close to public transportations and to other facilities

Great location. Clean & comfortable. Washing machine. Close to transit, restaurants. Suited our needs perfectly.

A bit noisy from street. No kitchen tea towels or recycling bins. Shower kind of a bad design. Really hard to have a shower without getting a fair amount of water on the floor. It leaks out under and around clear movable shower panel. Extra TP, garbage bags would have been handy.

Location is perfect, app is new and clean, host was helpfull.

App should have a broom and better air conditione.

Good location of the apartment. Very close to the Rennweg station with good connections to the airport and the center of Vienna.
