Nost algia S Hotel Chengdu KuanZhai Alley

Wir waren mit unserem 4-jährigen Sohn in einem Familienzimmer. Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei (chinesisch und westlich). Es gibt zwei Metrostationen, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. In der Nähe gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Bäckereien. Wir waren mehrmals im Peoples Park. Unserem Sohn hat es dort besonders gut gefallen. Das beste an dem Hotel ist aber das Personal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und die Reinigungskräfte waren unglaublich freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Great location very near People’s Park and in a quiet neighbourhood with trees that provide plenty of shade. The room is very clean, especially the floor and toilets. Breakfast is excellent. Staffs are all very helpful, even helped to book musuem tickets!

The welcoming reception staff on arrival and throughout our interactions during our stay. The uniqueness of the hotel, the great location away from usual busy cbd hotels, great to be in the outer area and see a glimpse of day to day local lives. Location within easy walking distance to most of our activities. The breakfast staff also very welcoming and happy every day we arrived for breakfast. Highly recommend.

We got upgraded to a very big room. None of the staff speaks english but they have a device for translation. The staff are warm and service-minded. They have tea, ice and coffee machine at the lobby at all times. Snack in room and light meal to grab if you need to check out early or check in late as well. The location is convenient with 2 train stations, and near kuanzhai alley and renmin park. Breakfast is also lovely. Would come back to stay here.

Tivemos uma recepção muito especial quando souberam que minha esposa havia machucado o pé na viagem. Adoramos e somos muito gratos. A comida do hotel é perfeita e o atendimento também atencioso. Especial agradecimento a recepcionista de nome Tim Tim, que se ofereceu para acompanhar minha esposa no médico no seu dia de folga.

Les chambres côté rue du 1 étage (RDC) trop près du trottoir. J’ai demandé à changer et c’est fait sans problème. La chambre du troisième étage coté intérieur me convenait mieux. Comme il y’a un ascenseur cela ne pose aucun problème.

Rooms were just like photos and staff were very friendly and helpful. They had late night snacks you could have. Room was clean and provided lots of amenities and snacks.

A very charming boutique hotel. Great location, just 15 mins walk away from Kuanzhai Alley, Renmin Park. Staff is very warm, and customer centruc. Room is beautiful, cozy comfortable beds and we love the snacks and drinks! Charming location at the heart of a neighbourhood authentic!

Breakfast was simple but good, with local dishes. They offer a different noodle each day, which made breakfast more interesting. The location is near 宽窄巷子, within walking distance, and it’s convenient to get DiDi transportation.

There was a bit of noise at around 2 a.m. on the second night, probably from a late check-in guest.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, hotel is clean and beautiful. They are very thoughtful, providing ginger drink, chrysanthemum drink etc in the lobby and free late night dessert/supper like century egg porridge, red bean soup, pumpkin soup which was really lovely in the cold weather. Hotel is within walking distance from Kuanzhai Alley. There are also small eateries and convenience store just next to the hotel. I can't recommend it enough. Two thumbs up.

Номер маловат (эконом) , но для Китая это нормально. Туалетная комната не изолирована от остальной комнаты (просто стеклянная перегородка и над дверью нет стены) не очень комфортно, если ты не один в номере. Если одному жить, то все ок.

Le ragazze della reception non parlano inglese ma con il traduttore ci si capisce benissimo; sono state gentilissime e disponibili ed ogni giorno ho trovato in camera un regalino diverso. Le camere sono dotate di ogni tipo di amenities; c'era persino il colluttorio monodose. Acqua e snack riforniti ogni giorno. C'è anche un comodissimo servizio lavanderia gratuito; consegnato il sacchetto alla sera ed il giorno dopo ho trovato i vestiti puliti e stirati in camera. La colazione è quasi completamente asiatica ma è tutto molto buono e gustoso...la sala della colazione è un pò piccina ma gli spazi son quelli. Non si possono fare miracoli. Sono ripartita alla sera e mi hanno tenuto i bagagli in custodia tutto il giorno.

Nádherný hotel, pokoje byly v poměru k ceně na vysoké úrovni, čisté a velmi dobře vybavené. Trochu hlučnější prostředí, ale nabídnou vám špunty do uší:) personál na recepci velmi milý a nápomocný. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, bohatý výběr. Určitě doporučuji, skvělý pobyt.

staff service was superb. all smiles from reception to the cafe. drinks provided at all times at reception area, good breakfast with smiles, room is clean and comfort though compact and new. very good boutique hotel to stay and highly recommended. the only downside is that it is not sound proof. Can hear door opening and closing very loud and dragging of luggage bags. However, there is ear plug provided, so with as a light sleeper, it does not bother me.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay at the Nostalgia Hotel in Chengdu. The location is great: situated close to two major subway stations and within easy walking distance of a bustling pedestrian district. Our room was beautifully designed, felt brand new, and was equipped with excellent amenities. We were impressed by the thoughtful daily perks, including fresh tea for the room, biscuits, yogurt drinks, and bottled water. Even better, the hotel provided complimentary laundry service, which was a huge convenience. Overall, our stay was incredibly relaxing. We highly recommend the Nostalgia Hotel to travelers who value a combination of a prime location, quiet surroundings for restful sleep, and exceptionally high-standard rooms.u

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, la decoración del sitio, el desayuno estaba bien y te atienden de forma simpática aunque no hablen ingles tienen los traductores, también me dejaron dejar las maletas dos días mas.

las camas no eran super cómodas y con maletas grandes la habitación se queda un poco pequeña, si te quedas cerca de recepción hay ruido en la mañana.

They also accommodated to change to another room since I mentioned the lobby room is a little noisy since close to the entrance Location wise is good. Mi è piaciuto tutto!! Ci hanno trattato come dei re.. le ragazze della reception erano fantastiche, disponibili, gentili e sorridenti comunicavano con noi con un traduttore che funzionava benissimo. Ci hanno fatto dei regali, ci hanno lavato i vestiti gratuitamente, nelle camere c’era di tutto ( crema per il corpo, colluttorio, acqua, snack ecc) Nella hall c’era sempre acqua, caffè, zuppe, caramelle e pop corn a disposizione oltre a prodotti per la cura personale come elastici per capelli e cotton fioc. La colazione prettamente asiatica ma tutto molto gustoso.
