Live in a stylish home in the center of Oslo

I guess, the only thing we (four of us - two couples) liked the location, even though it was contineously loud during the nights.

Well, rather a few things: The entire flat appeared not to have been cleaned!?? There was an half-empty juice bottle sitting on a shelf, a piece of dirty laundry in a shelf in the bathroom, thick dust on top of the fridge, no curtains in one of the bedrooms (we had to hang a blanket onto the window to achieve some darkness) the wall-heater in the living-room wasn't working, the washing machine was full-up with someone's washing, so was the dryer. But there is even more: the fridge had a rather unusual position and some old stuff in the freezer compartment, the cooktop didn't function, the TV didn't have any instruction how to work (and despite trying, we didn't get it to work) and one couldn't plug the washbasin. However, what topped it all in a negative sense was the size of the so-called 2nd bedroom: one could hardly move and there was absolutely no room for any suitcases or else. Below, I have provided photos about each shortcoming. Finally, we tried to contact the host, but didn't get back any reply. I certainly want you to provide me with your process of obtaining a full refund for this most disappointing experience!

El apartamento era amplio y bien decorado. La ubicación cercana al centro. La recogida de las llaves y la comunicación con el propietario fue buena

Faltaba menaje en general, y éramos 5 y no había tazas ni sillas para todos. Solo nos dejaron sábanas bajeras para una cama y tuvimos que poner la secadora y esperar 1,5hs a qué secaran las que estaban dentro. Cómo decían en otros comentarios no había cafetera, la vitro no funcionaba y la tapa del WC estaba rota. La limpieza regular. No había cortinas, estores o similar en las habitaciones

The host was very communicative and provided a lot of information in good time. There was an elevator in the building so it was easy to move our things up. There was a parking house right on the corner, as well as some grocery stores.

One of the rooms was quite small, hard to get around the bed, but once you settle in it works just fine. 😊

It was renovated well with great accessories and amenities. The price was pretty nice

Retrieving the key from outside a shop where the woman didn’t know much was a bit weird and scary. The property was kinda dirty, one room didn’t have the curtains and the bedsheets were bleached. The are where the flat is located is a bit loud.

No estaba nada limpio, había colillas en el cenicero de la terraza, ropa en la lavadora, edredones con manchas y sábanas poco limpias y arrugadas, la vitrocerámica no funcionaba, había una cocina eléctrica que casi no calentaba

La casa con la luminosidad y la terraza. Barrio multietnico con diversidad. Olores culinarios de especias que te transportan. Tranquilo en la noche.

No tiene parking y los que estan cerva son muy caros. Se puede aparcar en la calle con aplicacion easypark. No tardamos mucho en encontrar sitio. Gratis de 20 a 9 horas y domingos. Cafetera echamos en falta.

The location was good

Kitchen appliances didn’t work properly

- clean beds

- tap in the bathroom is too short - the old stove that was provided is very slow - shady neighborhood - no cleaning equipment was provided (broom sticks, mops or vacuum cleaners). we had to bear with dirty floor

Lejligheden lå i et utrygt kvarter, og der blev handlet med stoffer i gaden. Der sad ubehagelige mennesker i gaderne, som gjorde det utrygt at færdes. Vi fandt et andet sted at overnatte, da vi ikke ville byde vores børn sådan et sted. Ydermere manglede der parkering til vores bil, og den besked fik vi først om morgenen på vores ankomstdag! Der lå en parkeringskælder i nærheden, men prisen for parkering var så dyr, at det ville ha' oversteget prisen på selve overnatningen. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale en overnatning i denne lejlighed.

Ingen ac som utlovats, bäddsoffan var stenhård,tv funkade men högtalaren var trasig,spisen fungerade inte ersattes av en spisplatta som fungerade ibland, otroligt väsen både dag och nattetid i området, verkade vara mkt kriminalitet i området

God plass og enkelt å finne frem.

Leiligheten er ganske slitt og enkelt innredet. Sofa burde være byttet ut.

Great view off the balcony. Very spacious and well equipped. Clean. Walking distance to most anything. Neighborhood is a little busy and ethnic. Would stay here again.

Check-in was a bit lengthy, yet host was responsive.

The apartment was lovely, spacious with 2 bedrooms and a little balcony situated in a cosmopolitan area behind the bus terminal.

The system of receiving a code and then having to go to a shop to pick up the keys was a bit inconvenient. We had put check-in at 3pm and arrived at 2pm, after advising the host in good time but didn't receive a response. This resulted in hanging around outside until contact finally made by telephone.

Beautiful, clean and tidy, with everything we needed.

No blinds in the lounge or one of the bedrooms. Needed instructions on use of stove top and stove. Needed instructions for taking out the garbage bin.

Loved the easy access to the city!

No complaints.

Grundsätzlich modern. Sollte aber besser gepflegt werden! Gute Größe für Familien mit Kindern.

Schlüssel-Empfang und Abgabe extrem anstrengend, da abhängig von einem Kiosk. Lage im muslimischen Viertel. Es war nachts sehr laut!!!

La struttura si presenta sporca, senza lenzuola (quelle presenti sporche) e asciugamani. Per altro eravamo in 6 e due di noi hanno dormito su un divano letto che non si può chiamare tale. Praticamente stai sul pavimento. Ho anche fatto notare al proprietario la sporcizia che era presenta e lui mi ha assicurato che il giorno dopo sarebbe venuti a pulire. Ovviamente non è mai venuto nessuno. Sconsiglio totalmente.

Tendría que tener otra forma de buscar o dejar la llave porque hay que buscarla a 2 cuadras que no es mucho pero si se pudiera mejorar sería bueno y dejarla en un buzón en la puerta del departamento creo( no sé cómo )

The place was beautiful and very clean.

1. Booking said there was parking on site. That means there is a parking space waiting for you to drive into. There is no parking on site. There was limited street parking that you had to pay for. There was also a garage that was recommended when I called the Booking number. As we were going to our car to park there, a neighborhood local told us not to park there as that is a place that people shoot up. We found another garage. Also Booking said checkout was 11:00 when I booked the place. On the last day I got an email that said that check out was 10:00. Both of these experiences were very frustrating.

Leaving & the woman I dealt with via what’s app at the end was very pleasant.

It was loud, in a neighborhood that was less than ideal (and loud). Beds were stained and uncomfortable & having to walk to a convenient store with bags just to get the key was very inconvenient. Additionally I was flooded with calls & texts at 10am asking why we weren’t out. The listing said 11am checkout. When I told the woman texting me she said ‘oh I guess we forgot to update the listing’. If the listing had a 10am checkout I never would have rented it begin with sadly. Of all our vacation stays this trip, this one is bringing up the rear!!

The appartment ia very nice and it was clean. Just some things missing (like the tablets of the dishwashing machine).

The neighborhood had clearly drug dealing, alcoholism problems and prostitution going on. We were travelling with friends, so it was ok to arrive late at night (even though Saturday evening we were the only women walking in a street full of men) but for a family or for women that are not always in a group, the location is not ideal.

The property was clean well heated with some lovely touches of Design, the location was absolutely excellent for Oslo within walking distance of everywhere that was worth getting to

Apartment was close to city center and all attractions.

Codes were not sent on time. Turned out, we had to walk additional few hundred meters with suitcases to get the keys at some store. Towels were still drying in the dryer when we entered. In general, apartment could have been cleaner. Windows were difficult to open or close. Neighbourhood is noisy.

the place is within the muslim community. very easy and near to lots of restaurants. 3 minutes to bus stop and only 1 stop from main city.

Space quite big

Cleanliness quite bad. Spoon and fork was dirty as hell. Towel was not ready and when I ask their answer is towels are in the laundrymachine cause of previous guest use all of them. That's my problem???

We asked to check in earlier, but never got an answer. We did not get access information until a few hours before, we tried calling them in the morning but no one answered.

It was clean and beautiful

It was cold inside the apartment. Tye heater switcher were out and you don't know from how to start it. As no manual provided. We opened drawing room window and then we were not able to close it the handle was too tight. The blanket was small and it was not that warm and when I switched on the heater of my room it was giving a burned smell

Location was a good proximity to Oslo Central Station, coffee shops, restaurants.

The neighborhood is quite loud overnight with lots of street activity and loud voices, street sweeping etc, so earplugs are highly recommended. The listing says it has a washer and dryer but check in instructions say the washer and dryer are for the cleaners. They can be used but we have to take all the laundry out and put it somewhere so that we can use them. We had counted on doing laundry at this point in our trip, when we pulled out the cleaners laundry, it was still wet. Only 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for five people staying three nights.

Location It was also spacy. Very well stocked up.

the floor of the shower cabin has not been cleaned and it seems that it has been for some time. lots of food smells when you open the window, minimal tools in the kitchen, a noisy street that doesn't seem very safe, but lots of police crews driving around. Misunderstandings when picking up the keys, which will take about an hour

The kitchen is well furnished and in good condition.

The area around is very shady, with people shouting at 4am, etc. Most of the things in the apartment are very worn out. One bedroom window would not close at all. The TV had no channels working or Netflix/Disney apps, etc. (only a Chromecast was provided, but otherwise the TV was useless for us). There were things in the washing machine and the dryer belonging to the cleaners.

The apartment was spacious and generally found it welcoming, fresh and clean. Comfortable bed too. The area is close to the centre and we found it well placed for access to main attractions.

Did not get access instructions until the day of travel, prefer to have at least 24 hours in advance. The kitchen was not all that well equipped for preparing meals in. There was no microwave or coffee maker or iron supplied but did have a steam oven but no usage instructions for any electrical appliances including TV, had to ask how to use it and was an advised to google it.! Would have liked to had a visitors info pack with this stuff in it. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe so could not hang anything up, asked for some and owner replied but they never arrived. Washing machine in bathroom was full of wet laundry. Shower tray groove could do with a clean. No light bulb in bedside lamp and one in bathroom vanity needed replacing. Also no plug in bathroom sink. None of the above detracted from the stay but having stayed in comparable apartments, I would have expected to see these things, it makes you feel more welcome.

Comfortable bed.

Was very dirty . Bad smell. It looked like apartment wasnt cleaned for a long time. A lot dust, floor full of hairs and dirt . Towels was wet , very old, must to be changed to the new ones, i didnt want to use them . Also neighbourhood was bad , didnt feel safe.
