Modern Living Apartments Vienna, 15 min to center

The apartment is decorated so nicely that was easy to feel comfortable and at home. It was perfectly clean. We were very happy to find that the #2 tram to the city center (Ringstraße area) stopped in front of the apartment building. We used #10A bus at the corner to get to Schloss Schönbrunn. Finally, we appreciated having a washing machine and drying racks.

Schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber, sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Direkt an Supermärkten. Ideal für Reisen mit kleinem Baby. Super netter Kontakt und einfacher Check-In. Sehr zum empfehlen!

The apartment is nice and cozy, with a large terrace. It is located in the middle of an interesting neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants of all kind and many supermarkets. A plus of the apartment is the parking lot. In this city it is an adventure to find a place to park your car.

Terrace for coffee was amazing 🤩. Quiet place, clean apartment, excellent communication before stay, during and after. A big plus is a garage.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. When we arrived, everything was clean and well organized. The instructions were clear and easy to follow

The only downside is that the window faces the main street, so it may not be suitable for people who are sensitive to noise.

Easy to access to the parking space and the building with the well organized guidance provided by the property management , property is clean and close to public transport , supermarket below the property is an advantage.

Pillows might be better.

De locatie.

Verkeersgeluiden s'nachts.

Apartament jest czysty i wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty. Właściciele mieszkania przed przyjazdem przesyłają link ze wskazówkami praktycznie do wszystkiego :)

Just perfect for a city break in Vienna. Private parking, spacious apartment, Lidl downstairs, close to the public transport.

What I loved the most was the free private indoor parking, such a rare find in a city like Vienna, and it made things so much easier for us! The location is also super convenient, with supermarkets right next to and even below the building, so you can easily do your grocery shopping, cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and let the dishwasher take care of the rest. Everything else was just as great: the place was clean, cozy, easy to reach by public transport, and the host was super kind and helpful. Honestly, you won’t regret staying here!

The only minor downside I can mention is that our apartment was one of the few located near the terrace, and on a couple of evenings, some young guests from the neighboring flat were a bit noisy out there. Since it was quite late at night, I kindly asked them to keep it down — and they did, so all good in the end! :)

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Good connection to city centre.

I was having high expectations and it was not as expected. The bathroom is not comfortable, where we hang the towels was not clean, which for me it was key important. One of the plates was obviously dirty when we were going to use it.

The main advantages are definietely: tram stop opposite the door, metro station 15minutes walk, underground private parking, very nice and helpful hosts, cosy apartment

Small but comfortable and clean. Garage is very nice especially in Viena. Big Bath. Train stop right near door. Lidl in the corner of building.

Sofa is solid. Small. Elevator didn’t work. From u2 to 1 by stairs with buggage was really bad

Great peaceful place , amazingly designed . The arrival information and the support is superb from the host.

Location is nice, apartment is very good and big, and its an big advantage to have parking space in the building.

Its a little too dark and the bed is not so comfortable

Clean and well maintained apartment in a quiet part of the city. Although far from the centre, the tram stop is literally outside the door and would take you to the heart of the city in 15-20 minutes. A patio for sitting out, a good working kitchen and a washing machine are excellent amenities. The wifi is excellent. The apartment is on the first floor and has a lift (although it was out of order for the period of our stay). The hosts can arrange a taxi for you if and when needed, and that is a nice thing. A Lidl supermarket is downstairs in the same building.

Just a suggestion: We arrived from another part of the world on a Sunday when almost all supermarkets are closed and it was raining. It would go a long way if the hosts kept some bread and eggs in the refrigerator for such travellers. The check-in instructions were very professional, but the lock on the door is its own master. One day it'll behave and another day it'll not. It is not nice to try unlocking your door for 15 minutes after a long day in the city.

I give only positive reviews, and even in this case there is nothing to complain about the accommodation, the hosts, the communication, the description of the check-in, the equipment of the apartment. Just great. Apartment amenities, garage parking, cleanliness, comfort. Perfection itself. Upon arrival, we were thrilled. Ten and a half out of ten, if that's what it is.

But... and now we're on to the only thing. You come across something that spoils the whole stay, in this case it even went so far that we ended up feeling like we were in a prison in the apartment. We visited Vienna as a romantic stop on our way. We had a clear idea of how we wanted to spend the night, that was ultimately the reason we rented this luxury accommodation. Already while studying the very detailed manual, I was struck by the mention of possible noise monitoring with a listening device. Shock. Oh well, maybe it won't be that bad, maybe the bedroom will be outside the perimeter. But... it wasn't. The bedroom wasn't actually equipped with a listening device. But it was equipped with a bed of such construction that any movement made an incredible noise. With paper walls, you could hear the clinking of cutlery from the other flat. The decision was made to move to the living room. Quite quickly the fun was over. The sounds from next door and the permanent feeling of being watched quickly brought us to a state we certainly didn't want. The games turned into nervous listening to see who was listening somewhere unseen to hand out fines. We found a microphone installed on the ceiling right above the couch. Google detected our Noise Monitor with an app that can be used to listen to what's going on in the room remotely. When we surveyed the facility, we could see the microphone located under the ceiling. It made us nauseous. The night sucked if it weren't for the late hour, we packed up in a minute. The idea of being monitored is so repulsive you don't even want to exist. I immediately thought of a quote from the pen of the Austrian classic Thomas Bernhard: "Of all embarrassments, the Austrian one is the most pathetic, because in Austria everything is mere pretense, mere theater, mere farce, whether in politics, culture, or the so-called spiritual life." Yes, he knew his city perfectly. Thank you for giving us a taste.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very well conected by trams and buses with every part of the town. The station is just in front of the building. Also, you have Lidl at the building and Billa just across the street. If you are coming with a child you have baby chair, a crib with all the sheet, blanket, matress and a pillow. You have safe, underground parking for your car that is at the same building. The host is nice, always alvailable and did a great job with the instructions for check in. 😊

Location, equipment, everything.😊

The location is quite okay. You can reach the city center by tram or bus in about 15 minutes. There are a few shops nearby, and Lidl is in the same building. It opens at 7:40 AM and has all the daily groceries.

Getting to the garage is a bit of an acrobatic move - you have to leave the building and go around to the car entrance. Public transport tickets can be bought at machines in metro stations (buying them online requires full registration), and unfortunately, there aren’t any machines close to the building. The nearest metro station is about a 15-minute walk away.

Excellent apartments 10 out of 10!!! I recommend to everyone. Cleanliness: 10. Comfort: 10. Location: 10. The location of the apartments is convenient. Transport accessibility from 10 to 100 meters in all directions. Supermarket on the 1st floor. The center is 20 minutes by tram and bus. Cafe, restaurant, bars near the apartments. The photo corresponds, the owner is polite, always in touch. The design of the apartments is designer. The bed is mega comfortable and orthopedic. Bed linen and towels are high-quality. Large terrace with furniture. The kitchen is convenient. There is everything for cooking. We lived here for 5 days. Only pleasant memories remain. Vienna is a great city for traveling!!!

Everiting was as description.

I really enjoyed my stay here! What I liked the most is the personalized guide webpage of the apartment that you get before arriving. It is showing with pictures and sometimes even with videos how to get and use your keys, where and how to get to the garage, a lot of recommendations, etc... Everything is there well detailed.

The flat is exactly as presented in the photos, brand new, very cosy, tastefully furnished, with all the comfort one requires even for a longer stay (ours was 9 nights) A special bonus is a very big terrace, large French windows, very quiet as it faces inside courtyard. The area (Ottakring) is fantastic, we love it very much, always like to stay there when in Vienna, nice vibe, good public transport (tram 2 has stops at the front door of the building ), many shops less than 5 minutes walking distance, ... Very good communication with the host, Niko was incredibly responsive and helpful (we had a minor issue using TV remote and finding TV programmes), he came the next day and fixed it. The building is near the huge Manner chocolate factory, so you can smell its fragrant intoxicating aroma occasionally.

We didn't like having to leave the flat and travel back home. :-)

The best apartment

very nice place and wonderful location

The information and recommendation is superb

Cozy apartment with nearby tram stop directly going to the to the city center. Everything you need is there well prepared. Very comprehensive guide from the hosts before checking in also available. I had no problems at all and my two kids (13 and 11 liked it too:)

The lights in the main room were too dim. The door knob to enter the apartment is crazy:)

Everything was perfect. The communication with the owners was very good and easy. They provided us a lot of information before arriving at the apartment about the apartment facilities and the main sights in the city making our stay more enjoyable. The apartment was clean and spacious for us (4 persons) with all the appliances you could ask for. We plan on returning here in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment. It was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was truly ideal. The tram stop for the Line 2 was right at doorstep, providing easy access to center of the Vienna. There are two supermarkets near (Lidl located in the same building) which is incredibly convenient, saving us time and effort. The secure parking garage was a significant advantage, because we didn't have to worry about finding parking garage around. And finally i have to mention most helpful and responsive owners. Their detailed guidebook, with pictures and videos, for every little should be set as a standard for everyone on the booking market. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vienna.

Nothing.

We didn't have the keys to access the garage, which had to be done from the outside and we were missing a blender!

Very clean

We couldn’t find a better apartment than this modern one!! Excellent choice for your trip in Vienna.. very secured/cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, 1 bedroom and living room with sofa bed also have a free private parking. The host were very professional and helpful, have a self check-in/out via informative website.

The apartment was very clean, beautifully designed, and in a great location. The check-in process was very simple, and the use of the garage was extremely convenient. Having parking available was a big plus! The hosts were very kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had.

There was nothing significant to dislike. Everything met our expectations.

Verry nice host and apartment with free underground parking.

For us everything was perfect and as we expected!

-

Stylish apartment and has a garage. The tram station is in front of the entrance to the building.

A little bit further from the center than we expected it to be.

Vienna Gem: Modern Apartment with Style and Convenience This Vienna apartment was an absolute delight! It was clear that a lot of thought and care had gone into creating a stylish and comfortable space.. The location was also fantastic. It was easily connected to the city center, making it a breeze to explore all that Vienna has to offer. The apartment itself was very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture was not only stylish but also functional, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment highly enough. It's perfect for anyone looking for a stylish and convenient place to stay in Vienna. If you're looking for a modern and comfortable apartment in a great location, this is the place for you The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, too, providing detailed information about everything. They were always available to answer any questions and made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. We will definitely come back.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! It’s clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. The location is incredibly convenient: the tram stops right in front of the building, there’s a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away, and a Lidl supermarket is conveniently located in the same building. Plus, you get a parking spot in the building's garage, which is a huge bonus if you're traveling by car. It’s only about 18 minutes from the city center, making it easy to explore Vienna. The owners were amazing—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They provided detailed instructions for the self-check-in process, which was smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, they shared a wealth of information about Vienna, including top attractions, local bars and restaurants, and things to do in the area. We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two small kids, and it was perfect for us. The terrace is a lovely bonus—you can enjoy a charming view of the Fabrik and the delightful aroma of freshly baked croissants. Highly recommend this apartment!👌🏽🔥

The location of the appartment (easy access to public transport and shops)

Lacking the guidelines on how to use the TV channels / Netflix

It is exceptional place for family stay since it has all facilities needed in apartment. All seesites are aproxymately 20 min ride and tram station is in front of the bulding. It has parking garage which means a lot when you come with a car.

Smell of chocolate factory.

Location. Easy access to city center

A bit too small

Very cozy and clean apartment. Good connections to city center and everything you need in walking distance.

-

The hosts instructions were very helpful, they provide you with every piece of information you need for a seamless experience. Although, the apartment itself is a bit too far away for a walking tour to the city centre, you have a literal tram station right outside the main entrance to the building which can take you directly to the center of Vienna. If you prefer some sightseeing action outside the city centre, the bus stop is right across the street. Hungry? There is a Lidl store located on the corner and a bakery across the street. All in all, great hosts, connected apartment, and a parking place included.

-

Exceptional service! We have enjoyed our stay a lot! Especially it worth mentioning Parking space and guidance which we received well beforehand, no stress where to leave the car while looking for apartments! Nice clean and spacious apartment! You have got all you need for a comfortable stay. Super friendly and helpful hosts! Will definitely highly recommend!

Super stay, very cozy and quiet, the tram is right in front and takes you to the city center. Underground parking is just perfect and is so rare to find.

The location is perfect. We had buses on one side of the street and trams on the other. There are also a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is really clean and was equipped with everything we needed. There is free parking included in the stay, and we didn't even need to move our car the whole stay. What really blew us away were the hosts and how detailed and welcoming they were. They sent all of the information in advance, were open to any questions, and even gave us some of the recommendations. This would definitely be my number 1 place to stay the next time I am in Vienna.

My husband and I travel a lot and like to visit different places every year. Vienna in itself delighted us, but it was even better with this kind of apartment. The best apartment I've been to. So clean, beautifully decorated, close to the center, helpful and friendly hosts. We have no complaints, we will definitely come back again. 🤗

Superb staff, quick and easy communication, perfect location, tram to city center ritually right outside the apartment, garage is a huge plus and reason why we booked in the first place, clean and comfortable apartment, will be back for sure, recommended!

The sofa bed and pillows in the main bedroom were slightly uncomfortable , new pillows would increase the comfort immensely

Everything was excellent

Nothing

owner was very keen and helpful. apartment was cleaned and organised.

Nicely decorated fully equipped apartment right next to the #2 line station, very close to supermarkets and restaurants Owners were very attentive to our requests

The apartment is facing a busy street, very noisy when you open the windows

The apartment is very well equipped with smart decor and a very good selection of appliances , Nespresso machine , toaster , dishwasher , washing machine, fridge freezer , microwave , 2 tower fans and a big screen tv...home from home !!.. lovely and clean with a good sized double bed and sofa bed. Close to transport links , the tram stops right outside. A lidl supermarket is in the same block and a fresh bakery just a minute away.

nothing to complain about !!..

Clean apartment ,great amenities , close to markets . Everything was great . We will be back for sure 👍. Close as distance to everything (public transportation helps.a.lot ),we did not move the car from parking space 4 days .

🤗

Parking spot ,close tot center ,easy acces to markets .

Was extremely spacious and was very close to the city centre

The location was right in front of the bus stop which was great! It was very clean and the hosts were very nice. The check in instructions and information were very thorough and detailed. Appreciated the pictures as well. We have stayed in some places that had no signage and couldn't see the garage or signs to the place well. We also appreciated the extra coffee pods. We love our coffee early in the morning.

Soooo when I booked I could have sworn it said there was air conditioning. However, when I look now, I see nothing about it. Maybe my mistake. This would not have been a problem if it was cool out but it was warmer than weather predictions stated before we went on vacation. With that said, we had to open the windows to circulate air and it is a very noisy street. I had earplugs but other family members did not. A fan was provided which helped a lot but there should be 2 fans when there are 4 people. One for the bedroom and the other for the living room. This part is an easy fix. Also one more small thing, the sheets felt very rough. Another easy fix.

I came to Vienna for the EGU conference, it was held in the Austria Center Vienna (ACV). This apartment is a little bit far from the ACV. Next time, I would like to have a closer one. Otherwise, it takes me too much time on the way.

Kitchen equipments were clean and new 25 mins to center with direct tram Parking availability

Cleaning on carpets

Very beautiful and quiet location, close to the center (20 min by tram). The apartment was clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were very kind, they provided us with all the information we needed.
