We did not feel comfortable in the restaurant. We sat outside overlooking the gardens, which was nice, but there was no atmosphere and our waiter was very rude, he made us feel like we were in the way and we couldn’t relax, which is a big let down for a 5 Star hotel.

الاستقبال سيئين وغير ودودين وفيهم فضاضة استغلوا غلطة في الحجز غرفتين ولشخصين والمفروض غرفتين ل 4 اشخاص. وفرضوا علي مبلغ اضافي كبير جدا 70% زيادة وهي نفس الغرف احتسبوا اكثر من 390 يورو زيادة للغرفتين لكل ليلة

Außergewöhnliches Essen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, bequeme Betten, Sauna und Spa wunderbar, tolle Lage - einfach schön. Ich gehe dort seit über 15 Jahren hin und werde immer wieder zurückkehren. Ich bin eigentlich jemand der gerne immer was anderes ausprobiert, aber dieses Hotel ist so gut, dass ich mich immer wieder dazu entscheide wieder zukommen!

Reviewed Nov 23, 2025Zell am See ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, sodass man in wenigen Gehminuten das Zentrum und das Seeufer erreichen kann.
Man kann noch erahnen, dass das Hotel irgendwann in der Vergangenheit bessere Tage erlebt haben muss. Leider ist die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen und das Personal nur teilweise bemüht. Einer der Eierköche beim Frühstücksbuffet (sicher 10 Jahre jünger als ich) hat mich geduzt, als wären wir alte Schulfreunde. Das Salatbuffet am Abend hat optisch an das von Autobahnraststätten erinnert (nur leider geschmacklich nicht so frisch) und ist mir in einem Haubenlokal in dieser Form noch nie untergekommen. Besonders enttäuschend aber waren eingetrocknete Blutflecken auf einem unserer Kopfkissen, was nicht nur ekelhaft, sondern für meine schwangere Frau potenziell schädlich hätte sein können. Auch freut man sich als Hotelgast nicht sehr, wenn man die Schamhaare des Vorgastes auf dem Fliesenboden des Bads vorfindet. In diesem Haus erinnert nicht viel an die 5 Sterne... eine erwähnenswerte Ausnahme hiervon ist die Rechnung!

K dispozici župany a žabky k bazénu. Měli jsme komplikace cestou a přijeli jsme v 1 ráno, přesto nás přivítal milý noční vrátný. Rádi se vrátíme.
