The room was comfortable and big enough - perfect for a couple for a short stay. Bathroom was sizable. Amenities were provided too: beach, bath, and hand towels as well as a bath mat; coffee, long life milk, body wash, handwash, dishwashing liquid. Loved the addition of a hand shower in the shower and a separate one for toilet use. Bedding was clean. Gerard was quite accommodating and friendly as well.

Not really a big deal, but I'd probably have liked a heads-up about the geyser switching off between certain times. That way I could have planned myself around it a bit better - but still a good stay nonetheless.

I just want to sincerely thank you for such an amazing stay. Everything was absolutely perfect and incredibly cozy. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, the pool was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was next level. The balcony was refreshing and a perfect place to relax. Honestly, I have no complaints at all. This was my first time in Durban and Umhlanga, and staying here made the experience truly unforgettable. The location was ideal, with the pool so close and everything conveniently nearby. Even the little café down the road added to the charm. It felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to return.

We liked the outside Patio , we had our picnic just we had planned and its exceeded our expectations.

The host Gerard is providing very good customer service. I happened to wake up with an illness on my first morning, and once he had found out about it, he was very supportive, giving me a lift to the next mall, so that I could get some food and also making an appointment with his doctor for me. The apartment is well furnished, everything there that is needed.

The way to the next mall is 2.5 km. There is no really nearby shop to buy groceries.

The place was safe, very neat & clean, closer to the Beach, Restaurants, Malls. The manager Gerard was so welcoming.

Upon my arrival I was told there's a problem with WiFi. So, I had no internet for the whole 5 days of my stay & I was told to hotspot on my phone if I want to watch Netflix or TV, off which I spent more money on data, that usually makes my stay horrible and boring.

It was comfortable to stay there, and the location was perfect! The atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind, truly enhancing the experience.

I like the fact that the place is situated in a very safe area and close to almost everything...owner was welcoming and friendly.

What i didn't like was the fact that i only booked for few days...

I liked the location.

There were no cleaning services at all during the stay, no fresh towels. We had to clean our own dishes in the bathroom sink. The towels provided had an unpleasant smell. The owner and the dog's barking was loud in the morning. One morning, we had no hot water. Our stay became quite uncomfortable very quickly. My sister and I thought it would be good from looking at the reviews, however we were very disappointed. There is much room for improvement.

Location!!! Safe area to walk night and day. An easy walk to dinner at the Pearls. A short walk to the promenade for a morning walk. Easy instructions for check-in. Great host! Amazing balcony and ocean view.

Thin walls and the other guests were a bit noisy, coming in late. But other than that all perfect.

Easy to find, good introduction and really friendly. The area is also good and we could even leave the car there for a bit after checking out. The Room was nice and clean and had a fridge and a balcony with an ocean view. Nice pool for sharing downstairs as well. Recommend staying there if you are nearby!

The property was neat and clean and within walking distance to the beach and the shops. The shower facilities were excellent. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who want to take all their meals in restaurants.

The microwave, bar fridge and cutlery is sufficient for two people, but unfortunately there is no separate washing-up facilities for the dishes. Dishes have to be washed in the hand basin in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay with my partner, the location was beautiful, a walk to the sea and restaurants no need to drive, quiet and peaceful. I will definitely go back. the place was very clean, host was very welcoming.

I loved and enjoyed everything.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flatlet. I had a lovely view , it rained so I didnt get to sit on the patio and drink my coffee but I can imagine how lovely it would be to relax there. Everything was clean and neat and the shower was big and the water hot. DSTV worked easily and the small kitchen had milk and sugar , teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. And a lovely walk to the beach. Really delightful.

I only stayed 1 night as I had come for a meeting but everything I needed was provided. There was nothing I could complain about..

For the purpose of an overnight stay for business I was extremely comfortable and had everything I needed, specifically aircon on a very hot day. The room was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. Gerhard was very helpful where required.

First thing we were welcomed very well, the place is very neat and we had everything we need for our stay. The sea view, swimming pool, this place is worth more than we paid. The people in that place were very friendly. I will definitely be returning soon to this place.

For me I loved everything about the place
