Great location and facilities

We were not able to use all the hotel facilities as advertised, just the pools

The resort is amazing; you can utilise everything there. Pools, restaurants, cafes, room service and the staff in the resort will help you (No charge back to the room - PAYG). The location is good, right on the beach, away from the noise of the city. Grab taxis are always two minutes away from the hotel and it's a 5-10 ride into town. (About $5 AU one way) We were in the Residence B building, with great ocean views.

It's not the resort, so you don't get the resort service. The room needs a deep clean. Glass on the balcony had marks on it, stains on the bath towels (had to swap over a few time before we got kind of clean towels) marks of the mirrors, we didn't use the oven but it needs a bit of love. Freezer had some stuff left in it, fridge needs a wipe out, bit of mould in the shower. Few marks on the sofas - our apartment (803) just needs a deep clean, throughout the old towels and bedding and invest some new furniture.

Loved the location, the view, the facilities and the space of the villa. Absolutely highly recommend. In an amazing complex and the beach was super close and clean.

Wir waren in Villa 3 untergebracht, die sich wirklich in einer wunderbaren Lage befindet. Die Villa an sich ist großzügig gestaltet und sehr hell. Besonders der Ausblick aus dem Masterbedroom ist beeindruckend und die Sonnenaufgänge sind genial. Alle Facilities des Hyatt waren mühelos zu Fuß zu erreichen, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es ist sehr einfach, sich Lebensmittel und Speisen per Grab in die Villa bestellen zu lassen. Unsere Gastgeberin Letan hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und war generell schnell erreichbar. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Villa ideal. Auch das Personal hat die Villa tadellos in Stand gehalten und hedenvtaf wunderbar gereinigt und neue Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Der kostenfreie Transfer vom Flughafen war auch toll.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer befindet sich außerhalb der Villa in einem hinteren Anbau und hat keinerlei Aussicht. Wie von anderen auch schon beschrieben ist die Villa zum Teil schon sehr abgewohnt, nichtsdestotrotz würden wir jederzeit wiederkommen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Villen gab es beim privaten Pool auch keinen eigenen Einstieg vorne (Leiter) und es waren im Vergleich weniger Liegen bzw. keine Strandmuschel verfügbar. Außerdem müsste die Matratze im Hauptbett einmal getauscht werden.

호스트분이 친절하시고 웰컴 과일에 생수까지 넉넉히 주시고, 대응도 빨랐어요. 빌라관리도 깨끗하게 잘되어있어서 좋았습니다. 버기도 호출시 빠르게 왔고, 배달도 빌라앞까지와서 불편한점이 없었어요.

하얏트 시설이용이 가능하였으나 하얏트까지 이동해야하는 점이 불변합니다. 예약시 빌라위치를 잘확인했어야했는데 확인하지 않아 거리상 하얏트 시설 이용은 하지 못한게 아쉬웠어요.

It is close to the beach, many rooms, good services.

The time of cleaning so long and made me check in late. Kitchen was bad smell.

This was not the Hyatt property as advertised, in fact it’s no where near the Hyatt. This is not a resort - main pool and restaurants, gym, etc. are all closed. Not even beach chairs. However, the villa was spacious and beds clean enough to sleep. I feel bad because the Staff were very friendly. And the beach was incredible. But totally soured by the dishonesty. We planned our entire trip around our location and it wasn’t even close to the Hyatt property.

This was advertised as being on Hyatt property and it is not. It’s not even close. There are NO amenities. No restaurants on site. No main pool. They did provide a golf cart service to commute us to the entrance and to the beach. The villas are definitely not being maintained like the common areas are. There were bugs and black mold. The showers had tons of mildew and water slime. The only positive was the beds were comfortable and clean. Once we arrived and it was clear we were scammed, I immediately tried to find a new hotel but there was zero availability for a family of 4.

Apartment and resort was amazing and well looked after.

The pool was too hot.

Like the facilities provided from Hyatt. The apartment villa has a very good view, all the pots and pans were provided that we can make our own breakfast in the morning. The booking includes few bottles of water and some cup noodles too, this helped with our transition into the apartment before we headed out to get our own grocery. Staff Letan was awesome, she was waiting for us at the residency prior to our arrival. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth. Daily clean towels and light cleaning of the apartment was also provided. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is a bit remote from grocery stores or restaurants - will need to take Grab for grocery shopping or outside food options - this is very understandable considering Hyatt resort is located on the beach.

We loved every part of this property. It could easily accommodate a family of 6, plus pick up from the airport was a breeze with the friendliest driver ever, Mr Hiep! We got our laundry done & even splashed out on a chef cooked breakfast which was worth every cent! The owner was fab & we had a great time, I would definitely go back & that is extremely rare for me! The 3 bedroom apartment was clean and modern with a great view of the property and the ocean. Letan our host was really helpful. She left some fruit for us on arrival and offered very cheap laundry. Hiep our driver was also great. The pool was amazing. Its a great family place to stay.

Could not walk anywhere outside the Hyatt grounds, no local shops or restaurants close by. Grab food and taxis would come directly to your building. Also 4 nice restaurants on-site.

Excellent situation géographique ! Bel appartement, spacieux et confortable. Le ménage est réalisé tous les jours avec changement de serviettes. On nous apporte des petites bouteilles d’eau potable toujours les jours pour le nombre de résidents dans l’appartement.

Dommage que le linge de lit n’a pas été changé pendant notre longue séjour.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal(Frau Letan und der Fahrer Hiep) – stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich hier vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut umsorgt. Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen kann.”

The room is part of the Hyatt Regency resort and you have access to all the amenities like the pools, restaurant and gym. There are 2 pools which our kids loved especially with the water slide. The room is very big and spacious and looks out at one of the pools. The cleaners came everyday and gave the room a quick clean and replaced the towels. They left water for us daily as well. Le Tan the host is awesome. She organised our laundry to be cleaned and even had her staff bring us breakfast one morning. She organised a driver to pick us up from Hoi An for free and was very helpful with any questions we had. I had left some money in my laundry and Le Tan had her staff go back to the laundry service to pick it up and left it in the room for me.

Some of the furniture is a little old and dusty. The lounge has a bit of a musty smell.

Host was very nice and helpful. Even with getting us transportation to get around. We were only suppose to stay 2 nights but ended up staying the week. Even though we could not stay in the room we booked. Host was able to accommodate us in another villa. We will definitely be back. Thanks 😊 for the great experience.

A bit far from town

The apartment was spacious. Mostly well equip. Plenty of clean towels and water provided. The apartment is in the Hyatt complex which is fantastic - very beautiful beach from bar and pools. Great gym and other resort ammenities all available. Short grab to my an for restaurants as well Host is very helpful and responsive when we needed anything

Some of the furniture is showing signs of age and ceiling fan in bedroom did not work and air conditioner in bedroom was loud - hence 1 star deducted. But everything was still perfectly usable and fine.

Big, beautiful, spacious apartment. Amazing Hyatt pools and beach! Tan, the host is very helpful and nice! Always respond to any queries and ready to help! We had an amazing stay at this apartment with our family of 4. Tan, the host, organised free airport pick up and drop off, was very welcoming and helped us to rent the scooters for good price. We had a cleaner every day, who also helped us with our laundry. We liked the location. It was a bit distanced from the busy Danang beach area, but we had no problem with it as we used our rental scooters to ride everywhere around Danang every day. It was very peaceful, beautiful hotel with all the Fascilities: pools, restaurants, kids clubs, gym, huge territory which is very well maintained. I forgot my headphones in the room and Tan kindly agreed to post them to me to Australia. Thanks for everything! We had great time!

We had an incredible stay at what felt like one of the best resorts in Da Nang. The host went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. She even bought us Vietnamese coffee and breakfast on multiple occasions. We can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return!

To be honest, I do not know where to begin to describe how wonderful my stay has been. From the moment my host greeted me, to packing up and leaving, everything was perfect. The host was very friendly and helpful, even at late hours. She deserves lots of praises. The room was clean and beautifully furnished. They even put fresh flower in the living room - a very nice touch that even some 5-star hotels wouldn't do. The unit has a full kitchen, with tableware and plates, so it is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the location is only 2-min walk from the beach, and all Hyatt facilities available to use. I used to stay at the Hyatt hotel whenever coming to Danang, but now I am pretty sure this property will be my first go-to when booking accommodation! Thanks again.

If I can be overly picky, I'd say that there is noticeable noise of water running coming from the ceiling when the unit upstairs is using the bathroom. It is located right on top of the master bedroom. I understand this is a construction problem which the property owner cannot fix, so I did not factor it in my evaluation. I understand some might be very picky about noises when sleeping, so please be cautious about this.

Situated within the hotel complex with the ability to use all of the hotels facilities. The beach was beautiful.

Lack of nearby shops to pick up groceries

It was perfect. The host made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed being able to access the Hyatt facilities. The apartment was very clean and is cleaned daily. The private hotel beach is immaculate and easy to swim in. There are multiple pools across the Hyatt property that you can use.

Size and facility. I booked this as backup on a family trip and it was a bonus surprise. Lan, the host was fantastic, cheerful, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spacious and light. The terrace had a great view of the sea. I loved the liveliness of the resort and it is a resort, so you don't feel isolated.

The apartment is nicely furnished, it was perfect for us with older children.

Perfect spacious well designed 2 bed apartment which is a part of the residences block at Hyatt Regency. It was wonderful to have access to the hotel’s pools, restaurants and private beach. Very easy to book a Grab taxi to the property and well located to visit Danang’s attractions as well as nearby Hoi An. Host is friendly and attentive to guests needs. Highly recommended and would love to stay again!

The rooms are spacious with many household equipments. And it is a part of Hyatt Regencey so you can enjoy all the facilities of Hyatt. The swimming pool is awesome. The host was supportive and they even offered us a free pick up at the airport.

The facilities at the Grand Hyatt resort are amazing and the beach is stunning. The apartment is spacious with luxury fittings. Good value for money proposition with all the amenities. The staff we very helpful and responsive to our needs.

The hotel restaurants and bars are expensive. And the apartment we got did not have a real balcony just a Juliet balcony.

Our host, was helpful and thoughtful and even arranged complimentary airport pickups for us. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, relatively modern and with full access to all the amazing Hyatt resort amenities. The kids really enjoyed Camp Hyatt, with its climbing wall, multiple pools, and many kids club activities. The beach in front of the hotel is a wide golden sand beach perfect for swimming. The only slight negative were the housekeeping staff who could do a better job of cleaning , but host was quick to address the issue

Serious mould/mildew issue! They even had several electrical air purifyers to assist but this did very little. The black mould was obvious in the air con vents. Also, the property manager added 'no show' to our booking on booking.com (after check out) and when I queried why, she confirmed that she did not charge us enough to also pay comission to them- so by adding 'no show', she could avoid paying said fees. Absolutely terrible experience all round

The beach and the Pool restaurant were our favourite. We loved that the resort was spacious, with so many spaces to enjoy. The ocean was great, so clean with beautiful sand. We much preferred to stay on this quiet beach than In Danang surrounded by hotels. We would definitely stay again. It was just fabulous!

We had a memorable experience for a lifetime, Got a chance to meet up with a wonderful host Miss Tam who is excellent in customer service skills and always smiling and attentive. Their politeness and courteous behavior make my day even better. I highly recommend this place, to visitors across the globe. You will surely have a great time while staying there.
