The Room was beautiful, and the host and her team were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the building lacks any kind of porter facility for help with heavy baggage.

It was quiet and in a nice spot close to good food 7 eleven only one minute away

There was nothing to hate the loud gurgling coming from the shower drain took a moment to get use to but you'd only complain about that if you where fussy haha

You need to register to the pool in advance

I’ve booked this apartment due to issue with another one. Confirmation was very quick and I was checked in in 30 min. It’s a good location, there are couple of stores downstairs, you have also small kitchen. There is a pool in the building.

There were small ants in the bathroom. And you need to tell in advance whenever you want to go to the pool ( I would prefer skip this interaction ) :)

Good location, short taxi into centre of town. Supermarkets downstairs were convenient, pool good size.

Strong smell of drains/damp in the apartment, which persisted even with windows open and water in sinks to block the smell. We booked the apartment because it had a gym, but when we arrived were informed that the rules have changed and short term residents are no longer allowed to access the gym. Pool shut for cleaning on one of the three days we were there, and only open until 17:00 so limited time to enjoy it.

Good air con, washing machine and a central location. Nice, clean apartment in a safe and secure apartment block. Took about 5 mins in a Grab to get to the centre. Michelle, the host, was very helpful indeed!

There was a slight musty smell in the apartment which reduced when we opened the window.

This apartment was so nice and spacious, perfect for staying in Ho Chi Minh, so close to the centre with bonus of being a bit quieter. Would 100% stay here again if we come back to Ho Chi Minh. Michelle the host is also so helpful!

Amazing host she made sure we were able to reach the apartment with the keys as soon as we arrived, also provided a while water jug of 19L! Quick response time, hot water in the shower, very comfy bed, access to a gym that is such an easy set up! We had no worries or stress when staying here as Michelle went above and beyond for us🫶we would return back the next time we go to Ho Chi Minh :) thank you so much Michelle and your sister!

Apartment and location were perfect. Michelle is very helpful with any problem and checking in. Pool and gym were both great

1 minor issue with the shower head but Michelle was quick to help

The room had a calming ambiance with subtle nods to Japanese design elements, making it a unique and cozy place to stay. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A huge plus for the 7/11 convenience store downstairs!

The host Michelle is very nice The location is surrounded by lots of local restaurants and supermarkets, close to district 1 The bed is comfortable, AC works very well. The view is beautiful. TV with Netflix Good WiFi

The bathroom is very dark, hard to apply makeup or do personal care. Also it has a unpleasant smell, maybe from humidity, the vent can be improved. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom, we wish there is a full body mirror in the room.

Gorgeous apartment and very clean. Michelle was very helpful. It was great that there was washing powder provides in the apartment so we could use the washing machine! Nice rooftop pool and the gym was perfect too. Thanks Michelle!

Nothing everything was great!

The host Michelle was so kind and welcoming immediately upon arrival. The apartment looked just like the photos and had a nice view of the city. Plenty of space for a solo traveler or even a couple who plan on staying in HCM City for an extended period of time. Ugly recommend.

Michelle the host is absolutely magnificent, polite, friendly, and so easy to make contact with if any problem arise. The accommodation is great , very clean and great value for money. The swimming pool is one of many highlights of the property, would happily recommend this property to anyone who wants a holiday with the comfort of your own home. Thanks for opportunity to stay in this apartment as it's by far one of the cleanest in Vietnam. Definitely value for money. Great place to stay , great value for money .... Thanks Michelle this appartament will be my first place to stay on any future vacations. Delightful !!

Nothing to complain about at all

Michelle, the host, is great! Super friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. Apartment studio was a described in the pictures and very secure. Access to gym and pool was provided with straightforward set up arranged by Michelle. Quiet floor with bin access nearby, cleaned daily. Grab taxi pick up outside with x2 grocery shops onsite.

Bed was slightly too hard for my liking

great apartment had a good stay at the apartment, super convenient location there's a 7/11 right outside and you can grab a taxi for a few dollars to all the tourist spots. Host was so lovely would highly recommend

While staying at the accommodation, the apartment manager tried to solve the customer's inconvenience as much as possible and asked the customer about it from time to time.

Very beautiful apartment with great decor and amazing view. But having Michelle as host was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Absolutely will be back next time if I visit Ho Chi Minh

Great host - helpful, responds quickly. Quiet room - considering HCMC is a very busy, noisy city. Clean and tidy room with a great view of the city. Loads of eateries around the apartment.

The smell along the corridor - but it doesn't get into your room.

Cleanness of the room, having a washing machine and a kitchenette, great water pressure, a big jug of drinking water was provided, helpful and responsive host, the gym.

As a personal preference, the pillows were too hard and thick, only one coffee cup, payment by credit card requires an additional 3%.

Payment procedure a little strange since we had to pay on site. Since we did not expect it we had not sufficient cash with us and Michelle did not bring the credit card machine. You may want to inform the clients beforehand (at least for foreigners booking via booking it is a little bit unusual and complicated). Please also invest into the maintenance (many cupboard doors and drawers could not be closed which does not feel too tidy). A towel in the kitch to dry the dishes would be great

The location is the best, easier to access the Grab and find the local food.

Michelle was a great host and communication was beyond perfect. Very proactive and caring. Perfect way to start your Trip to Vietnam. Apartment was also great. Only little downside was the smell in the bathroom which happens when it rains a lot and is a general thing in the buildings. Thank you.

An absolutely relaxing stay i had at this beautifully located apartment. The host is super friendly and helpful and made sure i was well taken care of. The apartment have 24 hour store under was super convenient to get everything i need. I don't have a single complaint and only good things to say about my stay and experience. We had a great stay in Ho-Chi-Minh City. The view was spectacular and the room was clean and pretty. Michelle was very helpful and overall a lovely host. We would come back here anytime. Thanks a lot!

The kitchen is not fully equipped. Things like salt, oil, or pepper were missing. It gets quite bright early in the morning.

Beautifully located, only a few minutes walk to beautiful cafes and a bustling food street that is an absolute must visit! The facilities are state-of-the-art, clean and regularly maintained. Even the city center is easily reachable by foot and most destinations in HCMC will only be a short taxi ride away for you. The beds are super comfortable and the room had all possible amenities and was sparking clean! 10/10, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tran is very nice. I forgot my earrings after I left, but she helped to book the delivery and sent to me.

the location is good, there’re three supermarkets downstairs. But the apartment is next to the bridge, a bit noisy.
