Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Friendly and accomodating host. Quick to respond. Easy check in and check out process. Apartment had dressing table/chair in the main bedroom which was a bonus. Plenty of hangers and hanging rack to dry clothes after washing.
The car park was a little far from the lift. The lifts took a few minutes but nothing longer than 5 mins; perhaps we had used during non-peak hours/dates.

The collection of access card a bit hustle and parking is at 2 different level. Bath shampoo bottle need to replace new one.

Car park located far from enterence. You need to park at block A but you staying at block B.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was comfortable, the house was clean, and even the toilet was spotless. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. During check-out, the owner even asked the guard to help us use the lift down to the parking, which made things so much easier. Truly a great experience, highly recommended!

The space felt cozy and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. 5 stars!

The duvet were dirty. There were stains, blood spots. Towels were also not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor was not the best, water could not drain properly and sink was leaking. For the check in, I received a whatsapp message asking me to send a picture of my passport to confirm my name otherwise i will not get the check in instructions. In times of so much scams on internet, this is a bad way to do check in and I hated it. The number lock to the post box for self check in is so hard to see. I can barely see the number and was having a hard time retrieving the keys.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2025Amazing property with stunning views and everything you need inside. We had a lovely stay here. Comfortable beds and very clean. You can use the facilities in the complex such as the swimming pools, gyms, sauna and more. It’s a great location to explore penang from too.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2024On 9th-10th Nov i bring my family to stay here. Host was very considered and welcoming. She asked about the car parking and when we literally confused on how to enter the building (because we didnt notice theres actually got 2lifts) the host patiencely explained to us and gve us a guide. Room was big, even she prepared pillows and conforters each room, she also prepare for extras of it. We are so impressed. The deco was soo pretty and minimalist which i liked it. Will comeback again if we visit penang.
The waiting time of lift. Lift are too small and too slow for the peak hour. We need to checkout early to avoid extra fees which is the host already put in in details in t&c
