Loft Bach - Kiwakiwa

Clean apartment, a very responsive host, very spacious, perfect for 5-6 people. Has all the facilities you need. Heated floors and a very warm gas heater for winter. Great value

Nothing other than maybe a slight walk from town (10 mins) which is a bit hilly, something to consider for those less mobile. Also garage does not fit large cars eg. ford wildtrack

Great location walking distance to town. Warm and comfortable

We weren’t aware that the garage was shared. Not a problem but we had a knock on our door at 11pm asking to move our car. On reflection there is a small sign in the back of the garage but didn’t notice it. Would be good if it was made clear in the instructions. Could do with better signage was a little hard to fin the apartment arriving when it’s dark.

Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to town.

Outside table on balcony is badly weather damaged and was filthy so we didn’t use it.

Nice place. Had what we were after. Good location. Walking distance to waterfront and town. Please though, put in a decent dishwasher. With a family of 5 and cooking a few nights, dishwasher was crap and we had to re-wash some things. Still would recommend.

Loved the room sizes, the bathrooms were lovely, the lounge area really comfortable and loved the fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great location a short walk to town. We were very happy with everything and really enjoyed our stay. We had lots of room to spread out.

Plenty of room with 2 bathrooms. Well appointed kitchen, washer dryer & bbq. Comfortable beds. Short walk to town. Car parking. Portable cot & high chair.

Garage is great but bit small for SUV

The setup of thw house the glass fr the bedrooms and living but balcony is dirty the bbq pit we cant grill because needs cleaning

Had asthma attack when i arrive due to dust we had to vacuuum. But all others. You are doing great

Great location clean light spacious

The nice view and the beautiful appartment. Everything was clean and it was well equipped. Not far from the center.

When you come from the center, it goes up quite steeply to get to the apartment. For people over 60 like us, its quite hard.

Comfortable accommodation, perfect for 2 couples. Easy walking to central Queenstown (although hilly :)

A small milk in fridge on arrival would have been a nice touch.

The comfiest beds. I saw reviews of poor pillows but we had a selection and it was great. The living area was so cosy and we loved the underfloor heating

We had some WiFi issues, but they were hot on it and gave us temporary WiFi that did the job. They were also brilliant at communicating. The view wasn't as fab as described, but you can't blame the development of other properties.

Finding dirty undies under the bed - not ours... yuck!

Nice clean comfortable and fairly spacious property with 3 good sized rooms in an excellent location 10 mins walk into the main town area.

Master bedroom sliding doors off lounge room not so private and lack of a heated room for snow gear

This lovely apartment exceeded our expectations. The host were very quick with communication and kindly let us know the apartment was ready earlier if we needed, late check out and let us store our luggage’s in their office whilst waiting for our flight. Thank you so much this was such a wonderful stay.

The extraction fans in the bathrooms didn't seem to work.

Could not find fault

The appartement was really good, lots of room and well equiped. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was very noce.

We didn't find a thermostat to regulate the temperatur, so when the sun was shining pn the windows, it became really hot and in the morning it was chilly.
