Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. So ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist top, hat aber den Nachteil, dass es ab und zu auch mal "Auto-Geräusche" gab.

Der Service im Frühstücksraum war korrekt, hat aber nicht mit Freundlichkeit geglänzt. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, weil es sonst wirklich nahezu perfekt war.

Acomodação muito confortável. Quarto com um ótimo espaço. Café da manhã delicioso. Funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos. Ótima localização.

The room was on the 4th floor (highest) and the ceiling was cut, plus the view from the window was blocked by the roof decorations.

We liked the late options for breakfast and check out which helped to make our stay relaxing. The whole hotel is immaculate and stylish.

The room tended to be a bit hot and stuffy at night.

Such a quiet and peaceful location. This is a small gem of a hotel on one of London’s prettiest streets. Yet you are only a 7-10 minute walk from Sloane Square or Harrods. The rooms are perfects and breakfast was a 10. The staff is very professional and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Location was great. Room was nice and not a bad size for London hotels.

Room was on the basement floor where I was woken up at 7.15am by the kitchen which seemed to be next door to my room. The lift was also right next to my room. Breakfast had elements that were good but little in the way of a continental option. Toast was ordered but was very cheap quality bread.

The location was perfect for us. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The snug room was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. Our room was comfortable and cool due to the efficient air conditioning. Our room was quiet as requested. The walk in shower was safe with simple to use rain shower and hand held shower. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. Breakfast was superb in a charming setting. We appreciated the iron and ironing board. The mini fridge was really useful in such hot weather. There were some nice little additional touches; a sewing kit, shoe shine cloth and toothbrush and toothpaste. We enjoyed the free shortbread with our tea on arrival.

A chair would have been a welcome addition, but no real problem for just one night..

Comfortable (superior) room although compact; good to have choice of air-conditioning or open-able window. Good facilities in bathroom. Excellent breakfast included. Good location. Courteous staff.

As can be expected from this style of period property, rooms may be on the small side (with limited storage space) so may not suit everyone. Unfortunately we were disturbed in middle of night (1 or 2am) by very loud, inconsiderate, other guests (or staff?), so there may be not much sound-proofing in rooms.

Purtroppo bagni piccolissimi seppure molto belli, ma senza punti di appoggio o ganci dove appendere le cose, le prese per il phon in punti impensabili e manca uno specchio in camera! pesa anche la mancanza di una hall dove potersi fermare qualche momento senza tornare in camera. posizione abbastanza buona

I liked the interior of the room, the light fixtures in the hotel, the bathroom tiles, features and knobs were wonderful, breakfast was amazing though it didnt have variety it did make up for it with the eggs which were done perfectly (omlette was silky, poached was cooked perfectly in the middle and runny), staff were amazing and helpful

If I had to pick one thing it was the variety of items for breakfast though it wasn’t a huge factor

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The room was beautiful, a great comfortable bed, a large bathroom and shower. The morning breakfast was exceptional.

During this heat wave in the UK, the air conditioning was not sufficient for our needs in the room. Coming back each day for a rest was difficult because the room would not cool down adequately.

Difficile dare un giudizio. L'Hotel è in ottima posizione a 10 minuti da Harrods e dalla metro di Sloane Square. Camera bella e tranquilla, bel bagno ma... nel seminterrato. Ora non dico che voglio la vista eccezionale ma spendere più di 300 euro a notte per una stanza in seminterrato, senza saperlo prima non mi pare una buona referenza.

La colazione è un capolavoro di disorganizzazione. Buffet microscopico, menu su ordinazione decente ma sbagliano gli ordini, dimenticano le cose. Giorno di partenza abbiamo aspettato 30 minuti due fette di bacon,

Staff and breakfast was gorgeous. The interior decoration was fabulous.

It should be made clear that the 4th floor has no lift access and it should be made more clear at the point of booking. I had requested a particular pillow at the point of booking. I didn't receive it, had to re-request it for the 2nd night stay and did receive it then. It really was needed and it was a shame to have to ask again for it.

Dry tidy and great location. We had the smallest room (lacking any desk or even a chair) but it was comfortable. Breakfast was fine but the up charge for French toast or pancakes was too high.

The rooms are really smartly decorated and everything feels well looked after and maintained. Really appreciated the welcome note and all the little attention to detail.

The lady on breakfast service was a bit brisk.. I guess everyone has their off days.

Migliorerei il buffet della colazione ( anche se era disponibile una serie di piatti dalla carta) e poi manca uno spazio (salotto con divani e poltrone ) in cui trascorrere qualche momento durante il giorno,senza doversi chiudere in camera.

Het hotel is een klein, luxe boutique hotel met 18 kamers. De ontvangst was heel vriendelijk door Mo. Hij vertelde ons bij binnenkomst dat 1 van onze kamers al klaar was ( 10.00 uur in de ochtend). Dat was fijn want we konden direct onze bagage op de kamers zetten en ons wat opfrissen. De hal van het hotel was prachtig met de ronde hoge trap, de mooiste kroonluchters en de marmeren vloeren. De kamer verraste ons helemaal, deze was net zo ruim als op de foto's aangegeven (dat is nog weleens anders) heel schoon, heerlijke schone lakens iedere dag en goede schoonmaakservice. Het ontbijt is ook fantastisch, er is een klein buffet waar alles vers is: fruit, verschillende soorten yochurt, zoete broodjes, verse jus d'orange, verse appelsap, etc. verder kun je a la carte verschilende ei en bijgerechten bestellen (allen inclusief). Verder is de locatie echt heel goed, centrum Londen, met veel dingen op loopafstand zoals buckingham Palace en Harrods, maar wel de rust en netheid van een fijne woonwijk. Dit hotel is echt een aanrader.

De badkamer is ietwat aan de kleine kant in vergelijking tot de ruimte in de kamer. Echter wel heel goed ingedeeld. Alleen de deur gaat naar binnen open, en dat maakt de ruimte kleiner.

Het hotel is stijlvol van buiten en van binnen en ligt in een prachtige wijk. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er heerste een fijne, rustige sfeer in het hotel. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en met zorg bereid.

Je kunt ‘s nachts wat voorbijgaand verkeer horen. Oordopjes liggen klaar voor als je deze wilt gebruiken.

Der Empfang war eher kühl reserviert, und dann kam die Überraschung: room without view heißt Zimmer im Keller (vielleicht auch nur im Halb-Keller, Souterrain oder Tiefparterre, auf jeden Fall nur mit Velux nach oben). Das war aber nicht dass schlimmste. In meinem Zimmer konnte ich auch mit Oropax nicht gut schlafen, weil das Kühlaggregat der Küche 24 Stunden läuft und niederfrequente Vibrationen durch alles durchgehen. Hatte extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten. In der ersten Nacht kam auf meine Beschwerde nur der Rat, doch Ohrstöpsel zu verwenden, was ich ja eh schon gemacht habe. In der zweiten Nacht hat man mich dann "upgegraded" auf ein Zimmer unter dem Dach. Da konnte man ein bisschen den Himmel sehen, aber der Raum war viel kleiner und weniger hoch. Beide Zimmer hatten gemein, dass sie irgendwie ungemütlich kühl waren, für meinen Geschmack.

Shower never hot, only warm Bar closes at 8pm, even though leaflets in your room and at the bar say 10pm! We knew last orders for food was 7.30pm, we went around 7.10, spent £200 only to be thrown out at 8pm, and not in a pleasant way by the staff , her shift was finished at 8pm, at 7.30, she needed to prepare all the tables for breakfast, take it or leave it basically! Plus, a possible friend of hers, staring straight at us, while they whispered about us still being there, didn't make us feel comfortable in the slightest. So unfortunately, absolutely no chance of us revisting this hotel
