There was a time where the toilet clogs. The chair also not safe for us to use. So we put somewhere far during our staycation.But so far everthings okay.

Un autre immeuble est en construction juste devant donc marteau piqueur géant qui fait un bruit phénoménal du matin au soir. Compliqué d’apprécier la piscine dans ces conditions.

Obiekt nie był czysty o czym poinformowałam właściciela,wysłał ponownie Panią do sprzątania.Do tego było pełno jakiś chodzących robaków,brudne zasłony,widać niedokładnie sprzątanie.Brudne okna za łóżkami dosłownie syf,poduszki i kołdry śmierdziały.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026We had a kettle ( though the first socket we plugged it into didn't work)plenty of room with great views . On street level there are restaurants, 2 24hr mini markets and 2 24hr laundrys. There is a direct walkway ( painted blue ) to the Jesselton mall.
Though the apartment slept 5 we had 1 tea spoon, 1 spoon, 2 forks, 3 knives and 4 cups ! Would be difficult to self cater, though we ate out so it didn't bother us.

Apartment smelled of smoke when we arrived. Furniture was a bit old and could have had more kitchenware. Floorboards also a hazard as coming up in places

Our apartment 31-06 was, we hadn't realised, on the 31st floor. On our first night the lobby was filled with people complaining that the lifts weren't working - luckily got fixed, but image! Asked where the cups / mugs were and we were told only IKEA glasses which seemed strange given price Only one bed in each room has side access. The rest you have to crawl down the bed to get off In both bedrooms the beds are on a plinth. Really easy to miss your step both day and night and in the smaller bedroom the plinth sticks into the room far in excess of the mattress. Easy to trip over

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Location is awesome w plenty of food options on the ground floor of the building. Staff response was fairly fast when I connected on the day arrived. Sean view also great. Free Netflix and YouTube for entertainment.
The sofa is a bit （almost) broken and so does the table chair. The batteries on the remote controls for TV and fan seems need to be replaced. The switch of shower also broken (still can use the shower though). I did not contact the staff as it’s holiday and I can still accommodate, I’m sure they will response according to my previous contact experience.

1. 4박5일 3명 수건 단 5개 들어가기 전에 추가로 수건 좀 달라했음 ->답장 없음 결국 수건 5개 줌 4박5일에 3명인데 부족하다 문의함 5개만 준다 함 ->하루에 수건 한장씩 세명이서 쓰란말임 세탁기 있는거 알겠다. 그럼 세탁세제는 어디있는가? 찾을 수 없다. ->세탁 세제는 본인이 사서 써라 ->수건 5개? 매일 바꿔주나? 세제도 따로 사서 쓰라고? ->답장 무시함 여행 끝날때까지 답 안함 ->결국 세제 따로 사서 세탁함 ->세탁해서 쓸 수 있음. 근데 이에 대해서 말해준거도 없고, 질문이나 요청은 애초에 답장 안하고 무시했음 ->이게 문제임. 싫으면 답장 안함 2.세면도구 완비 라길래 샴푸, 바디워시 이렇게는 있을줄 알았는데 그냥 화장실에 벽에 붙어있는 짜서 쓰는 비누 하나 있음 개인 세면도구 지참 필요 3.하우스키핑 없음 ->이해함 근데 하우스키핑이 없을꺼면 수건 여유롭게 주던가, 세제라도 놔두던가 다른곳에 비해서 숙소 가격이 조금 있는편이었음 숙소 위치는 좋은 편임. 모든걸 알아서 해결해야하는 숙소 대응이 아쉬움 그거빼곤 다 훌륭함

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026公寓式酒店，并不提供早餐，地理位置离哲斯顿码头非常近，步行五分钟，这很好。拿取房卡和归还非常方便，房东人很好，沟通顺畅。
房东距离酒店距离20分钟车程，有急事的话找他要等一会。消防通道有的楼层在楼梯间里无法出去门外，门锁是坏的。公寓卫生状况堪忧，晚上看见至少两只蟑螂。
