Durch den Host gab es via WhatsApp sehr gute Infos mit Bildern zum Check in (Self-Check-in), ebenso wie zu dem Ablauf am Flughafen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Für uns war die Wohnung absolut ausreichend, für ein paar Tage in der Großstadt. Es gab eine Filteranlage für Wasser, so dass wir unser Trinkwasser (in der Mall direkt nebenan) nicht kaufen/schleppen mussten. Auch nach unserem Aufenthalt, gab es von unserem Host für die weiteren Reiseziele super Insider Tipps. Wir waren während des Ramadans in der City. Sehr zu empfehlen, weil viel weniger Menschenmengen unterwegs sind. Dennoch waren die Straßen abends gut gefüllt.

Man muss bedenken das man in einer Großstadt ist und den Verkehrsgeräuschen in 14.Etage ausgesetzt ist.

i had an amazing stay in Kuala Lumpur! The host is absolutely lovely, so kind and attentive. Communication was always very fast and smooth, which made everything easy from the beginning. The self check-in process was simple and hassle-free. The location is realy good - right across from the shopping mall and next to the metro station, which made getting around the city convenient. The mall have everything you need just steps away. The apartment is spacious, very clean and well maintained. It has many windows! The bedroom is large and comfortable. The building also has great amenities, including a gym and a swimming pool!

Comfortable, very kind staff available to guide in necessary steps like security and even immigration, snacks for free available at first in the appartement so helpful when you just arrive, spacious appartement, well equipped and working fine! Netflix also working fine, excellent internet connection available for free. The nearness of Putra Mall is very convenient for food, market and buying clothes and other souvenirs. .

This apartment is really nicely decorated, much more quirky and interesting than other places we have stayed in KL. It has everything you could possibly need - plenty of cutlery, glasses, bowls and cups, enough towels, loads of pillows and cushions, some toiletries, even complimentary snacks! The apartment is also clean and comfortable. The TV connects to Netflix or YouTube if you like. There are cool city views from the windows and balcony. The location is really good. You can reach the nearby mall in a few minutes, which also connects you to the LRT station. From there you can travel to KLCC or Bangsar fairly easily. There is a Chinese vegetarian restaurant within walking distance too. The building is well maintained with a lovely large pool and waterslide. Great communication with the owner and very clear instructions for finding the place and picking up keys.

The air conditioning in the main bedroom could do with some maintenance but it was still useable. The balcony looks nice but it's not really possible to sit out there due to the air conditioning unit blowing hot air on you. However this is very often the case with balconies in KL and at least you can still dry laundry out there.

What I really like about this homestay is how friendly and helpful the owner is — always keeping us updated with all the info we need. The place is super clean, cozy, and very comfortable for my family. The location is also super convenient — really close to PWTC and the LRT station. It’s easy to find food too, either by ordering Grab or just walking over to Sunway Putra Mall. Loved our stay here!

My stay was absolutely delightful! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect which next to Sunway Putra shopping mall. A major plus was the **dedicated car parking space**—it made arriving and exploring the area so much easier. Sandra was an exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. I truly appreciated the little details that made my stay special. I would happily book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Spacious, nicely furnished apartment. Two separate bedrooms, one with a private bathroom, but there was a second bathroom attached to the living room. Everything needed was there, like a drinking water machine for hot and cold drinking water, microwave oven, coffee & tea etc. Wifi was working well. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions for self check-in and check-out, which worked very well. The pool in the common area on the 3rd floor was big and clean. There's a mall with restraurants and a big supermarket and a metro station nearby.

The a/c in the smaller bedroom wasn't working very well, but we reported the problem and the owner will look into it (a/c in the living room and big bedroom worked perfectly fine). Two key cards are provided, which made the wardens at the main entrance ask us questions because we were three adult people. But when we said we are one family they let us pass and after two days they seemed to already know us :-D Both wasn't a big deal for us in the end.

As I move on, I’ll look back fondly on my time here. This residence provided everything I needed and more. Highly recommended

The facilities all are great. It is difficult to find host that would provide cuckoo (water filter) but this property has it. It really helpful since I have a toddler.

We chose this place due to the location. Never thought the house exceeded my expectations. Location : less than 5 minutes walk to Sunway Putra Mall , 5 minutes walking to Putra WTC. Safe to walk. The house is exceptional clean, cosy, suitable for family. Fully equipped for short stay. Definitely a good choice with reasonable price to stay.

Confusing to get into the lift from the parking lot. There is no signboard on entry or to lift

The place is extremely clean & cosy. we have pleasant experience throughout the stay. the unit is fully furnish. i'm attending workshop in hotel seri pacific. it is only 5 minutes walk from the unit. the place is very near to sunway putra mall as well. the check-in & check-out process is very easy as well. the host is very helpful & kind. 5 🌟🤩

The room has a cozy and spacious design with one master bedroom and one normal bedroom and two toilets, quiet surroundings and soundproof to the neighborhood when we happened to have a meet up with friends. The distance to WTC is 5 minutes walk through the mall. Great place and good price. The owner is extraordinarily warm greeting and informative to our stay. I would say it’s quite professional as a business management matter, although the building is not a new built but well-maintenance.

Some facilities are not the latest model but it works fine.

Thanks so much for the really comfortable and beautiful stay at Villa Puteri. We all loved the apartment, tastefully decorated and super clean. Fully equipped to the detail. Sandra is so nice, kind and helpful. Kids (and parents) loved it and felt at home the very first minute. Kids want to spent all day at the pool. It is the most beautiful in all KL. The condo was the best equipped place I ever stayed. The place was indeed cosy and it's very clean as well. The owner was nice guiding us through all the procedures in detail.

I like everything about this property. The location is amazing at the center of KL city, the apartment was so clean and tidy, a lot of facilities provided by the host like TV entertainment, access to swimming pool and gym, you can even do your laundry there and not worrying about running out of clothes during your trip. The host also providing a free parking space for those who rent a car during the trip. Overall, it was amazing experience staying at Cosy City Centre Living at WTC
