Не було таблеток для посудомийної машини, Коли ми приїхали- посудомийна машинка буда повна, на. Довелось її розберати Немає праски та кави.

Appartement très grand, très confortable et climatisé. Réactivité du concierge et équipe de maintenance. Ménage fait au bout de 5 jours. Draps et serviettes changées. Chambres dotées de volets et 2 fenêtres à double vitrage pour isoler du bruit.

Rue très bruyante car trois lignes de circulation en sens unique. Nous avons petit déjeuner sur le grand balcon mais la table est vraiment très petite, branlante et le bruit de la circulation assourdissant . Je suggère de mettre des patins en feutre sous les pieds des fauteuils et des chaises car le bruit est atroce pour nous et encore plus pour les voisins. Le clavier pour entrer le code à l'extérieur est d'une saleté innommable. Bon à savoir ! Nous avons payé 150 € de taxes de séjour à deux pour une semaine.

Esta bien ubicado y es cómodo

Que no estaba del todo limpio (suelo y baño), no se especificó el uso de la tarjeta para accionar luz. En la noche me fueron a tocar la puerta, por lo que me dio un poco de inseguridad

Espaçoso. Localizado próximo a duas estações do metrô e ônibus na porta. Silencioso. Boas camas.

Internet não funcionava nos quartos. O piso do box estava com uma placa antiderrapante que era solta e perigosa. O ar condicionado não chegava corretamente ao quarto dos fundos. Localização não é boa para visitar nada de Barcelona a pé.

This apartment met our needs perfectly. The beds were comfy, the area felt safe and the apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The location is great. About 10/15 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia, 5 minutes to Encants metro station and there are lots of bakeries and a supermarket around the corner. It felt like a real home from home.

The air conditioning wasn't very powerful and you couldn't leave it on whilst you were out. It was 34 degrees when we visited so it would've been nice to return to a cool bedroom. Also, the road is pretty noisy outside ( I live on a main road so I didn't notice but my friend needed earplugs) Note to owners, the little bedroom desperately needs a mirror! Other than this, it was fabulous!

Super sauber, Klasse Ausstattung mit Balkon, Klimaanlage und allem drum und dran. Tolle Lage und viele Möglichkeiten 24/7 einzukaufen.

Location is a plus! Metro and bus are close and very accesibles. Close to La Sagrada Familia Church and many cafes, supermarkets and restaurants on the area.

Wifi was not working properly just on the living Rooom, no signal at all on the Bedrooms. They not updated the city taxes before reaching there, I would like to receive a email letting me aware of it. No amenities at all. Bathroom was poorly cleaned. It was some dirty spots on the shower. The checking out is at 10 am.

L’appartamento era pulitissimo e profumato. Erano presenti vari asciugamani per viso e corpo e le stanze erano luminose. Presenti tutti i servizi e gli utensili per cucinare. Gentile il pensiero di farci trovare una bottiglia d’acqua e un set di condimento. Posizione ottima a 15 min dalla Sagrada.

Purtroppo il check in è stato un po’ complesso in quanto è da fare ad una macchinetta automatica che si era inceppata. Più di una persona che abbiamo incontrato nel condominio aveva avuto problemi del genere. Abbiamo trascorso un’ora e mezza in attesa che ci consegnassero la chiave (hanno mandato un ragazzo molto gentile)…

Two bedrooms, 1 shower, 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels, shower gel, conditioner, kitchen, refrigerator, table with chairs, living room, air conditioning, television and balcony. Walking distance to Família Sagrada, restaurants, market and close to public transportation. If you’re visiting multiple tourist attractions, think about getting a pass for the Hop on and off Bus tour pass.

Checking in instructions were not clear. Discovered a check in kiosk which requires passport information for all guests. After receiving a key card and entered the apartment, I found an orange notice regarding activating the electricity in the apartment, concierge hours and checking out instructions.

Mentir en el precio: yo reservé el alojamiento por un precio con cochera incluida y demás. Me encontré que tuve que pagar 122€ extra por aparcar parking + el impuesto del turista. Suciedad: me encontré una cucaracha muerta en el cepillo de barrer. La cocina no cuenta con lo que se presume que debe de tener para utilizarla. No tiene tostadora solo tenía un cuchillo pequeño, una sartén mugrienta y sin apenas vasos. Si se reserva un apartamento en lugar de un hotel es precisamente para hacer uso de entre otras cosas la cocina.

Good location and big appartment, very spacious and comfortable, and the parking is nice to have. The service was good, I highly recommend the place.

I think the bathroom can be renovated, it's starting to feel a bit old by now, not a deal breaker and not terrible or anything, I would still come back even with the current bathroom but I do recommend that it be renovated soon.

Check-in automatico un pò macchinoso e lungo

El chico que nos atendió en consigna (no recuerdo el nombre, pero creo recordar que era uruguayo) fue majísimo y nos facilitó todo un montón. A pesar de que este tipo de alojamientos son un poco fríos en ese sentido, este chico hizo que estuviéramos comodísimos y totalmente atendidos en todo momento.

El barrio estaba en obras, y eso no nos permitió disfrutarlo. Pero la ubicación es muy buena para llegar hasta la Sagrada Familia, Gracia y los principales highlights de Barcelona.

El apartamento era muy grande, con dos habitaciones. Tenía aire acondicionado por conductos, lo cual era una gran ventaja por el calor que hacía fuera. Todo muy cómodo

Tuvimos que pagar 40€ en el check-in para que nos dieran la tarjeta de la habitación. No sabíamos que había que pagarlos y no los devuelven

La rete wi fi non prendeva per nulla

El aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla. La ubicación es buena. Y bien equipado.

Un poco antiguas las instalaciones pero cumple con todo.

Amplio departamento, super comodo y moderno, una terraza muy amplia de unos 20 metros cuadrados. Todo es autonomo y se hace el checkin con una maquina. En nuestro caso el departamento venia con aceites de oliva en pequeñas botellas de regalo. Se encuentra a 2 cuadras de un metro, permitiendo moverte por toda la ciudad, asi como a 10 minutos caminando de la sagrada familia.

O chuveiro é bom, a cozinha é boa, as camas são confortáveis, o check in é muito rápido, o check out é muito dinâmico. A localização é perfeita. Duas estações perto.

Beds were not really comfortable and the oven was noisy. Also card stopped working so electric went off couple times. Had to find door in dark and trapped finger as pushed door instead of pulling as couldn't see as was pitch black.

Do barrulho do AC junto ao WC e da falta de limpeza do espaço nos 4 dias e a limpeza em geral do apartamento. Tinha poeira e o sinal de Internet era fraco e só apanhava na sala e não nos quartos.ser

I did like about the property the self check in/out, the apartment was very spacious and good air conditioning. Also the property is in walking distance from the Sagrada Familia.

Romslig og fin leilighet med god air condition. Flott beliggenhet. Muligheter for å lage mat og TV med mange kanaler.

Dårlig wifi - fungerte for det meste ikke. Heisen fungerte ikke de to siste dagene i oppholdet vårt.

Ηταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και μεγάλο, ειδικά για την τιμή του για Βαρκελώνη, πολυ δροσερό και καθαρό. Απο παροχές δεν μας έλειψε κατι.

Θα μπορούσε να πιάνει καλύτερο ίντερνετ, είχαμε ενα θέμα με αυτο.

Gute Klimaanlage für alle Räume der Wohnung. Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und zum Innenhof. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte genug Anlageflächen und Schränke. Zentral gelegen und gutes Viertel. Genügend Handtücher. Aufzug vorhanden.

Ausstattung der Küche eher schlecht (Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, Spülmaschine abgegeben aber nicht vorhanden, Messer fallen auseinander, Brotmesser stumpf). Dusche sehr in die Jahr gekommen - der Boden ist kaputt und wurde durch eine Matte/plastikbrett ersetzt. WLAN war nicht in allen Zimmer verfügbar. Sehr hartes Bett.

El trato de Pablo, el chico del personal. Ha sido muy amable y rápido para resolver todo.

The location was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

L'appartamento era pulito, c'era tutto,la cucina era attrezzata, il bagno pulito e carino. Posizione ottima,ci sono 2 fermate di metro a 5min a piedi e sottocasa la fermata dei pulman. Climatizzata e tutto ok

Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che il letto nella stanza singola era duro e scomodo.

Loud drunk guys in the apartment next to ours and some loud noises throuth the night.

The location is very central. Close to two metros and bus stops. Very walkable and a safer area at night. The property also has central air conditioning which is very important in the summer in Barcelona.

Na plus lokalizacja. Trafił mi się pokój od strony wspólnego dziedzińca, wiec było spokojnie ale balkon prawie wchodzi w balkon.

Brak jakiejkolwiek suszarki nawet ręcznika nie było gdzie rozwiesić o kąpielówkach nie wspomnę. Poza zestawem startowym wystarczającym na jedną kanapkę brak soli i pieprzu. Brak pralki. Zużyty brodzik z dziwną plastikową przykrywającą konstrukcją pod prysznicem.

A bit difficult to gain access on a Sunday. Fortunately, there is a button on the outside door and speaker to speak to someone to gain assistance to entry and key to apartment. The passport reader had difficulty accepting my passport, but I answered a series of personal questions to gain access to the apartment key.

Appartamento ampio, pulito, vicino alla metro. Il check in automatico è semplice, abbiamo richiesto anche una seconda chiave e ce l’hanno fornita gratuitamente a distanza.

Affaccia su una strada trafficata

Fui sola pero caben 3 personas perfectame te. El balón, lo luminoso que es, cómodo, la cama tan grande, ubicación (muy cerca del Institut IL3), personal muy atento, la botella de agua de bienvenida, la facilidad para hacer el checking. La verdad es que repetiría. Buena calidad precio.

Por decir algo, la distribucion de la ducha… dificil salida, resbala… necesita mejoras por seguridad. Falta un paño de cocina😅

O check in foi surpreendente, automatizado e rápido. O apartamento é bem localizado, silencioso e com itens que precisamos durante a estadia. Nos deixaram agua, sabonete, e itens para lavar a louça. A localização é perfeita, próximo de restaurantes, mercados, cafés, estação de trem e metrô.

A limpeza precisa melhorar um pouco mais, as superfícies, estavam empoeiradas, o banheiro precisa de uma melhor vedação no piso mas no geral estava bem organizado.

Solo all’inizio un po’ di fastidio perché abbiamo svolto tutte le operazioni tramite macchinario, ma abbiamo avuto supporto dal concierge tramite citofono.

Si bien el encargado no está en el edificio, nos solucionaron todo enseguida, muy amables. La ubicación es genial, está cerca de un parque muy lindo. Para ir al centro usamos subte generalmente y estuvo muy bien

La tele no es smart, si viene estuvimos poco en el departamento, es complicado para ver algo ahí con chicos.

Una vista hermosa, un apartamento tranquilo, los espacios son muy buenos. Me encantó

The location of the apartment was relatively good, with decent transport links, making it easy to get to the main attractions of Barcelona.

We booked in January and were told the extra tax would be €82. When we arrived for check-in at 1:00 AM, the reception demanded €125. They gave us an ultimatum in the middle of the night: pay the extra money immediately or sleep on the street. It was pure extortion. Booking.com later helped us get a refund because the property's behavior was completely unacceptable. ​To make matters worse, the apartment was dirty and we found cockroaches inside. I have photos to prove it. The management is unprofessional, the place is unhygienic, and the service is aggressive. Avoid this place at all costs!"

The apartment was roomy and bright. Adequately outfitted kitchen. Nice balcony. 10 minute walk to both train and metro stations.

Bed in small bedroom was very old and uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy although our complaint was eventually addressed. Shower in bathroom was unsafe for a senior. No grab bars and no shelf in shower or beside sink. Bathroom window was not private. Had frosted glass but should have had a curtain. Location of the apartment is a bit remote from most city attractions.

Ubicación, perfecto para moverte en transporte público, muy cerca de la sagrada familia y en un barrio tranquilo. Apartamento cómodo, luminoso y en general bien equipado, perfecto para unos días, las camas muy cómodas. Instrucciones de entrada claras. El conserje muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto para ayudarte.

Lo único que recomendaría que hayan más mantas disponibles, solo había una colcha en cada cama y las dos primeras noches pasamos frío. Es cierto que no se me ocurrió decirlo, seguramente lo hubiesen solucionado. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto.

Určitě lokalita, vše bylo relativně kousek. Jednoduchý systém check-in a check-out. Pohodlná postel.

Groot appartement, netjes. Centraal gelegen. Fijn dat je koffer kan brengen bij late terugvlucht/vroege aankomst.

Плюси: 1. Локація ТОП, бо поруч станції метро і потяг до аеропорту Ель Прат. 2. Сама квартира непогана, чиста і відносно нова. 3. Можливість у них залишити речі в день виїзду до 18:30, бо виїзд з апартаментів ранній о 10:00. але є нюанси...

Мінуси: 1. Ми приїхали дуже рано і спитали про можливість заселення трохи раніше о 12:00, нам відмовили, сказати чекати 13:00. 2. Синтетичні ковдри, дуже неприємні на дотик і некомфортні. Думаю можна було б купити нормальні ковдри і підковдри для них, а не це... 3. Ржава посудомийна машина, прям дуже

La poca chiarezza. Ho chiesto più volte se tenevano i bagagli dopo il check out e mi avevano detto assolutamente si. Al check out mi hanno rimpallato tra un operatore e l'altro senza darmi aiuto..chi mi diceva che il servizio non c'era, chi mi diceva che era in un'altra sede e non lì. Alla fine ce ne siamo andati e abbiamo pagato un Locker alla Sagrada familia. Se lo avessero detto subito avrei prenotato altrove.
