La stanza non si è rivelata sicura e, cosa ancora più grave, il personale dell’hotel non si è dimostrato disponibile né ci ha fornito il necessario supporto e assistenza dopo quanto accaduto. Un’esperienza estremamente negativa che ha compromesso completamente il soggiorno
Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questa struttura, di cui due praticamente in attesa di presunte indagini e verifiche che l’hotel ci aveva fatto intendere sarebbero state effettuate, ma che non sono mai realmente avvenute. Dopo il furto subito in camera, anziché ricevere supporto concreto e risposte, abbiamo trascorso gran parte del soggiorno nell’incertezza e nell’attesa. Un’esperienza particolarmente spiacevole, soprattutto perché viaggiavamo con due bambini piccoli e non ci siamo mai sentiti al sicuro.

Poor quality bedlinen and pillows No luggage rack in 2nd bedroom No security safe in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen layout not ideal with regards the coffee maker which was too tall to use without moving it out every time to fill with water and coffee. This was very annoying.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026The one real highlight was the rooftop area, with a pool, hot tubs, BBQs and seating. It’s a pleasant space, although relatively small and it can become quite crowded.
At approximately $750 per night, we expected a much higher standard from The Royal Kelowna and were extremely disappointed with the value. Our room was run down and in desperate need of renovation and updating. Housekeeping was minimal, and we were surprised to discover there is no restaurant or bar on the property. We later learned that The Royal Kelowna is a fractional ownership property, which may help explain why the experience felt quite different from a traditional upscale hotel.

The rooms were dark and felt old and dated. The sheets on the sofa bed were creased badly after pulling it out. One couldn’t regulate the air con, it was either blowing or didn’t but nothing in between.

Our unit wasn’t very clean. Upon arrival, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes from the previous guests. The bed was not very comfortable.

Nous avons séjourné, mes trois enfants, mon mari et moi en juillet 2026. Nous avons adoré notre suite avec 3 chambres fermées, 2 sdb complètes, cuisine complète, salon et balcon avec vue sur l’eau et les montagnes! C’est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner à Kelowna. L’hôtel prête gratuitement des vélos et des kayaks, ce qui est vraiment plaisant en famille! Et la piscine est vraiment belle sur le toit, avec une vue magnifique!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Room was amazing and so was the location. I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful room with a beautiful view and the kitchen had everything we could have wanted. The staff was super helpful with parking for our oversized vehicle that couldn’t fit in the underground.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave! It was so amazing, I can’t wait to come back and stay longer!

Our queen bed was super hard and noisy and uncomfortable, horrible sleep. If we stay again were opting for a king suite. No instructions on how to work the jet tub or dishwasher or the tv. Took awhile to work it out. Paid parking at 25$ a night was a bit steep. Paying for this place in summer absolutely not, overly expensive. We will stick to off season.
