We felt welcome and comfortable the minute we arrived. Our maid noticed we drank a lot of coffee and left extra supplies. Everything was so clean and crisp. We parked our rental car and walked everywhere.
Good location...glad they take dogs. Over 500 a night plus pet fee of 100.00 which is the highest pet fee charge I have ever paid anywhere. After paying over 500 for the room the e tra 100 made the place a bit pricey...
No issues
I like hotel and staff
Valley parking service is good but your charges was so high 65 dollar par night .
Service et propreté
Great location
Expensive parking Swim area wasn’t explained
What a beautiful and relaxing week we just had with my family. Despite the smoke during the first days the crew made everything to make us feel confortable. I want to especially highlight the hotel Manager - Kristine for her exceptional support during all our stay. She does such a great job and i really understand why her staff is so aligned with this spirit of high level service. We really look forward to go back to Kelowna soon. Thank you Kristine and your great team
It's a bit of a stretch to consider this a true resort, but we enjoyed our visit and would book again at a more reasonable price. They're doing their best to keep the property updated, but the room itself was tired with water damaged areas in the bathroom, standard box store finishes and a 1.5 inch gap under the door from replacing carpet with vinyl flooring which let all the noise and smoke from the hallway into the room. I had to fix the toilet myself after the tank stopped filling; it took 2 seconds but altogether I think of properties I've stayed in which costed the same but were much better put together and it suddenly feels like we overpaid. The resort fees were clearly mentioned ahead of time, and are not unusual at this type of property. The location of the hotel couldn't be better - lots of places to walk, shop and eat. The restaurant and Pantry were ok and not outrageously priced, though the pool restaurant was closed for all 3 days we were there (in August). Though there were servers sporadically walking around, the poolside service was pretty much non-existent. Particular high points were the cleaning staff, restaurant servers, outdoor pool area and how connected the resort is to green space and downtown Kelowna.
The staff were very friendly and the location is great. The views from my room were good and the bed was comfy
The ac doesn’t work well at night. I was sweating all night every night. I did not get much sleep during my stay. The hut tub area was pretty gross. Rocks and dirt in both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Big clumps of hair surrounding the drains on the indoor hot tubs. No lighting in there so they felt kind of like a dungeon
Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Parkgarage ist sehr dreckig. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu teuer. Fenster kann man nicht ganz öffnen. Zimmer sehr hellhörig.
Staff were really helpful and friendly.
Staff, location, food and beverage service
A $45 dollar pp/pd instigated after our booking, and only informed a few days before arriving. Paper cups for tea/coffee in room.
Nice, great location, clean Comfortable
Expensive
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort. While I redeemed Marriott Bonvoy points for my stay, the booking still represented a value of approximately $740, and I was surprised to be charged an additional $45 resort fee upon check-in. This fee was not disclosed to me during the check-in process, and I was not made aware that it would be added to my bill. Had I known about this charge in advance, I would have appreciated the opportunity to understand exactly what it covered. Unfortunately, the quality of the room did not reflect the premium price or value of the stay. The in-room wall-mounted air conditioning unit was extremely loud throughout the night. The following morning, I attempted to make a cup of coffee, only to discover that the coffee maker would not work. After calling for assistance, a staff member informed me that the electrical outlets in the room often do not work properly with the coffee makers. I was instructed to move the coffee maker into the bathroom and plug it in there in order to use it. I found this completely unacceptable. For a hotel of Marriott’s reputation and at the price point of this stay, I should not have to move a coffee maker into the bathroom simply to make a cup of coffee. Basic room amenities should function properly, and guests should not have to work around known maintenance issues. Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of both the accommodations and the experience, especially given the value of the room and the additional resort fee. I have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years and have come to expect a much higher standard.
We had lunch which was average, but overpriced. Our room had a very noisy air-conditioner.
Our room was not a$ 500.00 value. It was no different than a 250.00 a night room.
The location couldn't be better—everything is within walking distance, including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and the marina. A special thank you for the complimentary bike and kayak rentals, they made our stay even more memorable. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. This was the perfect place to stay in Kelowna, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
The check in staff made us feel welcome and did their best to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. The hosts and servers were very kind and accommodating of our large group which included young children. The location was perfect! The access to the beaches, restaurants and activities were made it easy for our family enjoy our time together. The whole family was able to have fun in the pool together.
We could hear talking and music playing outside our window when we were ready to go to sleep. Sometimes it was difficult find chairs at the pool.
Außer der Lage hat dieses Hotel leider nichts positives
Das Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist überfordert und ziemlich unhöflich.
Stayed here for a conference. Hotel is newish and my room was large with a comfortable bed. Hotel is very clean. It is right on the water and having a drink on the patio on the lake was really lovely. There are a few things I thought the hotel was a little “cheap” on which is why I am only giving it a 4 star review rather than a 5. The styrofoam cups instead of coffee cups for the in room coffee maker, lack of a bathrobe or slippers, and very slow elevator are really my only complaints about this hotel .
My room was in North Tower in a room equipped for a handicap person. I am not handicap and continually tripped on incline to bathroom. My view out my window was that of a rooftop and brick wall. The smoke detector had a continuous high pitched squeal. I had to sleep with Tv on to block out the noise. The telephone on the nightstand was filthy. I was very disappointed in my room! !! They offered to move me to a double queen from my king. I declined as it was late and I had already settled in. I recommend to clarify what room they are providing . For the price it was a completely Not worth it!!!
Close to water & downtown
Amazing location, Walking distance to everything. The restaurants attached including the ice cream place were all fantastic.
It was very busy when we arrived due to a hockey tournament. Checked in with a very friendly trainee and given room 1006 on the 10th floor overlooking the lake. Nice large room, very light. Huge comfortable bed, chair, desk, fridge. Bathroom was small with a good shower. Lots of power sockets but WiFi only worked for me and the safe didn’t work at all. The Pantry for Bonvoy Elite Members had varying food offers including crisps, cereal bars, fruit, hard boiled eggs and soft drinks. For breakfast, there were cheese, egg and ham muffins, sandwiches cereals etc. but when they were gone, they were gone! A daily wine tasting was supposedly included in resort fee. but they didn't show up: the Food and Beverage manager apologised and offered us two complimentary glasses of wine at the bar as compensation, which was lovely.
I loved our stay and liked this resort very much even though it is very pricey. It is a family resort, so there were a lot of kids running around. The resort had great services starting with their reception at check in. The services at the restaurant was great. The restaurant was super busy when we were there. I assumed that there were some kind of events going on. The atmosphere was very energetic. I liked it. The hotel location is the best. It is right in downtown along the river. The city has a lot of activities/festivals around this area in the summer. There is a lounge on the main floor with basic food and beverages. I did not see the swimming pool as I did not have time to walk around, but lots kids going to the pool, so it must be good. The breakfast has two options: A la carte and buffet. Platinum members and above get two persons for free. The waiter/hotel covered the full bill for us, which was super nice of them. There is a resort fee which gives you $10 food credit (platinum gets another $10). Parking is expensive, but it is what it is. It is like a trend. Hotels are charging crazy amount for parking every where. There is a casino in the building besides the resort within the same complex.
Bed, Location
Noisy room. Room over HVAC units were very noisy. Buffet breakfast was disappointing for the price and for a resort hotel.
Good location
Pool too small - air conditioning ridiculously noisy
This was my second trip to this hotel It’s a great location and very clean. I did not eat at the hotel this time, but it was very busy and people seem to be enjoying their food. My biggest complaint it’s they charge a resort fee. That includes nothing. It’s just a price gouge.
Gorgeous and perfect location right at the lake in downtown Kelowna. Good vibe, gym was great, pool lovely, and food was solid.
Super expensive for what we got. Lots of hidden fees including resort fees, taxes, taxes, taxes.
Excellent location very friendly staff very well maintained
No one told us about the property fees that your charged at the end of your stay. Quite expensive
Excellent place to visit
The 2chairs and small table were not good. The desk chair on wheels was unsafe to sit on. To use the lounge chair we had to use a pillow to make it comfortable. The small round table was basically useless.
Pretty good location, Next to the lake and has a beautiful park downstairs!
Bathroom was leaking and the drain had issues. Booked a lake view room but when I came they said it was not available. Decoration in the hotel looks like 90s. $1700 for three nights is expensive. Service and facility is so so.
The waterfront location is beautiful, the staff very friendly and the restaurant is fantastic. The beds are very comfortable.
The towels in our room from the face cloths to the hand and bath ones were incredibly rough and scratchy. Actually very concerning to use.
Excellent location, large rooms and beautiful surroundings on Lake Okanagan.
Nothing - some parts are a little old fashioned but very clean.
I had such an incredible stay at the Delta Okanagan Grand that I already left a Google review earlier highlighting the amazing service from Rahul and Zeph at the front desk, they truly set the tone for a warm and welcoming experience from the moment we arrived. I wanted to make sure I also shared another standout moment here on TripAdvisor, because it absolutely deserves recognition. Mitchell, the sous chef in the restaurant, went completely above and beyond. What started as a casual joke about making a Japanese-style omelette for my friend turned into something unforgettable, Mitchell immediately offered to give it a try, and he absolutely nailed it. It was such a thoughtful and impressive gesture. He didn’t stop there. Later, he came by our table to check in and asked if we had just arrived or were heading out. When we mentioned we were leaving, he went out of his way to prepare treats for our trip. That level of care and attention is rare, and it made our stay feel truly special. Huge thanks to Rahul, Zeph, Mitchell, and the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
Comfortable hotel with all the usual facilities and shops but surprisingly not a full restaurant. That said there are plenty outside to choose from. The room views are variable so check in advance if this is important to you. Parking is available.
Had a group of 20 half kids and they toon great care of us. Solid waitress Andrea R dealt with our table, assertive and food was quick.
worn out bed
Good location
Small room
We had a great stay at Delta Hotels Kelowna and would absolutely return. When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the front desk handled it well—they took my number and called us as soon as it was available, and the wait wasn’t long at all. Nice, easy start. We stayed in Room 301 in the south tower, and it was huge. The layout was fantastic—separate closet and wardrobe space, a desk, comfy king bed, couch, chair, and even a patio. The bathroom was just as impressive, with tons of counter space, a jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower. The location is hard to beat. It’s about a 2-minute walk to the casino, right next to Okanagan Lake, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The on-site restaurant also has outdoor dining right by the water, which is a great touch. Bonus: Okanagan Parasail (the one with the Canadian flag parachute) is right next door. We appreciated the little extras too—bottled water and apples on arrival, and at checkout they handed out free lemonade and bags of apple chips. Small details, but they make a difference. The amenities were excellent. The gym was fully equipped, and the pool area is really well done. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, with a retractable wall/door so you can swim outside, plus another outdoor hot tub. There’s also a separate outdoor pool that was closed during our stay for painting, but it looked like a great space. Lots of lounge areas for relaxing in the sun. From the south tower, you also have access to the villas, which are even larger—something we’d consider next time. We were in town for a conference and had a lovely overall experience. Checkout was quick and friendly, and everything about the stay felt easy and comfortable. Would 100% come back.
Location
Rooms were very tired and towels were see through they were so worn and old
It’s a beautiful location! The staff were all really delightful.
For a first class hotel the towels were really thin and harsh instead of thick and soft
Asked for a room with a bathtub, was told I did not, did get a room with a tub the second night of our 2 night stay.
Staff were very helpful as had inadvertently booked wrong date.
The location to lake is 👌
No leg workout machines in gym - needs to be updated 💪
Customer service was impeccable
Its an expensive place to stay
Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff
Oak + Cru restaurant was slow service
Breakfast was excellent, very nice property, very walkable location
Location was lovely, room was exceptionally clean and staff was helpful and accomodating
Beautiful property in the downtown core

Location great. We were there for a concert.
eggs Benedict was lukewarm, we did however get a complimentary fruit bowl which was super fresh and delicious.
Very good

Friendly, clean, great location and lovely facilities. We will be back.
The room, the decor, location, excellent staff
The heat kept coming on constantly all night long and it was super noisy and kept waking us up
Beautiful motel and centered in a great place for seeing downtown and going to a hockey game
Le service, l’emplacement, la propreté des lieux. J’ai aussi adoré, les petits « perks » comme le wine tasting offert à 16h.
Les vélos inclus en location ne sont pas des vélos de montagne, mais des vélos de « touristes »
Just the entrance of the hotel and its lobby
The breakfast didn't have variety
Outstanding service. Ideal location. Great Lobby Bar. Trust me, try the espresso martini! Clean. Pet friendly. Close to walking, cycling, running trails. A perfect holiday resort in the heart of Kelowna
Location is perfect for downtown, Restaurant(s) and Marketplace were very good.
First room assigned, although clean and nice, for the value, was not optimal, but staff were very immediately very cordial and reassigned us to another room that did meet the value somewhat better.
Access to downtown
Most a tivities near the hotel was eating. Would like to have a guide to other activities for seniors.
Good for family. Clean and good food.
This was my third time staying at this hotel. The location is great! The room we were originally given was a bit run down with mold in the shower and a damaged bathroom door that didn’t stay closed. The hotel team moved us to a new room next door and it was much better. The fire alarm went off twice during the night at 4am and 5am so we didn’t get the best sleep. The pantry for Bonvoy members is a nice touch and great to grab snacks and a quick breakfast. Would stay here again but it would be great if the hotel could do some updates to the rooms and the gym which are showing signs of wear.
Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were amazing. Loved that lots of guests were locals coming for a xmas treat. Decorations and festive touches downstairs were really appreciated. Christmas Day Breakfast was great - staff were wonderful. loved the photobooth and games / movie room for the kids.
Great location..very familiar to me
Great facilities, friendly staff, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms.
