Riad pulitissimo cambio asciugamano e pulizia camera giornaliera. Ogni giorno colazione diversa e molto ricca. Alla reception abbiamo avuto sempre contatto con un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e gentile sempre disponibile ma non ricordo il nome .siamo arrivati la notte del 10 settembre e c’era lui ad accoglierci!!!

Il Riad 10 è un'oasi di pace nel caos di Marrachez. La posizione è veramente strategica, ad un minuto dalla piazza centrale. La colazione ottima servita sulla splendida terrazza dalla quale si può ammirare la città. La struttura è veramente pulita e curata nei minimi dettagli. Ma ciò che ci ha colpiti è stata la gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità di tutto lo staff che ha reso la nostra vacanza speciale. Auguriamo a tutti loro il meglio per il loro percorso di vita...grazie di tutto! Paola, Riccardo e Federico

De locatie lag middenin de medina op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. De kamers waren super schoon met heerlijke bedden. Daarnaast kregen wij iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt. Dit is vanwege het personeel het fijnste hotel waar ik ooit ben verbleven. Zij waren mega lief en meedenkend. Zo hebben zij ons opgehaald bij de auto, extra lunch meegegeven toen wij vertrokken en onze was gedaan terwijl het hotel dit niet aanbied. Wij voelden ons helemaal thuis en vonden het jammer dat we na drie dagen alweer vertrokken naar onze volgende bestemming.

A wonderful riad! The location is perfect — close to all the main attractions and just a minute away from the main square in the Medina! Our room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful — always smiling, friendly, and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast served on the terrace was fantastic, with plenty of variety. They also offer airport transfers, which we used and were very happy with the service. We were a group of six women, and every time we needed to leave, a member of the staff kindly accompanied us to the car. I would definitely stay here again! Simply wonderful!

Beautiful riad, very tastefully decorated, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and despite being located close to the main square, the riad was very quiet and peaceful. What I appreciated most was the warm and attentive service from the reception staff, especially the gentleman who worked from late afternoon into the evening. He was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The staff member who served us breakfast and the lady who cleaned our room were also incredibly polite and attentive. Everyone was genuinely welcoming and courteous, which made our stay even more pleasant.

One suggestion would be to provide a baby chair, as this would be a simple but valuable addition for a riad that welcomes families. Although the breakfast was delicious, my partner and I were unfortunately unable to enjoy it as much as we would have liked because our child, who is under two years old, is still learning to sit and eat independently. Without a baby chair, he was moving around the dining area, which made us especially concerned about the risk of him falling down the stairs.

Everything was perfect. The riad is new, beautiful and nicely furnished. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were excellent. Great location, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fna. Highly recommended!

Semplicemente perfetto. È la nostra seconda volta a Marrakech e abbiamo deciso di ritornare in questo bellissimo Riad. I ragazzi dello staff sono super gentili ed accoglienti, tutto dall'inizio alla fine è fatto con grande cura per rendere la nostra permanenza un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. Appena si varca la porta d'ingresso un profumo di fiori d'arancio ti avvolge e ti fa subito sentire a casa. La camera curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulita e con tutto il necessario ( compreso di un vero asciugacapelli con diffusore, che non è scontato trovare ovunque), letto molto comodo e confortevole. La colazione, servita sulla terrazza, è ricca di prodotti freschi e locali preparati al momento, davvero squisita. Nonostante la nostra partenza in piena notte sono stati così gentili da prepararci la colazione take away. Se volete trascorrere un soggiorno in totale relax e godere della vera accoglienza marocchina questo è il posto giusto!

The room above is noisy, as guests can clearly be heard walking to breakfast. Improved sound insulation is required.

Personale gentilissimo, sorridente e disponibile credo che lo staff sia in assoluto il migliore che abbia mai incontrato Ci hanno aiutato in qualsiasi situazione (h24) e accontentato ad ogni richiesta. Molto Buona anche la colazione , 100% home-made . Staff were all incredible, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast (and Tea!) was always fantastic. Location is great and this small Riad has a nice roof top to hang out on or have breakfast when the weather permits.

Room was a bit small, and the walls are thin as you can hear everything outside the room easily; luckily there were no noise problems during our stay. Bathroom is very small also, but everything was very well kept and clean.

Nos ha gustado todo! La ubicación a dos pasos de la plaza principal, la limpieza impecable, la amabilidad de los chicos, la terraza de arriba, los desayunos maravillosos! Una pena que tuvimos días de lluvia y frío y no pudimos aprovechar siempre la azotea ! Los chicos nos prepararon unos bocadillos para el viaje de vuelta, un detalle muy bonito! Gracias por todo, volveremos pronto!

La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero es normal en los Riads.

Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ausgezeichnete Lage, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Köstliches Mittagessen auf der Dachterrasse. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Un maginifique Riad refait à neuf juste à côté de la place Jemaa El Fna et des souks. Tout peut se visiter à pied et le personnel est très accueillant. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et copieux.

Our stay was phenomenal. The room was beautiful, with a separate shower and WC. The bed was comfortable and we were welcomed into the room with beautiful scents from a wax melt candle. The staff were extremely accommodating and polite, always checking in with us to ensure a smooth visit. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was excellent - we looked forward to it every morning. The location was awesome, with all the major souks and sights within a 15min walk. We would love to stay again! Thank you for having us.

The pool was empty during our stay, but I’m sure it is filled during the summer months. Other than that, we cannot fault our Riad experience!

Central location - close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Walkable to most attractions. Fantastic restaurants & roof top bars nearby. Very quiet even with the hustle and bustle outside. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Added bonus of a private terrace where we had breakfast which was delicious. Nice roof terrace. Great staff/hospitality.

Was expecting a hot tub/jacuzzi as described on booking.com but there wasn’t one on site.

La ubicació del Riad perfecte. inmillorable. A 5 min a peu de la plaça. Lo just per no sentir el soroll dels carrers i lo aprop per estar a tot arreu al moment. La Terrasa dels esmors era xulisima. Els colors del Riad, molt frescos, amb tocs moders i a la vegada antics. una convinació molt maca. El personal de l'Hotel sempre molt amable. La neteja perfecte

L'habitació d'entrada era una mica petita. Quan entres per segon cop ja la veus diferent, perque realment tampoc no vas a fer gaire cosa. Una mica petita, si, pero correcte amb tot lo necesari. El llit una mica tou el matalas i els llençols/edredó una mica curt

Heel mooie riad!🤩 Heel netjes! 👌 Heel goede ligging! 👍 Super sympathiek en heel gedienstig personeel!🥰 ❤️ De jongens die daar werken, Zachariah, Abdullah en nog iemand waarvan ik de naam ben vergeten, zijn echte schatten. Eveneens de lieve poetsdames! Zij hebben mij allemaal zo ongelofelijk goed geholpen toen ik op de eerste dag van mijn verblijf een accidentje heb gehad met het gevolg 2 kleine breuken en een scheur in een ligament van mijn voet. (Hebben ze pas in België ontdekt via een CT-san). Ik heb dus enkel maar lof voor hen! 🥰 Ook de manager van de riad, Ahmed, is een fantastische en lieve man! Hij heeft ervoor gezorgd dat mijn zoon en ik een andere kamer op het gelijkvloers kregen zodat ik niet telkens de trappen moest nemen. Ahmed heeft wel wat weerdruk gekregen van het koppel dat op dat moment in de kamer op het gelijkvloers verbleef. Ahmed vertelde me achteraf dat hij een beetje vreesde voor een minder goede review van dat koppel. Tóch stelde hij mijn comfort en welzijn boven een eventuele slechte review! Ik ben hem daar super dankbaar voor! Mocht ik kunnen dan boekten mijn zoon en ik onmiddelijk weer voor een verblijf in Riad 10 Mandarin! Ook Riad Zitoune 11 is magnifiek! We hebben daar eens ons hoofd binnen gestoken en we hadden onmiddelijk een "WAUW!!" gevoel! Dankjewel nog eens aan Ahmed en de prachtige mensen die er werken!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

L’amabilité du personnel, c’est vraiment le top de l’établissement. Merci à tout le personnel pour le service. La localisation et le petit déjeuner sont aussi des qualités remarquables.

Les toilettes/salles de bain sont petites pour un chambre de 3, c’est donc pas très confortable.

Sehr schönes, kleines Riad in optimaler Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Djemna el Fna. Nette Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken. Tolles Frühstück. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit bereit bei allen Fragen zu unterstützen.

Absolutely incredible and amazing experience. The staff here were second to none! Right from the moment of arrival I was met by a member of staff who brought me straight to the Riad as it couldn’t be reached by a taxi as it’s down a little alleyway. The Riad is just a 3 minute walk from the main square. At all times I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. Even one morning when I had to leave early for a day trip the staff were up early to pack me a takeaway breakfast before I left for my trip as I was leaving before 7am. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Marrakech and I have already recommended this place to friends who will be going to Marrakech next year. I am planning another trip to here again soon and I will absolutely stay again!

It could be a little noisy at times with people coming in and out but I had ear plugs so this helped!

Actually stayed in Riad 11 close by. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Really went beyond what would normally expect. Amazing breakfast. Very clean. Cool rooms around leafy courtyard and easy walk to square.

Not at all easy to find. Needs signage. Riad 11 seemed nicer than Riad 10.

Everything was perfect, thank you so much! I can recommend this stay wholeheartedly, first and foremost because the staff is so kind, Zakaria, Abdellah, and Khir Eddin, the cleaners, as well as everyone, were so kind and caring, always making sure that we have everything we need. The breakfasts were amazing and the location is perfect as it's right next to the Fana Square and the old street, so it's right in the center. The rooms are, in my opinion, beautiful, traditional, and they have everything needed, with comfortable air conditioning.

-The staff were so lovely, chatty and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always greeting us whenever we left/came back from being out! - The location was incredible, tucked away down a quiet side street, felt very safe and quite literally a 3 minute walk to the main square! - The decor!!!! Oh my gosh it exceeded our expectations, the advertised photos look great but in real life it's absolutely stunning, the attention to detail was amazing, so beautiful and light when walking in! - Amazing breakfast included, there was 2 of us and the breakfast was fit for a king! Slightly different everyday, eggs on request, we loved the traditional moroccan pastries and cakes! - Sun loungers/parasols on the top terrace where you have breakfast, perfectly situated for relaxing if you want to - The lovely female cleaner tidied our room every day, even if there wasn't much to do (we are tidy people), changed the used towels everyday etc - Taxi service for 20 euros on arrival arranged through the riad, one of the staff members met us where the taxi dropped us off (no access through the narrow streets), great service We honestly did not want to leave, it was a tucked away paradise to come back to after the crazy heat and hustle and bustle in the souks! Thank you so much, we can't wait to visit again soon!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like enough to write about in detail...we loved it so much! A few things to be aware of if booking; There are 2 flights of stairs, relatively high ones with no lift so it wouldn't be accessible for those with mobility issues There is building work ongoing right next door, some bedrooms won't be affected by the noise depending on the location but ours was next to where the workers were so on a few mornings we heard them quite early. We were aware of this before booking and it didn't bother us as we are early risers but just putting it here to let others know who may have sleeping issues.

A small Riat, only 5 rooms. It is beautiful, new, clean and has friendly stuff. We have come back here and felt very comfortable.

The breakfasts were very good and the staff/owner very friendly abd helpful. The Riad was about 100 metres from the main market. We felt it was much more personalised staying in a Riad as the staff wanted to talk about Marrakesh abd we’re happy to advise what attractions to visit.

This Riad has several plus: first the style, very nicely furnished and designed; second the location, it. is simply perfect to move around the city and for reaching historical sites and or restaurants; third the STAFF is simply amazing and make you feel at home and are always ready to do anything possible to make ur stay perfect - super recommended!!!!

We loved our stay at Riad 10 mandarin. Our daughter was poorly the first few days and the staff really looked after us, they went out of their way to try to help. In general the staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful, can't do enough for you. The Riad is lovely and is in a brilliant location right of the Medina, allowing you to go out and absorb the excitement of Marrakesh, then dip back into the riad quickly if you needed a break. The rooms were stylish and well kept, very clean and the beds were comfy. the roof terrace is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and different everyday with more than we could eat. They made special extra bits for our daughter which was very thoughtful.

The only thing I can comment on was that the room was a little small for three and the pool wasn't warm, but otherwise it really was a fantastic stay.
