First, they didn't take our bags to the rooms. Second, the air conditioner was dripping water; they did nothing about it and didn't offer us another room—instead, they just gave us a partial refund and the hotel need refinishing and rearranging

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Room was great but vegetarian breakfast was mixed with non veg food so strict vegetarian ppl will never eat anything n toasters was may be so old that we can’t feel like toast the bread n I think the biggest problem in Vietnam still exists that even after you try to explain the management n staff they don’t bother and also don’t wish or want to improve in their service n it’s bad for the country
Except good room even the travel agent cheated with 25/- USD EXTRA FOR A day TRIP TO CAT BA which was just 50/- usd with all agencies n he charged 75/- $ so over all I can say cheating customers is very normal so one must not put trust n must check booking anything

La chambre était agréable et conforme aux photos. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y retournerai avec plaisir ! Très bon service, SIM card disponible laundry scooter à louer bus train les activités tout est disponible à côté train en plein centre toute les conicité à côté

В номере есть чайник и чашки. Хороший завтрак. Окно выходит либо в шахту, либо чуть на улицу в обычном номере, поэтому было тихо. AC работает хорошо. Есть стабильный интернет.
Сначала меня поселили в другой номер, так как был занят номер, который был заказан. В этом номере окна выходили на улицу, было немного шумно.

The room i got was right on the ground floor in a corner - no ventilation except the AC. The facilities are older and not very well maintained but everything still works. The complimentary breakfast was not great at all, the food didnt seem fresh. Basically for a budget stay or just a night's sleep good enough. About 12 minutes walking to all main spots in town.

There were damp patches, cracks in the walls, dirty window frames, and debris on the floor. We even found a hair on the bed on arrival. The staff did refund us when we raised these issues, which we appreciated, but the property condition was not as advertised, and we chose to stay elsewhere.
