Que habia un calefont en el depto que nos tocó pero no solo alimentaba a la unidad sino que al parecer a otros deptos y cada tanto se prendía y no sabíamos porque

For the incredibly central location it was a very large apartment. It is close proximity to a train station and a Europcar hire (ten minutes walk) but almost in the centre of the city. Two bathrooms. We found very quiet despite the fact people are outside on the street, in houses opposite which is a huge plus point. I'd highly recommend. So many places to eat on your doorstep and 5 mins walk from the central plaza.

Ubicación excelente, a menos de 200 m de la plaza del comercio y en las inmediaciones del barrio de Alfama. Parking público justo en frente de los apartamentos.

Tout était parfait. Appartement très spatieux, vraiment très propre, très bien situé, personnel accueillant, bonnes literies. Très bonne adresse à conseiller.

都心部に位置し、アクセスが良港。 トイレ、シャワーは共用だが、とても清潔。 部屋の水も毎日変えてくれるし、食堂でも水を飲める。 フロントの方の対応が丁寧。 チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれる。

気になるほどではないが、レストランが近いので早めに就寝される方には少し騒がしいかも。

The location is perfect if you only have small amounts luggage /backpacks etc. the room was spacious and I liked that the had a kitchen stocked with water/drinks etc

Having to arrange getting my luggage in and out. There are on stairs at the front of the property and taxis and Ubers etc can’t get to the back where the lift is.

The location was perfect, apartments were well kept, clean and so spacious!

Central ideal location close to restaurants and shops with river views. The staff wonderful and caring. The facilities and rooms clean , spacious and comfortable. We were a party of 4 adults.

The main entrance you have to use stairs to get to main lobby and can be tricky with luggage

Super emplacement, tout est faisable à pied. Hôtel très confortable et propre. La suite que nous avons eu disposait d’une très grande chambre et d’une autre plus petite.

Étant donné la taille de la grande chambre, on aurait apprécié un petit canapé pour se "poser" un peu (et pas uniquement sur le lit !). Alors que le ménage a été fait entre les 2 jours de notre séjour avec changement des serviettes de toilette, la poubelle n’a pas été vidé ni la tasse à café nettoyé ...?

מקום אירוח מצויין היינו בקומה 6 בגג, הגענו 3 אורחים. מאוד נוח נקי ושקט, המיקום מדהים. העובדים במקום היו מאוד נחמדים ועזרו לנו בכל דבר. יש מטבח וחדר מנוחה משותף. בגדול אחלה חוויה ממליץ בחום.

The location was really great!! The room was clean, spacious with heigh ceilings. The river view family suite was really great, perfect for our family with kids.

The access to first floor was hard. There was a lift from the rear access but not easy to find on arrival.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé proche du centre-ville

Reception was there to greet us upon arrival. Saj was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that checkout was at 11:00 AM and they let us leave our bags in storage until 10:00 PM. Kitchen was great. Wish we had more time to settle into the space!

The shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient at peak times of day. I had to wait to use the shower and the floors were pretty dirty by the time I got in. Also they weren't cleaned by the time I woke up in the morning at 8:30 AM.

It was centrally located.

There was a separate toilet and main bathroom but the door to the separate toilet was locked upon our arrival. Reception staff reported there was an issue with the toilet that couldn’t be fixed, but that was unsatisfactory as four adults had to share one bathroom. Later in our stay, we had a leak in our bathroom ceiling and dirty water all over our sink and toiletries. There was no lift from the ground floor to the reception on the first floor so we had to lug our cases up a flight of stairs. (We later realised we could’ve walked the long way round to the back door and avoided the stairs.) Other issues included beds that were very hard and uncomfortable and the supply of coffee provided free of charge wasn’t topped up. Compared to other serviced apartments we’ve stayed in, this one fell well short of our expectations.

Sehr gemütliches Apartment in Top-Lage, toller Ausblick, sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wir waren rundum zufrieden!

The accommodation is in a very central location, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from our room was absolutely amazing. The staff were kind and friendly. If I return to Lisbon, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Loved the location - in the old town near the main square and right next door to a very cool old building. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Some of the best customer service I came across on my travels.

We had a 2 bed apartment - the views were awesome from the main room but the second bedroom was windowless. Fine for sleeping but you wouldn’t want to spend much time in there. Also the hot water took ages to come on and one day I couldn’t get any at all. Front desk got it going for me and were most apologetic but I couldn’t see any technique to it to know for next time!

We stayed at Varandas De Lisboa hotel during our visit to Lisbon and was very enjoyable Excellent location and our hosts Gloria and Saj were fantastic They were both friendly, professional and invoked confidence in attending to our needs. We highly recommend it

The location here is perfect! You have a front door that is between restaurants and you can see the river and you're very close to two different train stations and the funicular. The back door is also right across from two restaurants, but it's still very quiet at night. We were very happy with the amount of space in our two bedroom apartment, the air conditioning, and the quiet building and the staff were always accessible and helpful.

The water heater was very small and there were a couple of days that at least one person in our family of four didn't get a hot shower. We told the staff before we checked out, hopefully they can fix it but I'm also thinking it was just the size of the water heater. I also didn't like the sofa in the apartment, it was very dirty and needs a good clean or should ideally be replaced. Thankfully, there was other seating so we didn't need to use it. Also, be aware that in Portugal it's common that they only provide coffee pods (for very specific machines) for the first morning and after that you're on your own. That's unfortunate.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta y el edificio, histórico, muy bien reformado. Puedes ir paseando al centro de Lisboa, a la catedral, a los diferentes barrios... Justo debajo hay un establecimiento con buen pan. La recepción está abierta desde las 8 de la mañana y resuelven cualquier duda. Por cierto, muchas gracias Gloria por tus recomendaciones.

La localisation, l’appartement spacieux, la cuisine, les lits confortables, les shampoings et gels douche, la gentillesse du personnel.

Cuisine peu équipée : pas de passoire, toute petite poêle et ni sel, ni huile (aucun condiment de base) pas d’épluche légumes. C’est étonnant car la cuisine présente de nombreux placards qui sont tous vides. On aurait apprécié la présence d’une machine à laver au moins dans les parties communes. C’est un bel et spacieux appartement mais nous avons regretté d’être au premier étage, car la vue sur le étage était très limitée.

Ligging is fantastisch, dicht bij cruiseterminal, midden in oude wijk (Alfama). Top locatie. Say van Veranda’s was fantastische hulp en zeer goed bereikbaar. En airco!

Enige was het bed (maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur). Voor mij te hard.

The location was terrific and we were able to easily walk up toward the castle and not worry too much about directions. The room was large and comfortable. The hosts greeted us in a very friendly manner. Although we had to share a bathroom, the bathrooms were always available and always kept very clean!

Arriving in an Uber from the airport, it was a bit confusing to figure out where to be dropped off and which door to use. The email with instructions should alter the wording to include "pedestrian-only" to describe the location, and then give the name of the intersection that is the best drop-off location.

Loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of Lisbon.

J’ai voyagé avec mes deux enfants adolescents. Dès notre arrivée, on a été subjugué par la belle vue de la rivière du balcon, L’ambiance festive et joyeuse dans les rues. La propreté de l’établissement. L’accueil de la réceptionniste Gloria quand on est arrivé. La proximité des restaurants et des beaux magasins. Malheureusement, on n’a pas pu avoir l’hôtel pour le séjour complet. On a bougé dans un autre appartement à Alfama qui est moins bien, moins sécurisé avec des chemins escarpés. Les réceptionnistes étaient très gentils et on nous a même gardé nos bagages jusqu’à l’après-midi

C’était un peu difficile de trouver l’hôtel quand le chauffeur nous a quitté devant l’église. On est venu par un Uber et on a dû traîner nos bagages plusieurs mètres. Je vous conseille de demander l’hôtel d’envoyer un transport surtout si vous avez beaucoup de bagages. Car c’est une zone sécurisée et toutes les voitures ne peuvent pas y pénétrer.

Ik boek normaal nooit een hotel met gedeelde badkamer maar dat was in dit hotel totaal geen probleem. De badkamers waren vlakbij de kamer en waren altijd vrij en schoon en ik ben niemand tegen gekomen op de gang. Heerlijke douche. De kamer was heerlijk ruim en sfeervol en had een goede en stille airconditioning. Verder is de locatie van het hotel echt super en was het personeel erg vriendelijk. Ik voelde me erg goed en zou een volgende keer weer daar willen verblijven. Zeker als ik alleen ben.

De hoofdkussens waren wat te dik naar mijn smaak, maar ja, dat is persoonlijk.

Appartamento davvero generoso per dimensioni e molto luminoso, con 3 porte finestre con balcone affacciate sul fiume. È dotato di una cucina attrezzata e di un grande tavolo. Posizione eccezionale, in una zona tranquilla del centro storico ma vicina alla linea Azul della Metro (10 minuti a piedi) e alla Piazza di Commercio. Ha anche un'area comune per cucinare o preparare colazioni. Il personale è gentile e sempre a disposizione, anche di notte. Pulizia giornaliera eccellente.

Il bagno: doccia con acqua calda "altalenante", rubinetto difettoso e lavandino di design ma poco pratico.

Justo el departamento que nos tocó no tenía vista, daba a un patio interior, pero eso lo sabíamos.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. It’s very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This was also the perfect location to be able to walk to the embarkation port for our cruise. We also liked that we could use the upstairs lounge until our room was ready. Perfect for a jet lag nap!

It’s a little convoluted finding the back entrance that offers an elevator to get luggage upstairs. I’d recommend using the hotel to make arrangements for your transport to the hotel from the airport. Our driver knew exactly where she was going. Not sure an Uber driver could find it as easily.

The location and the staff were absolutely fantastic! From when I arrived I was met with a smile, assisted with my luggage and given amazing advice on what to see, do and eat including a great map to avoid getting lost. The room was great... Don't be put off by the separate bathrooms, there are many and they are clean and no wait at all. The building itself is a historical gem. The location is perfect. I will definitely be back.

Prima locatie in mooie wijk van Lissabon. Appartement is zeer ruim.

El hotel- apartamentos, tiene una ubicación, perfecta, al lado de todo. Sólo tuvimos que coger un Bolt, para ir a la Torre Belém. Los apartamentos son muy grandes y cómodos, el personal extraordinario. Al lado hay un parking para poder dejar el coche, y sino hay mucha zona azul. Está a menos de 5 minutos de la Plaza del comercio y al lado de Lafama.

Locatie was perfect, midden in het centrum van Lissabon en alles op loopafstand.

De lift was een dagje stuk, maar ze deden hun uiterste best om het toch makkelijk te maken en ze wilden zelfs helpen met spullen tillen op de trap.
