Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Ich hatte bei Buchung, aufgrund der zu guten Bewertungen Zweifel, aber nach meinem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten kann ich nur positives über die Unterkunft berichten. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig und und hatte sehr viel Stauraum - die Fotos entsprechen einfach der Wahrheit. Die Eigentümer super nett. Frühstück und Säfte lecker! Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Auf den Weg dorthin, kurz vor der Brücke gibt es auch ein veganes Café, das lokale Spezialitäten wie Salted Coffee oder Coconut Coffee anbietet.

Trang (hostess) was so helpful - all of her recommendations around town were great and made our time in Hoi An so special. The breakfasts were amazing too (especially the fruit!). The location is great too - just outside the center of Old Town, on a quieter road. You will have a great stay here.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Lần đầu tiên book nơi này, thực sự rất hồi hộp. Lúc mới đến thấy khu phố yên tĩnh và có vẻ xa trung tâm. Nhưng khi bắt đầu hành trình trải nghiệm 3 ngày 2 đêm lại thấy rất yêu mến nơi này. Bạn nhân viên Diễm rất dễ mến, bạn nấu đồ ăn sáng và phục vụ rất chu đáo. Giặt quần áo xong bạn gấp gọn gàng trả khách. Bạn quản lý tên Trang cũng rất nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ khách hết sức. Rất yêu ngôi nhà nhỏ này và chắc chắn sẽ quay lại cùng với bạn bè và gia đình. Nói thêm rằng từ homestay rẽ trái chỉ vài bước chân là đến bến sông, nơi bạn có thể ngồi ăn tối tại quán Quốc Anh với đồ ăn ngon, giá hợp lí, phục vụ chu đáo, và nhất là ngắm sông với những con truyền lấp lánh về đêm. Yêu Hội An, nơi đã đến lần thứ bao nhiêu mà vẫn thấy yêu. Nếu bạn ko ngại đi bộ thì chỉ cẩn qua cây cầu Cẩm Nam vài trăm m là ra phố cổ nhé. Cảm ơn và hẹn gặp lại.
Cảm thấy rất ổn ko cần cải thiện thêm điều gì. À nếu có thể homestay phục vụ bữa trưa nếu khách có nhu cầu vì Hội An trưa khá nắng nóng đôi khi khách muốn ăn tại nhà.

Trang was amazing, so kind and helpful and the breakfast that was included every morning was delicious. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Hoi an!

Lo staff super gentile ci ha organizzato i transfer a My Son e Hue (con tappe a Montagne dj Marmo, Hai Van pass e Lang co) a prezzi più competitivi rispetto ad altri preventivi ricevuti. Colazione molto buona a scelta tra 5 proposte di menu.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Personale gentile (tanti consigli per visitare la città), ottimo succo offerto all'arrivo. Stanza ampia, armadi e appoggi. Bel balconcino. Vicina al centro città (non proprio al centro, oltre il ponte ma a 5 minuti). Buona colazione da ordinare il giorno prima (frutta freschissima).
La struttura è una home-stay quindi bisogna essere consapevoli che non è un hotel. La struttura è pulita ma non pulitissima. Le lenzuola non avevano proprio un buon profumo. Un po di polvere in giro. Qualche vermetto/farfallina di troppo.

It’s just that it has no elevator so not recommend for elder people to walk 3 flights of stairs. The staff or owner is nice and the lady assisting her. Will definitely recommend to people
I like everything, it’s just that I would suggest that they have bike rental on their own or they partner with people who do bike rentals.

La villa i l'habitació estaven brutes. Hi havia pipi a la tapa del vater quan vam arribar, pols, insectes a la paret...les tovalloles no feien gaire bona olor. Tota la villa s'hauria de netejar, està molt bruta.

There is laundry facilities at 30k per kg which was a huge help! Breakfast in the morning! Try the cao lao!!! Rooms are spacious and clean! Well maintained with complete facilities. Air conditioning works great too!

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026La gentillesse de Trang et son aide pour harmoniser au mieux notre séjour et les visites que nous voulions faire, elle nous a envoyé quelqu'un a l'aéroport, contacté quelqu'un pour venir nous chercher afin de faire le coconut boat et nous ramener ensuite a l'hôtel puis le lendemain, elle nous a également trouvé un chauffeur pour nous emmener faire marble mountains pendant qu'il nous gardait nos valises dans la voiture pour ensuite nous déposer a notre nouvel hôtel a da nang. Tout ça a des tarifs défiant toute concurrence. Donc un grand merci à Trang pour son aide. Et sa maison était également très propre et confortable et à 2 pas de la délicieuse soirée à Hoi an.

Our host Trang was so helpful she gave us the best local recommendations and organised trips for us, she was always available when we needed something. She really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend here!

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Siamo stati molto bene qui! Siamo stati accolti subito con entusiasmo e gentilezza e abbiamo ricevuto consigli molto utili sulla zona, dal cibo alle escursioni agli acquisti. Il b&b sembra recente, è bello e curato sia all'esterno che all'interno. La sala comune è accogliente e vengono proposti ben 5 tipi di colazione, per accontentare le abitudini dei diversi ospiti. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e comoda. Il punto è strategico per visitare Hoi An, a pochi passi dalla zona centrale, ma giusto fuori per godersi la pace quando si sta a casa.

Trang, the homestay owner, is very extraordinary, he helped and made it easy for us to enjoy the lantern festival and coconut boat, and also provided a car for airport pick-up and to Ba Na Hills, thank you and keep up the good work Trang!!

На балконе цветы и вид на соседние дома и часть реки, приятно посидеть и попить чай) Вкусный завтрак, который приготовят на выбор из 5 позиций. Отличное месторасположение, в центре старого города, только мостик перейти. Останавливались всего на полдня и одну ночь, но захотелось вернуться снова)

Free breakfast was good quality and was prepared for us when we woke up, no need to wake up at specific times or fear of missing out. We were greeted with tea and given amazing advice and recommendations on best place to go for tailoring and advice on how to not get scammed.

I especially enjoyed the beautiful riverside promenade with lovely views of the historic center. A special thank you to Trang for her kindness and hospitality. She was always friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The breakfasts were delicious and a great way to start each day. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay in Hoi An. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hai Hội Villa Hoi An to anyone visiting this beautiful city. Thank you, Trang, for making my stay so enjoyable!

Alles ist sehr gepflegt, es ist super sauber, die Zimmer sind groß, das Personal total freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Englischkenntnisse, tolle Kommunikation, leckeres Frühstück und eine optimale Lage um die tolle Stadt Hoi An zu erkunden. Reviewed May 18, 2026Instalaciones muy nuevas y limpias , habitaciones muy amplia, nos recibieron antes del horario de check in, lo cual fue de ayuda , quien nos recibió nos ayudó con algunas reservas para el show y nos gestionó el traslado a Danang , precios razonables, volvería 10/10
En ocasiones se escucha ruido de los otros huéspedes en la planta baja
