Host very friendly. Nice place to stay. Good location.

This is my fourth rental of an apartment with a similar layout in EkoCheras and it is the best experience of the four. Everything was just right.

Wish it had a balcony but otherwise no major complaints.

Clean ,high floor for city view ,early checkin,very satisfied

Good air conditioner,shampoo,dishwasher,loquid detergent provided

La ubicación es lejisimo del centro. Por suerte el anfitrion nos devolvio el dinero porque no nos quedamos. Faltaba una cama, no habia vajilla, faltaban sillas. Un departamento muy mal cuidado y deteriorado

The location, access to Metro station directly, the mall has everything, plenty of fancy restaurants but not street food, need to go to Bukit Bintang via Monorail to explore and try local food.

The kitchen sink was clogged and I couldn't wash dishes. The owner had placed a notice that if you don't wash the dishes, we could be charged a fine I guess for 100 RM, I contacted the owner about the sink and I was told that I won't be charged since the sink was blocked. Very kind of him.

Buenas vistas y cerca de la estación de metro y bus. La piscina de la azotea es un buen extra, con vistas increíbles. El personal fue muy amable.

La limpieza tiene que mejorar. El ventanal es precioso pero en cuanto amanece te entra toda la luz y no te deja seguir durmiendo.

Very welcoming and responsive customer service. Amazed when first stepped into the unit with ceiling height window and amazing view. Two toilets and one bathroom above attached with the bedroom. Spacious two king sized bed is comfortable enough for small family stay. Facilities is good especially with a transparent window to have a view to the bottom. 3 types of pool with hot, warm and cold water. Spa and sauna, tiny playground. Had never enough of it and conveniently shop for necessities and food within walking distance to Eko Cheras Mall. Worth re-visiting and value for money.

Spacious, clean apartment with everything provided. Just bring your luggage. Directly connected to EKO Cheras mall and to the MRT, taking you right into the centre of Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang. Good bedding, comprising two queen size beds adjacent to each other. Excellent service host, with prompt reply to any question you may have. On- and off-boarding process timely and well organised via WhatApp message with clear instructions. Nice 20m swimming pool on the top floor, which is kept very clean. Same applies to the fitness room adjacent to the pool. Via bridge-link, you are connected to its sister condo that accommodates three outdoor jacuzzis with different water temperatures. Despite some critique, I did enjoy my stay.

The apartment lacks any form of insulation against noice from your direct neighbours and the busy street traffic. The rumble of the MRT is also clearly heard. You just cannot escape the noice, but will get used to it after a few days. The toilets do not flush, but show a gentle waterflow falling into the pond. It works, but just barely. Cheap make. Critically missing, is a drying rack for washed clothes and a simple drawer to store your folded clothes. There is ample space to provide. You merely have a small and feeble hanging rack necessitating to live out of your suitcase. For 1-2 nights this is fine, but for longer stays not acceptable. Very easy fix.

The bathrooms were smelly when first enter the room furthermore there were no mirror beside those inside bathroom, no shower inside the first bathroom

Location is good where there are 2 shopping malls and walking distance to the mrt station (Taman Mutiara).

1.When first checked in, we were welcomed by cigarette smell due to previous guests or whoever illegally smoked at the area housing the aircon compressor. The cigarette butts were later cleared by the cleaning team after feedback. 2.The odour from the lower toilet is unbearable. 3. Generally, i think guest's first impression will be what they see. a)The towels at the kitchen area were wet, later replaced with 2 new dry ones after feedback. b)The drinking glasses in the cabinet were wet too. c)Supplied with additional rolls (3) and bath towel (1) after feedback. d)Change of bedsheet for one single bed after feedback. There are improvement needed. For example, accessories like the white flower cushions and table mat, may consider to change to darker colors, so it will not be obvious if it gets a bit dirty. Of course, the cleaning team needs to check and clean/replace if needed when preparing for next guest's stay.

Convenient location

1. Check in to get the keys was painful as the foreign security at registration kept repeating the same question ( name of the platform for this booking) despite I answered him it was through Booking.com couple of times. Owner was not present. Poor Communication and lack of coordination between owner and security with property internal requirement. We needed to first register at security in order to get the keys from the mail room ourselves. 2. The direction to the parking lot was confusing. We ended up figuring out our own way without following the owner’s written guidance. A few minutes walk from parking lot to the lift. The layout of the basement carpark could be dangerous as the car was unusually expected to give way on the way out without any signage. Also insufficient and obvious ‘exit’ sign throughout the basement carpark. We needed to remember the route to avoid driving round and round inside the carpark just to exit. There were also repairing works going on near the main entrance of the carpark. Narrow turning area to exit after touching off the security card. 3. Poor sound proofing. Could hear noise from busy Jalan Cheras even at 10pm with the TV on, especially from the motorbikes, as the unit was at the end closer to the road. Also noise from nearby projects construction (front and back) during the day/in the morning which could be seen from both the front door and the unit balcony (back). Pic attached. 4. The common garbage room of the floor was located opposite the unit. So at times cockroaches were spotted in the apartment. 5. As I stayed at different units in Eko Cheras before, so I booked for 13 nights of this units from the start. Didn’t cancel the booking of this unit after I checked in mainly to avoid additional hassle, if any, of getting the pro rate refund from booking.com 6. The balcony door couldn’t be locked. Owner informed, came to check but no follow up to get the lock fixed until we checked out 7.

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to MRT station, shopping mall have varieties of restaurants. The best location.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner was very kind give waiver fo cleaning fees because customer cannot access swimming pool.

The owner were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The room is well situated, very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, being close to mall and transport. Free WiFi and very detailed instructions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
