location was perfect close to alot of food stores, massage places, close to getting to markets and other scenic activities. Room was perfect for the 2 of us,clean and beds were comfy.

The staff Manager was really lovely and kind. Hotel is set in a very quiet side street tucked away from the busy streets but situated right in the city.Across the road are lovely restaurants.The Hotel it's self is a beautique smaller hotel easily access to sights in HCMC City. Hotel.Decore comfortable beds and bathroom are of a high standard.This hotel is deliberately built to be a distinct style which sets it apart from the larger Hotels. We would highly recommend booking this lovely relaxing Hotel.

Good location close to a nightlife ("japanese" coded) quarter for more "bold" tourists, and also next to multiple drugstores and convenience stores. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with good view. Welcoming and friendly staff. Interesting shower design. Feels modern and slick, yet keeps a japanese-ish style (coming from a European POV).

Excellent stay with outstanding staff support I had a very positive experience at Suzu Hotel. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay. What really stood out, however, was the staff. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly due to a lost passport, and the team handled everything with professionalism and kindness. I was even moved to an upgraded room with a lovely river view. A special mention goes to Yew, who went above and beyond. She accompanied me to the police station to file a report and followed up repeatedly on my behalf to ensure everything was completed properly. This level of support made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would highly recommend this hotel—not just for the quality of the rooms, but for the exceptional service provided by the staff.

La habitación era de un tamaño adecuado.secundaria. El personal muy amable y servicial y la limpieza del hotel muy buena. La cáma cómoda y el baño con todos los implementos imprescindibles. Televisor con gran pantalla y la posibilidad de captar programas de Japón muy interesantes.

La ubicación, no resultó ser tan buena, no por no ser céntrica, sino por estar en una calle que mostraba ciertos signos de deterioro urbano y un tránsito algo peligroso de motos. El desayuno demasiado sencillo.

La struttura sembra nuova: è tenuta in ottimo stato, pulita e lo staff è disponibile. La camera ha una grande finestra con terrazzo.

L’unica pecca è il metodo di pagamento richiesto: lo staff ci ha contattato via chat su Booking e ci ha mandato un link a onepay per pagare. Sembrava un po’ sospettoso, ma dopo qualche ricerca ci siamo fidati e ha funzionato perfettamente.

War alles super, sehr freundliches personal! Zimmer war sehr sauber! 10/10

La estetica japonesa me parecio muy atractiva. La bañera pudo haber sido un poco mas grande, manteniendo la forma y el estilo.

El nivel de ingles del personal era un poco basico, estaba bien para la comunicacion escrita pero hacia dificil la oral.

Quiet corner but bear attractions and amenities. Great friendly service from staff, clean, facilities are good. Near park/water area for a morning jog. Room is spacious and the view is pretty decent with view of river and the marina central building which lots up at night.

The taste of the mineral water. The temperature adjustments of the water is not very responsive and is usually quite warm.

I arrived at this hotel after ending up in a scam at another hotel. I was so happy to have found this lovely boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room has everything you need. The bathroom in Japanese style includes even a bathtub with a waterfall faucet. Nicely located near plenty of good restaurants and popular cocktail bars. The view of the Saigon Marina was just stunning.

This was a nice little hotel. It was centrally located and had restaurants all around. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely return.

It would have been nice if they had breakfast offerings as well.

Loved the bar and terrace at the top of the building; our room was great with a very comfortable bed.

The Japanese style bathtub was a little unusual in which to take a shower

The room was too small and uncomfy. They tried to assemble Japanese style. It's the very same size with hotels in Tokyo, for the same price. It doesnt make sense to me since it's HCMC, not Tokyo.

Even if you choose option „pay at the property” while booking, the hotel will send you a link for prepayment in any case. I was afraid to use it, as I thought this is a phishing/scam link, but apparently it’s not, you can safely pay via it. However, for the hotel it would be good to remove option „pay at the property” as it is very confusing and misleading information, as technically there’s no possibility to pay at the property.

The hotel was very clean, and rooms were nice and modern

We decided booking the hotel because is one of the few hotels which offered breakfast. We loved had breakfast at the hotel and took time to decide the plan for the day ; it’s an important aspect for us because on holidays it’s a pleasure take time and not waking up and go in a hurry… the first day we went to the bar for breakfast what we found was: two peaces for each one of us of an unknown fruit ( it had an awful imaged brown colour what it proved that it wasn’t fresh) a small box of margarine for two people. The coffee was instant and a croissant for each one. Absolutely dissappointing. We claimed at the barman and the responsible of the front desk and the next day they tried to solved but the waiting time was too long and the environment wasn’t comfortable because we felt watched, not designed to eat because it was a bar with low tables … I recommended not pay for it!

It’s located in the city center, but what I recommend is booking a hotel with pool for relaxing and breakfast included . Novotel, NH, Hilton… it deserves because you need grab to go everywhere and it’s ridiculous cheap . Trust me
