À fuir !!! Mon amie et moi nous sommes fait voler 120 € après le passage des femmes de ménage. Lorsque nous avons confronté le manager, il a été odieux et irrespectueux, allant jusqu’à prétendre que nous avions menti dans le but d’obtenir des nuits gratuites. Au final, nous sommes parties au bout de 3 jours au lieu d’une semaine, car nous ne nous sentions plus en sécurité. J’ai également retrouvé un ancien avis Google datant de l’année dernière relatant une situation similaire. L’établissement aurait aussi changé de nom à plusieurs reprises, ce qui est très inquiétant. Mention spéciale également à certains membres du personnel, dont les regards et comportements déplacés nous ont mises très mal à l’aise lorsque nous étions à la piscine en maillot de bain, notamment les premier et deuxième jours. Concernant le petit-déjeuner : café à l’eau, fruits sans goût et pancakes avec un goût chimique. Sans compter les taches brunes sur les draps et les serviettes. C’est sans aucun doute la pire expérience que j’ai vécue dans un hôtel de toute ma vie. Je partage cet avis afin d’avertir les futurs clients et leur éviter de vivre la même expérience.

Nous sommes restées 5 jours dans cet hôtel et notre séjour s’est super bien passé. La chambre était spacieuse, avec une terrasse privative qui donne sur la piscine. Tout est calme, il n’y a pas de nuisance sonore. L’hôtel ne se situe pas dans l’ultra-centre d’Ubud mais il est très facile de rejoindre des commerces et restaurants à pied en quelques minutes, ou de prendre un Grab (taxi scooter) pour rejoindre le centre. Le personnel de l’hôtel était super gentil. Ils vous commandent vos petits déjeuners à l’avance et vous les apportent à votre chambre si vous le souhaitez. Très bon hôtel pour un séjour à Ubud

Il y avait pas mal d’humidité, mais qui est dû au climat d’Ubud. Cette ville est située dans les terres et le climat est assez lourd.

Non si puo aprire finestra del bagno in quanto mancano le zanzariere, la porta lascia un leggero spiraglio, ma nel complesso il numero di insetti è contenuto. Livello di pulizia delle lenzuola migliorabile

The breakfast was decent and served on our balcony which was nice.

We stayed one night then moved to a new villas as it wasn't up to our standard. Good cheap option for young people / people travelling without little kids but our experience was not it. Check in was hard, communication was poor and the staff didn't speak english. I also left some things there and the manager was not responsive for me, luckily the host at the next place contacted them for me and was able to retrieve my belongings for me. Also our son moved a box under the sink that seemed to have a big ants nest in it and dirt and ants came pouring out. Yuck!

It was not a far walk to places and the breakfast was delicious! Staff were super nice and very helpful.

The beds were really hard, we weren’t able to use the pool at all, everytime we went to use it there was a sign still up saying closed for maintenance. But no one was doing anything.

Dobra lokalizacja, bo troche od zwariowanego centrum a po drodze dobre ceny w restauracjach, pralniach i biur z wycieczkami. Jeśli chodzi o sam hotel to powitał nas gekon w pokoju - pisze o tym bo jest ich tam sporo i jesli ktoś nie lubi zwierząt w pokoju/ na balkonie czy w miejscach ogólnych musi sie z tym liczyć, personel bardzo miły. Poprosiliśmy o suszarkę do włosów i zaklejenie miejsc przez które mogą przechodzić gekony - nie było problemów.

The room is so big and comfortable and so is the pool. The staff was amazing, always around to help. The location is great, very close to everything but not in the middle of traffic and noose.

War ein sehr kleines Hotel und ruhig gelegen da es etwas oberhalb von Ubud liegt.

Am Hotel selber nichts, aber Ubud ist verkehrstechnisch eine voll Katastrophe! Der Verkehr wird so geführt das alle einmal am Palast im Zentrum vorbei müssen. Wir hatten am ersten Abend ein Restaurant gebucht was nur ca. 5 km entfernt war und wir haben fast 2 std. mit dem Taxi gebraucht. Ab dem nächsten Tag d See und wir nur noch zu Fuß zum Abendessen gegangen.

Mooi hotel met 6 kamers. Zeer ruime kamer met grote badkamer, en terras. Ontbijt op het terras. Zicht op het zwembad. Vriendelijke personeel. 15 minuten wandelen van de hoofdstraat Ubud.

Geen restaurant aanwezig, enkel ontbijt.

Stanza senza finestre, nemmeno in bagno. C'è solo la porta finestra all'entrata. Molta umidità in camera e odore di muffa. Colazione scarsa.

Es war super für unseren Aufenthalt in Ubud. Wir waren sehr nah am Zentrum aber nicht mitten im Geschehen. Von dort aus kommt man super mit dem Roller an viele verschiedene Orte in Ubud (beispielsweise an verschiedene Wasserfälle). Auch die Anlage war sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es war sauber und das Personal stets aufmerksam. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Mooie kamers en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede stort douche. Op loop afstand van het centrum. Massagesalon en supermarkt naast de deur.

Het rook erg naar schimmel. Badkamer ventileert niet goed, er leek schimmel tussen wastafel en douche wat beter schoongemaakt kon worden. Het was wat klam en handdoeken werden niet droog en bij ons ook niet dagelijks vernieuwd. Vond de ontbijtkeuze ook wat beperkt.

The property was in a good location very close to Ubud centre. The rooms were absolutely perfect. We had 3 people in a family suite and it was perfect sizing. The pool was also really good. We got breakfast and it was delicious I would reccomend ordering early as it takes 30mins - an hour. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend

Небольшой симпатичный отель недалеко от центра убуда. У нас был большой и красивый светлый номер на 2 этаже. В номере все есть, кроме тапочек, их очень нехватает. В отеле есть бассейн, небольшой, но чистый, лежаки вокруг. А также абсолютно очаровательная птичка, скворец, который даже говорит) мы в него влюблены!

Не очень понятно, в какую дверь идти с улицы, нехватает вывески у двери. Нет мест для парковки, но мы нашли; куда поставить байк.

There is a set breakfast menu everyday. On vacation we like to have options. Accessibility is a little problematic to the property.

The rooms were spacious, the outside area was beautiful with a big pool. The balcony’s also had a sofa and a table.

The rooms felt quite damp maybe due to a lack of ventilation. There was also a bird locked in a cage which felt cruel.

Small but nice place

They don't have a restaurant but they will arrange a small breakfast. Their bathroom doors are transparent and don't have locks. Their name board is very small and we missed it the first time

Beautiful little hotel. Nice spacious rooms with a large balcony overlooking the pool. 10 minutes walk into the center of Ubud. Breakfast was nice. Our friend booked a private room with a pool/ kitchen, and I have to say it was beautiful.

Breakfast was good. especially the omelettes. Location decent. (a bit of walking required to get to main drag). Large rooms.

Towels can be improved upon. some were shredded and stained. Would be nice to have proper racks in the spacious bathroom. No mosquito netting or screen for the front door. which had gaps to let insects in. Although there were only a few that got through.

The staff was really nice. The room was very comfy and great location.

Everything, I rented the villa with a private pool, had my own kitchenette which was wonderful. Best bed I've had so far... ! Privacy was nice and the staff are really great!!

Just need hot water in the kitchen sink in the villa, and some dish towels... everything else was perfect

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and well designed room in a quiet area. Big balcony with a beautiful view to the trees. Gorgeous garden and fish tank and perfect swimming pool and delicious breakfast.

The lonely bird caged in a small and dark cage. This is cruel!

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü , havuz temiz ve yeterli. Diğer yorumlarda bahsedilen odalardaki nem kokusu ubud ile ilgili. Rutubet kokusu var ama alışılıyor. Bu koşullarda böyle olması normal. Çarşaflar temiz . İstenince oda her gün temizleniyor . Sular yenileniyor. Kahvaltı bizim için yeterliydi. Açık büfe değil ancak ekmek/omlet/ içecek/ meyve tabağı sağlıklı ve kalorisi dengeli bir öğün. Bir gün geziden dolayı kahvaltıyı yapamadık, öğleden sonra dönünce kahvaltımızı hazırlamayı teklif ettiler 🥰. Merkeze yürüyerek 10-15dk . Yanındaki 7/24 market ve hamburger dükkanı var . Şehir merkezinde sessizlik için tercih edilir .

Bazı havlularda lekeler vardı ancak yıkanmadığı için değil leke çıkmadığı için . Direkt değiştirdiler .

Serdecznie poleca, zdecydowanie najlepszy nocleg na którym byliśmy na Bali. Posiada wszystko co potrzebne, basen , lodówka w pokoju, pyszne śniadanie, pomocna obsługa. Jedynie można by dodać do pokoju suszarkę do włosów i żelazko. Brawo, oby tak dalej

I walked into a dirty, noisy and super moldy apartment. Visible black mold on the walls, the whole bathroom had a black ceiling. Extremely dangerous for one’s health. This hotel should have a safety and hygiene check. I did not end up staying due to this very huge problem.

The rooms were spacious and it was away from the hustle and noise of the main road while just being a 15 min walk away. The beds were also very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very very well.

The rooms were not cleaned properly. While the beds were made everyday, I don't think the floors in the room and bathroom were cleaned. We had an issue where our coffee mug spoon was unwashed too. The breakfast had very limited options and was quite underwhelming. Additionally, communication with staff in English was a challenge since they didn't understand the language very well and while there is a WhatsApp number to reach them, we could never contact them on the number half the time. I do think it's a tad bit pricey for the limited facilities and they may do better without offering breakfast.
