Cockroaches no power for 4 hrs in blackout curtains were not blacked out could get proper sleep bedroom arrangement so tight entrance were like 8cms ( change around wifi constant drop outs killed many cockroaches disgusting paid good money $60 plus tax when spoke to people on the same floor who paid half overall very disgusting and disappointing power point behind the bed hard to access all loose

Небольшая типовая квартира в небоскребе, почти в самом центре Макати. С окна открывается внушительный вид на город. Внутри есть очень компактная кухня у самой входной двери и напротив небольшая ванная комната. Затем идет жилая зона, которая разделяется перегородкой на 2 зоны - гостиную/зону отдыха и спальню. Полноценное окно при этом только есть в спальне, в гостиную свет проникает не очень хорошо. В спальне удобная большая кровать, также небольшой столик. Есть технический балкон для кондиционера, на который нельзя выйти. Кухня укомплектована необходимыми принадлежностями для приготовления простых блюд. Везде очень чисто. Вход в здание, в котором находится квартира, хорошо охраняется. На первом этаже здания располагается торговый центр с большим количеством кафе, также есть супермаркет и магазин 7/11. На улице перед зданием продают уличную еду. От локации примерно 10 минут ходьбы до центра Макати. Близлежащий район полностью безопасен для пеших прогулок в дневное и вечернее время. Хозяин на связи через WhatsApp, предоставляет перед заездом все необходимые инструкции, готов помочь при необходимости. Заселение бесконтактное, однако нужно в рамках строгих правил безопасности регистрироваться после прибытия (см. разделы минусы).

Минусы связаны не с самой квартирой и владельцем, а со зданием, где она находится и его администрацией. Перед заселением нужно отстоять очередь для того, чтобы заселиться, ваши данные забирает некий охранник (или консьерж?). Ваши личные данные, включая фото, оказываются у владельцев этого здания (а не у владельца квартиры), не ясен уровень сохранности этих данных и сама процедура выглядит очень сомнительно (не сталкивался с таким в десятках других стран, где приходилось останавливаться в похожих квартирах). В здании большие проблемы с чистотой. Из-за того, что мусор складируется в обычной комнате у лифта и порой долго не убирается, появляется большое количество тараканов, которые в том числе проникают и в квартиру, особо активизируясь вечером. Нельзя оставлять никакую еду вне холодильника на ночь. Нет нормальной шумоизоляции - постоянный шум и гам от проезжающих и днем и ночью автомобилей и мотоциклов несется в квартиру, так что находиться в ней долгое время тяжело. В дневное время у входа в здание всегда образуется пробка из машин, поэтому иногда надо тратить по несколько минут, просто чтобы такси припарковалось. Большое количество охранников, вероятно, хорошее дело для этих мест, но это создает атмосферу чрезмерной напряженности.

Great place to stay right in the business district a Makati. Spacious 1 bedroom condo with all amenities need (air con, washing machine, refrigerator, etc). Beautiful city skyline view from the 28th floor. Condo was very clean and well prepared for guests. Zac is a great host who is easy to communicate with. The condo is located in a huge building downtown with a 24/7 desk to help you check in. Once checked in condo has keyless entry to you just put in your code and you are good to go. There is a grocery store and tons of restaurants located right in the building at the ground floor. You can also walk to Poblacion (THE night life district) in about 25 minutes which really opens you up to tons of things to do.

Distance to other attractions is length but plenty of travel option to get you where you need to go.

Great location,great mall and restaurants on site , faultless,would thoroughly recommend it to anyone,. Will book again soon

Great view, amazing location. Room was clean and easy to travel around and conveniently right next to a mall.

A few elevators were not working during the stay so always waiting 5-10 minutes just for the elevator.

The location was perfect. It was near to everything we needed to go to. The room was clean and cozy.

There were cockroaches in the apartment. I found cockroaches in kitchen, bathroom and also in the bed. For me at least is a very big step back and i rather choose another place next time. Other then that everything was good.

Everything! It’s the Best staycation we’ve ever had!! It was just a shame we only booked for 3 days. Gonna book for a month next time!!! The place was clean and pretty, didn’t expect much about it, but the place was impressive than the places I’ve booked in the past. Easy to book a grab, grocery is just in the building, restaurants also. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. It’s really worth the price.

Tho they have the tinies roaches but considering they are also in the whole building, it’s still good. Cleaning materials are already in there, so yeah!

I had a great stay. The room is clean and the facilities are great. There really is a great view as advertised. There's also a mall beside the tower so it's easy to fetch what you need.

The place is really convenient for NCLEX takers since Trident Tower is just a walking distance away. There are also cafés, convenience stores, and a grocery store near by if you want to study out or grab a bite. Multiple ATMs are also in the vicinity if you need to withdraw cash. The amenities are also well taken care of. The main bed is comfy and very spacious. There's also a sofa bed in the living area for a third person. The view is really great as well. And the owner is very responsive to messages. Overall, our stay was exceptional.

This is indeed great view, the condo is a standard size for this type of condominium in Manila. The check-in was really great, I was given a code and I could go inside. The host was very accommodating too. The apartment was clean, there is a washing machine there, a very comfortable bed, a sofa, TV set with netflix. There's a shopping mall inside the building! and a plethora of shops. Another, slightly bigger mall (in The Rise) is within 100 meters, there are restaurants, and very good shops there. All in all highly recommended.

It's not the apartment per se, but the whole building has a problem with roaches, which stems from improper garbage disposal. It's is a hard problem to tackle, so you have to get used to them. I spotted two. The furniture is a bit used too, the placement of electrical outlets is not very good. The TV set is laggy.

Place was clean and fragrant, wifi was strong, jet stream is fair. proximity to trident tower is an 8-mon walk. owner is accommodating and responsive. smart lock door was sooo convenient.
