Pies llegar y no tener listo el apartamento hasta el día siguiente, una pena tener que cambiar de planes y pasar 9 horas en la calle esperando para entrar ,el piso no tiene nada que ver con las fotos el colchón horrible (de fakir) y la limpieza escasa,y bastante viejo todo.

Quartier bruyant, il n'y a même pas une éponge dans l'appartement du coup c'est compliqué de faire la vaisselle ou d'essuyer la table.

Very disappointing experience. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival: layers of dust, stained carpets, fingerprints and marks, mould on bathroom tiles, an unpleasant smell, hair in the beds, and a dirty, broken toilet seat, greasy stains on all wooden panelling and wardrobes. After we complained, we were told someone would come to deep clean. Instead, a cleaner arrived with a vacuum and ONE rag, vacuumed around for about 20 minutes and left. No cleaning products in sight. Overall, the apartment feels poorly maintained and very tired. The backyard was dirty and overgrown, with air-conditioning units dripping water everywhere, including at the street entrance. It’s a real shame because the apartment has a lot of potential and, with some proper cleaning, maintenance and attention, could be a fantastic place.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026El apartamento estaba ubicación a pocos metros de la zona comercial con mucho ambiente. Tenía todas las comodidades, nos dejaron cápsulas de café y cápsulas para la lavadora, además, una botella de vino y unas pastas de bienvenida. La cocina tenía menaje suficiente para los 4 que éramos y el baño contaba con gel y champú.
El edificio no tiene ascensor y nos tocó subir las maletas a pulso por una escalera de caracol (eso sí, muy bonita).

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026L’emplacement est bien . Quartier sécurisé, pas très proche de la zone historique emblématique de porto mais on à pu tout faire à pied. La literie est bien aussi…
On à été déçue par l’état général de l’appartement. Il n’était pas très propre et une forte odeur de renfermé s’en dégageait, comme s’il n’avait pas été aéré depuis longtemps. L’appartement était également très mal ventilé. J’ai aussi été déçue par le petit jardin extérieur, qui semblait négligé et sale. Les plantations envahissantes favorisaient la présence de nombreux moustiques, ce qui rendait l’espace extérieur peu agréable. Par ailleurs, la cuisine ne disposait pas du minimum nécessaire. Il n’y avait pas de torchon, pas de chiffon propre, et l’éponge mise à disposition pour faire la vaisselle avait déjà été utilisée. Il n’y avait pas non plus de serpillière. Tous ces détails ont eu un impact négatif sur mon séjour et ne correspondaient pas au niveau de qualité que j’attendais.

Une expérience inadmissible, particulièrement en voyageant avec des enfants. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la salle de bain était sale, la vaisselle non lavée (tasses noires de crasse), une lampe cassée et un réfrigérateur totalement bancal qui menaçait de tomber. Nous avons alerté l'hôte immédiatement. Malgré des appels et des promesses au téléphone le matin nous garantissant que ce serait réglé, rien n'a été fait en 72 heures. Pire encore, la personne au téléphone a osé nous sortir comme excuse : "Comme nous avons plusieurs appartements, c'est difficile de régler le problème". C'est un manque de professionnalisme total. Le service n'est absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Heureusement que notre séjour n'était que de quelques jours. Passez votre chemin, la gestion est catastrophique.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Centrale ligging. Goede communicatie met verhuurbedrijf. Ruime appartement. Lekkere bedden, ruime badkamer met bad, keuken en bijkeuken met wasmachine. Het is een oud gebouw, maar als je binnenkomt zie je meteen dat alles smaakvol retro is ingericht. Fijne airco's. Je bent zo in centrum en bij de metro.
Geluidisolatie is echt minder. Je hoort alles op straat en in het trappenhuis. Voordeur en tussendeur klappen wel hard dicht, misschien een demper? Douchekop doet het niet zo goed meer. Gemeld bij de verhuurder. En houd rekening mee dat je trappen moet lopen.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and exactly as advertised in the photos. The location is also convenient, and it has everything you need for a short stay.
There are several areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, if you encounter any problems during your stay, I would not recommend relying on the WhatsApp support channel. It appears to be AI-operated, and it often struggled to understand our questions, making it much slower to resolve simple issues. Direct communication with a person would greatly improve the guest experience. Secondly, our kitchen sink was missing a plug, which made washing dishes unnecessarily difficult. It seems like a very simple item that could easily be provided. Another point worth mentioning is that it is not clearly explained that there is no mid-stay cleaning service. For guests staying only two or three nights, this may not matter, but for longer stays it means you need to clean the apartment yourself. You should also expect to purchase your own cleaning supplies, bin liners, and similar essentials, which is not particularly convenient for international travellers. Unfortunately, cleanliness was also below the standard we expected. We found mould in the shower area, and there were hairs on the mattress protector when we arrived. While the apartment is attractive and well presented, the overall level of cleanliness could definitely be improved. Finally, one thing we found uncomfortable was the notice behind the front door stating that they would appreciate a 10 out of 10 review. We feel that reviews should reflect each guest’s genuine experience rather than encouraging a perfect score.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Good location, within walking distance of the city centre. There are a number of nice cafes and bars nearby that offer a good price. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had adequate space for 4 people. There is aircon in both bedrooms.
There were a couple of small issues in the bathroom that could easily be fixed with a little bit of maintenance. The bathroom is missing a door lock, the towel rail bar kept falling down and the shower head bracket was loose. These were not big issues but the apartment would be perfect if they are fixed.

A casa de banho precisa de uma pequena olhadela, acredito que se fosse substituída a banheira por uma cabine de duche, ficaria muito melhor. E o chuveiro também estava a sair pouca água, mas tirando isso, tudo ótimo!

A não entrega das chaves no momento do check-in acabou por nos causar transtornos no momento do check-out, pois a pilha do automatismo da porta acabou e deixou de funcionar, e tivemos 1 hora à espera da situação ser resolvida com 1 funcionário que se deslocou para nos abrir a porta do apartamento.

Reviewed May 19, 2026We had a fantastic stay at this charming apartment in Porto. It’s very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. At short walk to the city center and very close to public transport, it makes super easy to explore all the main sights. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy base in Porto!
Since the apartment already has an automatic lock, a self-check-in option would be a nice touch and it would also save guests from carrying keys around. That said, we didn’t mind at all waiting for the host to hand over the keys, and everything went smoothly. I should also add that the host was super accommodating, even though we arrived well past the expected check-in time (10 PM)

Reviewed May 10, 2026Ļoti laba atrašanās vieta, 5min līdz metro stacijai . Ļoti tuvu līdz restorāniem, veikaliem, tirgum. Labi iekārtots dzīvoklis, arī virtuvē ir viss, ja vēlas paši gatavot. Iesaku.

Les clefs que nous avons eu n’étaient pas les bonnes… Pas de papier toilettes ni d’éponge pour la vaisselle… Propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer… Nous avons eu un cadeau de bienvenue (bouteille de vin + paquet de gâteau) mais les gâteaux sont périmés…

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Goede locatie. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder, geen persoonlijk ontvangst door drukte. Maar check in instructies zijn duidelijk. Check out gewoon een mail gestuurd. Appartement ruim genoeg voor gezin met 4. Kastruimte voldoende. Prima vertoeven voor een paar dagen.
De keukenkraan lekte. Gemeld, wel reactie geen reparatie. Reden onbekend. Geen grote hinder van ondervonden overigens. Verder goed appartement. Alles is er wel. Eten doe je veelal buiten de deur. Dus de keuken e.d. niet getest. Er is geen vaatwasser maar een paar glazen afwassen met hand mag geen probleem zijn.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Very good and central location, in a nice and very well maintained building (late 1970s).The apartment is next to a shopping pedestrian area and several cafés and bakeries, 5 min. walk to the beautiful covered market and a metro station. 10 min. walk from the square where free city tours start, and 10-15 min walk from top touristic attractions. The apartment has sufficient facilities for a 3 - 7 days stay. Communication with the service provider - very good, useful and accurate! Complimentary bottle of wine and cookies at arrival.
Some pieces of the wooden parquet floor need to be glued together, as they tend to fall out. But that's not a big issue.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Zajištění odvozu taxi z letiště. Perfektní ubytování, možností využití terasy na střeše, blízkost centra a metra. Atmosféra města, je kam jít a co vidět, mnoho bister, kaváren, restaurací, obchodů. Příjemný bonus k ubytování je víno na uvítanou.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Ubicación inmejorable. Todo muy bonito y moderno. Además los propietarios son super detallistas y atentos, nos dejaron un vino y galletas de bienvenida.
El apartamento es un poco frío pero nada que no arregle la calefacción. No tiene ascensor, cosa a tener en cuenta. En uno de los apartamentos (cogimos dos porque éramos dos familias) la ducha estaba rota y salía agua por todos lados, pero cosa que se soluciona remplazando la goma y listo.

Lack of resupply for liquid amenities after the previous guests. We had no conditioner and the soap/shampoo was ran out a day before we left. Unfortunately 1 bathroom. Great for families, not so great for friend groups.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Great location not far from shops and a food market. Comfy bedrooms and living area. We had a slight issue with our shower, let them know and fixed the next day great service! Lots of plates and bowls in the kitchen and had a bottle of wine and biscuit's on arrival which was a nice touch.
Nothing that the company can change but just 2 things to keep in mind, no lift in the building which was fine for as on first floor but might have been a struggle if higher. Also the sound proofing between floors not the greatest could hear the people above us
