Nice place to stay and very close to the city

Only got two lifts and one was broke down. Almost waited for 45 minutes to get down. Really disappointed. The facility was not properly maintained

The size of the apartment was decent.

The floors were dirty, walls were dirty and marked, fridge had dust all over it, under beds had dust balls and hair. Considering you are made to keep it clean and also pay a cleaning fee, I would sack whoever is 'cleaning it'. There was no hot water for showers at all, so they were luke warm at best. The air con was not adjustable, it was either on or off and no happy in-between. So you were either freezing or it was too stuffy. The double beds were also too small.

Heel erg proper, netjes, ruim, mooi complex en mooi uitzicht! Op voorhand krijg je ook een bericht met alle instructies (inchecken, sleutelbox, uitchecken, vuilbakken, ...), heel erg duidelijk! Moest je toch een vraag hebben, kan je ze altijd via bericht contacteren en heb je zeer snel antwoord.

De buurt was minder gezellig en je neemt best een Grab of Taxi naar het centrum. In één van de slaapkamers hanger er niet overal gordijnen voor de ramen, een slaapmasker is dan wel aangeraden ;)

Le check-in etait tres facile. Le salon tres agréable pour les enfants. Les lits tres confortables. On s'est senti en sécurité aussi.

Lekkende wasmachine en het minimale aantal handdoeken, dit werd op verzoek allemaal keurig opgelost

The skypool was the highlight! Well appointed and clean apartment with large lounge area.

Pillows were not so comfortable but that is a personal preference. This was our favourite apartment from our whole Malaysia holiday.

the decor of the unit is great, minimalist but clean. the view is excellent, the water is running great, the beds are comfy, the kitchen appliances all working properly. the small balcony is very sweet to have a relaxing cup of tea in the evenings. will come back again should we visit Penang again.

Easy check-in, check out. Good response to queries. Swimming pool was great, place was comfortable, kitchen facilities were sufficient. Local food around area for breakfast.

Shower head and shower handle were broken and malfunctioning, but could still do the job. Lobby and lift had intermittent aircon, and can be a bit stuffy when waiting for Grab. Require Grab services to move out of the area to the central. No mini market at the lobby, just a vending machine.

This place is great , unit is clean n with good view, fast response from owner and many info for good food and place , will come back again.

Overall the stay was nice and has an amazing view from the room. We got to use the rooftop pool as well.

Airconds in the room got some leaking, and we have told the staff and they responded quickly on this matter.

everything about the property was great. the location, cleaniness, security, everything is great. the skyview pool was cherry on the cake. we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is clean, cozy and love the minimalist decor style. The instruction for keys pick up and parking space was precise and clear. We have no issue at all finding the apartment. The little treats （instant coffee and biscuits）from the owner is a real warm touch. The pool and gym room at the top floor is a plus to this enjoyable stay. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely be back again ！

Seriously nothing much except the shower room glass partition could be a bit wider to avoid water splashing out. The driveway up to the parking space would be bit challenging for newbies and long cars

The only thing that was not perfect is the building only has 2 lifts and it was very congested during check out.

Beautiful interior design, great view from the living room, extremely clean and the host was super friendly and helpful providing all the necessary amenities you need for your stay. Host even provides a cute touch across the apartment

The shower water was always too cold even though it was very hot outside I still like a warmer shower. The water pressure wasn't too bad. I didn't like the area because it was too far to centre and shops. Had to get a Grab taxi each time back and forth. No cafe's or restaurants in walking distance.

Beds were hard Only one couch that seats 2 people - for a property that’s supposed to be for 8. No drinking water available - property only provided 4L for a 5 day stay.

Clean and spacious. Convenient to have light food as it has kitchen with utensils to use. The bed are comfortable too.

Trash bin is quite far. If I can suggest, the living room floor is abit sticky. It can use hot water to clean. Overall is good

Good healing by looking at the crystal clear blue sky at the tatami area. The house was very clean and neat. We enjoyed our Netflix time with the big TV there. Clean towels and extra blankets was provided. The shower head was very comfortable. What surprised us was there's a greeting refreshment to welcoming us! Appreciated the extra effort by the host! There were 2 car parks provided as well for free! Will definitely come back again when we visit Penang next time!

The owner very friendly and replied question efficiently

The house was very clean and tidy, and it looked exactly the same as shown in pictures. The unit was very clean and clean towels are provided as well. Free car park was given too. The bathrooms were big and all equipped with heater. All the bedrooms were equipped with air-conditioning as well as ceiling fan. The host also prepared a set of dining utensils specially for muslim guest. Really appreciate the extra effort from the host.

Noise pollution due to construction on going not far from the suite building.
