Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was great throughout. Very clean place, close to the bus stop with a supermarket nearby

The Wi-Fi was essentially non-existent. I work remotely and rely on it heavily, so not being able to get online was a real problem for me. On top of that, one of the bed legs gave way when my wife lay down, and there's a wooden spoon jammed in the fridge door to keep it shut, which is pretty bizarre

Küche gut ausgestattet, alles sauber, schöne Einrichtung, bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage, gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, unkomplizierter Check in. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Good location, quiet, decently supplied kitchen, good size bedrooms and living room, nicely decorated. Well maintained--there was no damage to functional items (cabinet doors, plumbing fixtures, towel racks, shutters, windows, doors, etc).

Description of apartment location within the building was ambiguous and the apartment had no number to indicate whether we were at the correct door. The only way to determine whether we had the correct apartment was to try the key. There was some damage to the floor finish between the dining room and the bathroom. When the front door is locked, it is impossible to get out of the apartment without the key. Thus if one person left with the key (there was only one) the door could not be locked. While not a huge issue, this can complicate access for a group.

Ein großzügiges Apartment für 6 Personen, sehr sauber mit gepflegten Möbeln. Wohlfühlen ab dem Ankommen! Pflegeprodukte, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, sowie in der Küche Spülmittel, Kaffee, Maschinentaps vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit flexibler Ankunftszeit.

Auto parkeren is lastig, er zijn veel privé parkeerplaatsen, maar weinig waar je zo kan parkeren, dan moet je naar dure parkeergarage.

La clarté de l'appartement

Location was quite good, about 15mins from central station. Apartment was spacious with a nice big bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is airy withw indows in each room. were were also provided with fans in each room that definitely helped in the summer days. Kitchen was well stocked and had all modern amenities for a comfortable stay with home cooked dinners. Check-in and check-out was easy and uncomplicated.

Floors and rooms were not clean, there was dirt underneath beds and in corners. We also found trash left by previous guests that were not disposed off.

Everything exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a great host. We truly felt at home...We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again.Highly recommended.

Absolutamente todo!! Es un lugar increíble, acogedor, limpio, ordenado seguro, en una excelente ubicación. Volvería mil veces más y lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado. De verdad maravilloso.

A good sized apartment at a decent distance from the city centre, in a pleasant neighbourhood, with comfortable beds and decent equipment. A nice base to explore the city, then come back afterwards to rest. It’s a short walk to get to the trams and buses, so a reasonable choice for anyone without a car.

This apartment gets very warm in summer and, even with the provided fans, it was difficult to keep the bedrooms cool at night (opening the windows lets in noise from the nearby roads). There is nothing that can really be done about this - just be aware. One of the bedrooms had a fan without a front cover, which exposes the blades and might be dangerous for young people on anyone not paying attention.

Wir waren an einem Konzert im Letzigrund und die Lage war top um dort hin zu gelangen. Hübsche Wohnung für 4 Personen. Ruhig, an einer Seitenstrasse gelegen.Unkompliziertes Check in.

Es war sehr heiss in der Nacht, trotz des Lüftungsgerätes.

The neighborhood was quiet and easy to reach by bus from the central train station. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful balcony and well equipped kitchen. The living room was confortable for four people and the rooms were good

Very comfortable, clean and spacious.

The entrance right beside the garbage cans was a little offputting, but once inside it was lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Die Lage zum Letzigrund war hervorragend und die Unterkunft war sauber.

Diverse Sachen müssten mal repariert werden. Wasserhahn in der Küche wackelt extrem, div Lampen und Steckdosen mit Schäden. Keine Rauchmelder!

Not ideal when there is a heat wave and no AC

Location was pretty solid, although there is construction around the whole place.

The floors were filthy, who knows when they were last mopped. You couldn't walk around without socks or your feet were covered in dirt.

3 bedrooms was very spacious for a family of 5. Very convenient to transit stops. The staff was very responsive in helping us get into the property due to our travel timing.

Super clean and cozy. Great for a small group and felt super safe in the neighborhood at night.

The location was great, and we were able to walk anywhere we needed to go . Check-in and check- out were very easy also.

The bathroom didn't have enough space, and the bathtub was very high and awkward . The shower curtain wasn't really great also as it caused water to puddle on the floor.

Kényelmes, csendes, celjainknak tökéletesen megfelelő szállás volt.

Nem volt mosógép.🙂 Az nem lett volna rossz tudni, hogy az utcán építkezés folyik így, kocsival megközelíthetetlen volt. Minket ez most nem zavart, mert nem kocsival voltunk, a taxisoknak viszont gond volt.

The location was perfect, close to everything including public transport on either sides of the street. The beds were also very comfortable and the pillows good. The apartment also had a dishwasher which was very convenient to have as we had some home cooked meals.

The bathroom situation was not too great. The bathtub took some time to drain the water so one had to pause in between showers. Since we went as a group this meant taking a bit longer to get ready. Also it is a bathtub which isn't always the perfect sharing scenario but we managed nonetheless.

Good space for two people who prefer a room each. Most things we needed were there.

Don’t recall any warning about the roadworks along the whole street. Wasn’t pleased to have all of that to deal with. Everything in the flat was good, it was comfortable, nice beds. Couldn’t watch any TV. Apparently everyone is expected to have streaming services, but some of us don’t, so we just gave up. I suppose I could have downloaded some app or other, but I shouldn’t have to for a short stay in a strange place.

Wir hatten das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Hier ruhige Lage zum Hinterhof. Reines Wohngebiet. 2 Sätze Schlüssel (wenn einer noch länger in der Stadt bleiben will) Einige Busstationen vom Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum entfernt. Sehr sauber. Einfaches Wohnhaus, Modernisierte Wohnung. Kleiner Balkon. Kleine Grundausstattung, Nespresso Kaffemaschine mit ein paar Tabs ;-) Gute Betten, sauberes Bad mit Wanne, die auch die Dusche ist. An der Straße war eine große Baustelle, wir waren aber über das Wochenende da, kein Lärm. Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen (wenn auch sehr teuer).

Für Menschen, die die Beine vielleicht nicht so gut heben können: Die Dusche ist IN der Badewanne, also ÜBER den Badewannenrand einsteigen. Gut zu wissen: Bis zum Fahrstuhl sind es einige Treppenstufen. Wenig Deko, Bilder naja (wo sie doch sooo ein tolles Kunstmuseum haben oder See und Berge ;-))

Petit appartement très sympa, parfait pour un week-end en famille.

L'immeuble n est pas super bien isolé, on entend les voisins. Mais après 22h c est très calme.

It was very spacious and comfortable. Great beds and linens. Good location, easily accessible.

The place smelled a bit of cigarettes, especially when you first walked in. The shower wasn’t very strong, but it worked.

Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Nähe des Stadions "Letzigrund" war recht gut. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung mit Wohn-/Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbett und einem Badezimmer war in Ordnung.

Insbesondere die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ doch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Polstermöbel (zwei Sessel und Sofa) waren teils mit großen Flecken verschmutzt (nicht nur auf den Sitzflächen, sondern auch auf den Rückenlehnen). Die vorhandene Schalousie in einem Schlafzimmer ließ sich auf Grund eines Defekts nicht schließen. Im Küchenbereich gab es kein Licht, da die Beleuchtung der Dunstabzugshaube komplett defekt war und es keine weitere Lichtquelle im direkten Küchenbereich gab. Weitere Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlende Handtücher etc. haben uns nicht gefallen.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig.

Es befindet sich an einem schrecklichen Ort, was das Parken angeht. Genauer gesagt gibt es überhaupt keine Parkplätze. Zu dem Zeitpunkt gab es außerdem Bauarbeiten in dieser Straße und in der Umgebung, sodass es ziemlich chaotisch war. Was die Anreise ohne Auto betrifft, kann ich das sehr empfehlen – wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte sich mit Geduld bewaffnen.

Negatives * No notification of heavy construction right outside the door, be aware this is major trenching with heavy equipment and will continue for some time. Ask before booking! As of March 20 2026. * Do not attempt to use laundry, for tenants only! Would be a game changer to put this listing over the top. * Internet spotty at best, owner did respond with alternate solution but still very weak. * Bathtub is too high and unsafe to use. Use caution getting in. Shower curtain hangs in the water. * Please consider guest book with apartment tips, and neighborhood recommendations. * Kitchen is equipped with very low grade utensils and cookware. * Dinning furniture worn, and living room chair and couch had large oil stains? * Overpriced for what is offered.

Boa localização, transportes perto. Mercados, perto.

A a protecção exterior de uma das janelas de um dos quartos não fechava, no qual ficou sempre aberta, não dando privacidade devida. A porta de entrada para o apartamento tinha defeito, tinha vezes que não fechava nem abria pelo interior, o que fez com que saíssemos pela janela, para poder abrir la pelo lado de fora. Na cozinha o exaustor não tem força o suficiente para sugar o fumo criado ao cozinhar, o que fez com que aciona se o alarme de incêndio.

Oldukça temiz ve güzel. Eşyalar yeni ve ihtiyaç duyulan herşey var. Geniş kullanışlı özellikle çocuklu aileler için uygun. Tavsiye ederim.

Yakında yürüme mesafe market vs çok yok, şehir merkezine çok yakın değil, ama genel olarak oldukça uygun ve güzel. Temizlik muntazam.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet residential area. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were very confortable. The flat was supplied with everything necessary. Very easy to travel around with public transportation.

Tesis genel olarak güzeldi. Ama sokaktaki çalışma erken saatte başladığı için bu durum bizi rahatsız etti. İki gece de kapının kilidinin bozuk olmasından dolayı tedirgin bir şekilde uyumak hoş olmadı.

Excelente acomodação e localização, Anfitriao nos atendeu bem. Estávamos em 4 casais e Alugamos 2 apartamentos. Recomendado.

There is no parking, but we were ready for it

Grüezi Leider ging das mit dem Schlüsselcode nicht. So haben wir angerufen. Doch die KI-Telefonistin konnte uns nicht weiterhelfen, sodass wir nicht an der Eichbühlstrasse übernachten konnten. Ich denke, dass Sie uns entsprechend was rückvergüten werden. Wir hätten gerne da übernachtet und waren auch bis 19.00 Uhr da. Konnte das aber leider nicht vorher mitteilen, da die Anreise noch unsicher war. Darf ich Ihnen meine ISBN-Nr. bei der Kantonalbank Appenzell für eine entsprechende Rück-Überweisung mitteilen? Lage war okey

Ausserordentlich schmutzig für eine Mietwohnung. Der Reinigungsbetrag ist unverhältnismässig hoch für das vorgefundene! Schrank kann nicht geöffnet werden, ohne dass er zusammenbrechen möchte. Jedes Zimmer hat kein Mittellicht, ausser Stehlampe. Schmutziges Geschirr, Ablageflächen etc.. Von ein Vorbesucher lag noch ein Gummiball neben der Stehlampe.
