Struttura vecchia, il doccino si è rotto non appena lo abbiamo provato ad usare. Lenzuola sporche. Non esiste una reception, bisogna comunicare tutto su whatsapp con il gestore che spesso risponde in ritardo. Piscina piccola e sporca.

Las sábanas y toallas no estaban limpias, tenían. Olor . Las fotos publicadas del estudio escogido no coinciden con la realidad . Electrodomésticos estropeados . Una ventana no cierra correctamente lo que hace entrar calor y ruido . No fue posible tener agua caliente ni tampoco templada .

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026I liked the general area of the building, but unfortunately there was no access to the main street form the building. I had to walk around the back streets to get to the main street.
There were two Air conditioners in the room, but only one remote for the one over the bed. The second in the lounge/dinning area was a different brand and I could not get that one to work, meaning the one over the bed was blowing cold air over the bed all night. I ended up with a very nasty cold. When I whatsapped the host there was no response to this request for a remote to operate the second A/C.

The front staff was absolutely black mailing style. We booked one bedroom apartment but issued Studio apartment. They didn't respond to booking.com staff and stuck to Studio apartment and not changed. We checked out room by 11:50 am but insisted to cut 1 hour late check out RM 30 and insisted for 10/10 scores at booking.com then can wave off. Eventually deducted RM 30.

El personal, fred i amb molt poc caliu per respondre les qüestions que teniem relacionades amb l'allotjament. En general, no ens ha agradat el tracte distant, gairebé inexistent.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026트윈타워로부터 걸어서 10분 거리. 숙소 앞 로컬 맛집 모여있음(특히 큰길 끝에 있는 커리 하우스 추천함). 세탁기가 있어서 옷 세탁 가능. 침실도 여유롭고 넓음. 그리고 타워와 은행 건물이 보임. 밤 10시까지 운영하는 수영장도 만족스러움. 직원분이 늦은 체크인도 잘 챙겨주심.
샤워타올을 4장 밖에 안 주고 그 수건도 오래된 느낌.

DO NOT BOOK this place under any circumstances if you value your safety, your time, and your money! My reservation was fully PREPAID. I explicitly messaged the host IN ADVANCE a week before to arrange a late check-in due to our night flight. The host confirmed in writing: "Yes, no problem." and promised to send self-check-in instructions. We landed in a new country in the middle of the night. When we arrived at the property at 4:00 AM, there were ZERO check in instructions - neither on Booking nor in WhatsApp. The host was completely unreachable. Their phones were turned off, and they absolutely ghosted us. They literally left us stranded on the street in the dark, in a foreign country, with no local currency and a poor internet connection. This absolute negligence completely ruined my birthday trip, turning what should have been a celebration into a stressful and terrifying challenge. We had to desperately search for an emergency hotel at 6 AM and pay out of pocket just to not sleep on the sidewalk. To make matters even worse: even now, a week later, my desperate messages from that night remain unread and unanswered on Booking and WhatsApp. They don't care about their guests at all!! Booking support eventually stepped in, fully canceled this horrible reservation, issued a refund, and compensated us for the emergency hotel. "Park View KLCC by DeLive Home" are completely irresponsible scammers. Avoid them at all costs!

Я так понимаю в этом кондо практически нет действительно хороших комнат. Все устарело и обветшало. Приходится выбирать лучший номер среди плохих. Тараканы есть, но не так много как, к примеру, в Скай Сюит. От муравьев вроде вообще избавились. Но жильцы разные, не все соблюдают санитарию. Поэтому насекомые все таки есть. Спортивная зона на предпоследнем издыхании.

The apartment is very cozy, bright, and clean, and the view through the window is simply breathtaking. But what really made our stay special was the hospitality of the hosts — they were so welcoming and attentive to every detail. The location is unbeatable, with the Petronas Towers just a stone's throw away. And the evenings by the pool... that was just pure magic and total love! It was the highlight of our trip. Huge thanks to the hosts for everything, we will definitely be back!

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Great location, right in the middle of KLCC, super close walk to KLCC park (under 10mins)! Apartment was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Had all the amenities needed: spare toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid, clean towels, cleaning spray, cloths, cutlery, plates/cups/bowls, pans, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, drying rack etc. Aside from just the apartment the building itself was really nice and seemed to be in a nice neighbourhood. Owners were friendly and let me book to stay an extra night which was very easy. The view was also very lovely.
One thing to note was the television was weirdly pixilated and blurry, however not really much of an issue as it was still about watchable and it’s not that important of an amenity in my opinion.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026Сказочный вид из панорамного окна. продуманный дизайн апартаментов, все что нужно для жизни и комфортного пребывания, хороший персонал, локация просто супер - близко до всех городских достопримечательностей (буквально пешком пара минут). в целом довольно комфортное и приятное пребывание.
1. В душене было горячей воды, была все время летняя вода. несмотря на то, что там очень жарко, но в номере всё-таки работает кондиционер и когда ты принимаешь душ в летней воде, то потом довольно свежо 2. в душе не было шторки и поэтому вся брызги была по всей ванной комнате 3. было бы приятным бонусом иметь бутылочку воды в холодильнике по возвращению из аэропорта при заселении 4. полотенца были чистыми, но видимо уже очень поюзанными и старыми, потому что как только становятся влажными сразу появлялся затхлый прелый запах 5. ну и самая неприятная часть - это таракан, которого я встретила в ванне. за 3 дня моего пребывания это было один раз. (но тут сложно сказать, вина ли это апартаментов, всего здания, или в целом особенность небоскрёбов в Малайзии)

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Location was good, it was clean enough but would not feel safe showering without flip flops. Host made accommodations for a late check in.
Only provided half toilet paper, no soap for washing hands. The building is not that well maintained as perceived in the pictures, in general it looked prettier,cleaner, and more well maintained in the pictures. Take in account that the pictures are a mix of multiple rentals, so you won't really know what you are getting.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Had a pleasant stay from 1 March to 3 March. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, which made the whole experience really stress-free. The place was clean, well-maintained, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 child — very comfortable for a small family. Loved that it came with useful amenities like a washing machine, iron, and even basic kitchen facilities to heat up food. It really felt like home, even though we were away. The host was also very considerate and easy to communicate with. Overall, it felt like a safe and cozy place to stay. Definitely a great option for families planning a KL trip.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026I felt cozy at this place. The view was amazing - the reason I booked it. It was very clean, enough space, the WiFi worked great. The sheets smelt nice. The location is convenient- less than 10 mins to petronas. The pool was also okay. The communication with the host was easy - they allowed me to leave my luggage.
Since I train a lot I found the fitness place a bit poor… but this is not related to the apartment itself…

While the stay was mostly pleasant, there was a major communication issue regarding utilities. On day 7 of my 9-day stay, the staff informed me of a pending electricity charge that was never mentioned during the booking process or at check-in. Although they eventually agreed not to charge me, the lack of transparency was frustrating and created unnecessary stress during my trip.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026The apartment was absolutely perfect for my stay. It was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and well organized, with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the water purifier – it was so convenient not having to constantly buy bottled water. There was plenty of storage space thanks to the built-in wardrobe, which made unpacking and settling in very easy. The washing machine was also a great addition (although the spin cycle is extremely loud). The view is beautiful – even though it doesn’t face the Petronas Towers, one entire wall is made of windows, which creates an amazing atmosphere and fills the apartment with natural light.
The communication regarding the costs was a bit confusing. The deposit was mentioned in advance, but the amount changed twice between the initial message and the time of payment. It wasn’t a major issue, just somewhat unclear. They also charged an electricity fee based on my usage; however, their message stated that this would only apply to stays longer than 14 nights, and I only stayed for 8 nights. The amount itself was not significant, but the overall situation left a slightly unpleasant feeling.

Did not look like the pictures, was run down with hastily patchwork painting in some areas. Odd to have the huge bath tub in the middle of the living room. Just a really run down apartment. It could be improved. No view

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Great studio apartment on 31st floor. Amazing view. Comfy bed. Washing machine didn’t work, however, they did quickly help sort this for us. Location was great, we walked everywhere. 15min walk to closest monorail if needed. Nice pool on 33rd floor, with old gym adjacent - enough stuff for a decent work out
