Double Room

the called response immediately and seevice very nice and quick

The staff on both the night and day shifts were very friendly, helpful, and engaging. Everything was as advertised, including the room and facilities, which were well‑maintained and comfortable. I am sure I would choose to stay there again.

I arrived in Cairo around 4 a.m., which is a tricky time to be wandering the streets in a taxi. The location and address are mentioned on Booking, but they were not sufficient for taxis, which made the arrival less straightforward. It would be better if clear, taxi‑friendly directions were provided directly to first‑time guests before arrival, so the process is smoother. That initial challenge of finding the place is short‑lived, and once you leave it behind, the rest of the stay is very smooth and enjoyable.

We used this hotel because we had a long layover in Cairo.... perfect for the job

I like the Room area, cleanliness and existing of a breakfast.

The property was so safe, neat, cozy and quiet . Well kept gym and the swimming pool

The accessible ramp was a bit uphill and high.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. The breakfast is generous and of very good quality, with a wide selection for all tastes. The location is ideal: quiet, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice

Wifi is not good at all

Amazing place with great staff.

Great amenities!

Quiet room, friendly receptionist, good place to stay

Very difficult to find the place. No directions given and name on website different than name of the Villa. Drove around for 1.5 hours trying to find the place with my business colleagues which reflected unprofessionally. Wifi very slow and not useable. Fitness room very very basic and not worth it. Breakfast there is only nescafe and no proper coffee.

Clean and calm

Staff are nice specially Mr. Mohamad AlAmir GM he is so kind, nice, gentleman

Rooms are nice
