Special thanks to the front staff, Torikul, for being very helpful, polite, and professional throughout the stay. Really appreciated the excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

Reviewed May 4, 2026Excellent experience at Kingston Hotel 3. The hotel was neat, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. A special mention to front staff Torikul for the outstanding service, warm attitude, and professionalism. He made the stay much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Location is strategic as it's in the city center and nearby to the main malls either by walking or car. The reception staff were friendly and had a smooth checkin. Bathroom was very clean.
The room was very badly managed and run down. I stayed in the suite( so called). The carpet in the room was dirty and ceilings were wet and dry due to the roofing. Bed not comfortable, had smell on the pillows, seems like it's has not been changed. Room not comfy and light ambiance was bad. The last time I stay years back in 2019 was very good.

But them not agree with early check in but will reserve green theme for me. Then I check in after lunch at 3:15pm. First reception informed that them make a mistake, wrong gave my reserve room to other customer, and this room bath tub can't fuction

- keine Fenster - kein Safe - kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer - schmutzig - kein Kühlschrank - alles veraltet - Schimmel im Bad - Klimaanlage nicht gereingt und nicht ordnungsgemäß gewartet - Teppich komplett verranzt - Türen kaputt - Möbel und alles veraltet - kein Frühstück - schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer - entspricht nicht dem Zustand auf den Bildern - überteuert - Schränke kaputt und Schmutzig, Reinigungskraft ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort.

This hotel felt like a scam. I really don’t understand how it’s rated as a 3-star hotel. The room was not clean and poorly maintained, and there was almost no sound insulation — you can hear everything from the next room. The photos online don’t match the reality at all. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, no matter how cheap it is.

But the boys who attend you are so cooperative and energetic . I give them good marks. Though the say its rooms are thematic it does not match the word exactly

It was actually far from any public route. And mostly I found the alley a lil bit silent and creepy. We hardly walked from our hotel. We directly used grab for pick up and drop off. I would suggest for a variety of food options in breakfast.
