I loved everything about the property. This is more for the area in general I was not aware of. Smoking in public areas is highly regulated, the nearest designated smoking area is a 6 min walk. It is not just the building the apartment is located in but the suburb Mckinnley Hill. It is overall a clean and beautiful town.

The location was very convenient as it was close to the shops

The receptionist upon check in was not very friendly or accommodating. When we eventually got into the apartment there were cockroaches in the kitchen area. Lighting also was a bit haphazard. Not enough pillows.

The door latch going to the balcony i think id broken , not good for kids esp the toddler. They ca. Easily climb up in there and fall. Saw some roaches :( I dnt know and how . Place was decent and clean. Only 2 pans in the kitchen. So if you think you are frying. It will be a struggle. The washing machine is good. But the end result has smell The lobby at the elevator do not have AC superrr hot

TV didn't work, bedding was insufficient. Paperwork required to check in was overwhelming and too much for a one night stay. She tried to get me to pay 1500 more as a security deposit for a elevator card. Booking overcharged me 1500 as well.

The room/unit was spacious. It was literally beside the Venice grand canal mall. Also, the host was super eady to talk to in case we have questions or concern.

The apartment is immaculate to the very last detail. Well kept, clean and trendy. The host Ms Candy make you feel most welcomed and is responsive. Location is awesome and conveniently located adjoining Grand Canal Mall. Will definitely come back and highly recommend.

The place smells so nice and really gives a homey vibes. Was able to definitely relax during our stay. The host is also very responsive and nice. She also gives a very homey and accommodating feel even thru chat which is really similar to the ambiance of the place. Truly recommended and wish we could have stayed longer. The place is quiet and all basic appliances are there. I like it so much, not just for its functionality, but for the serene atmosphere that envelops me the moment I step inside. My friends ang I stayed for 3days & 2nights (July 19-21, 2024) in this apartment unit which we found to be very spic & span with such comfortable homey effect. We arrived exactly 3PM and as promised by the host room was ready and no problems checking in. It was also a plus factor that the residence was connected to the grand canal mall so even when it rained really hard later that afternoon we had no problem with what we enjoy the most. (eating & shopping)😂 The host of this apartment is super attentive and personal to the needs of the guest....very well done🥰 I'd definitely would stay here again.

Highly recommended.. the owner is very helpful, and the space is enough for my family.. very minimalist furnished that's why it makes the space easier for us to move around.

I wish the building reception and the management has a clear communication so the guest won't be waiting for long, it caused us inconvenience at the lobby that took us quiet longer than expected . The reception and the owner must be considerate enough to think that there guest might come from a long trip just like my situation. A smooth transition would be much appreciated.

I like the cozy place with balcony and with free wifi, the place is clean and tidy and the comfort room is also clean

When we enter the room there's a little smell and also there are no tissues in the comfort room but there is liquid soap for hand washing

TV and net not working, kettle not working, no soap and shampoo, A/C not cooling well. Linens were very cheap!!! only 2 towels, though you booked for 4. Price is too expensive compares to other unit in the same building, bad service, From the receiption bad services, were told we cannot stay for 4 pax, yet i paid for 4 pax plus child prior the payment. late check in 3pm and forced to check out @11am. Worst place ever!!!

I'm glad I found this place. Great location, clean and very responsive. I liked it so much I booked it twice during my stay in Manila. Everything you need is within the vicinity: the mall, the Venice Canal, dining, grocery stores, laundry, and movie theater. I will definitely stay there again!

It’s cozy, clean and tidy. The kitchen goes with complete appliances and utensils that you basically need. Bath towels are provided. I also like the location, it is just walking distance to the Mall and stores/groceries. It is great that a parking space is provided as well. The instructions for check-in/check-out are very clear and very responsive to your queries.

The place is well kept, stone's throw away from the mall and other grocery stores, with assigned parking slot and the very accomodating host who was readily available for any questions.
