Rules and restrictions were not at all user friendly. Anything you might likke to do had a rule or proceedure preventing you from doing it. No guests allowed even during the day beyond room capacity. could not pay cash for pool priviledge. Microwave promised but none supplied. The room has space for seven and a kitchen but what is the p if you can't cook and have family members in to enjoy a meal

It's our 2nd time. Comfortable, spacious and clean.

There is a water dripping from the AC, since there’s no bucket we used the trash bin to catch the water.

The size of the apartment was a positive.

AC works great that makes it comfortable, kitchen utensils not up to “par” considering where the property is located. The guards are friendly and helpful. Property manager or landlord ignores calls or txt.

It is far from groceries or mall or local transportation. Needs update of the facilities.

The stains in the sofa and surroundings are not clean. Cannot watch regular program in the telly, only YouTube, Netflix etc.

The location was very near the airpprt and big enough for our group.

Noise of the highway filters in even on the top floor. The property also was kinda dark. The photos look a lot better vs the actual property.

Musty smell. Constant traffic noise. Very poor location making getting to and from even with taxis and issue. Limited plastic crockery and utensils in kitchen. Bedroom a/c so noisy and inefficient it was turned off. Never again

Location near the airport and surrounding leisure areas

Not very flexible with the check in even if I booked months in advance. Our flight arrived at 0600 and couldn’t get in til 1500. A little inconvenient but it’s not a big deal. Microwave was also not functioning in the unit.

We are looking for the microwave but we can't find it. Also the communication to the owner/admin if we have questions. Please find time to answer our queries since we are not familiar with the place.

The place is very nice, clean and big. There 5 of us but the place was still big for us. And they were so nice... I was so thankful and happy that they made good arrangement when i needed to extend my stay. The location is also good coz its near the airport. It was easier and faster for me to get to airport. The location is accessible. I would definitely be happy to book this place again in the future.

Nothing. It was far the best I had booked from where and what I usually got to book in my previous accommodation booking arrangement.

The unit is very big, clean and it has a really nice view. As of the whole place its very good. Staffs are very friendly and polite.

Had some problems with internet. Some of the track lights didn't function.

I like the space which is good for family we had only 2 night stay

The spoon and foksr were all plastics, better if it is silver or metal bec it can be boiled, plastics are very unhygienic, the stove didn't work for us, the bathroom cistern next to the kitchen had little water reservoir on it, the light in our bedroom next to the TV didn't wirk on our last night upon arrival from the wedding we attended kitchen utensils were so few no condiments on cupboards thdesk staff has no coordination with oncoming scheduled arrival of guests we were instructed to take the keys from the basement 1,but upon arrival at the property the key was placed on our door it's good we went straight up on our toom, water refilling station was closed when we arrived we left our container to be filled the next day unfortunately it wasn't the when we were collecting it, so it's hard too get you water and we had not to drink that night, we enjoyed the gym in a short while, hope there will be some food sold in the premises in the coming days

Roomy

1. linens were dirty (should have been replaced for incoming guests). 2. toilet tissues in the holder were half used (should have been replaced for incoming guests), and only 1 extra tissue roll each toilet considering our booking was for 3n. 3. Toilet/bathroom at the master's bedroom stinks 4. there's bed bugs in room 2 5. noisy at night as property was opposite the skyway

The staff very friendly and constantly greets you with a smile whenever you see them, the owner is also very accommodating, we had a great time during our stay and will definitely book again in this unit, highly recommended

The aircon in the living room might need to get checked and the gas range was not working, but good thing there was an electric stove which was very convenient

Very roomy apartment with good beds and 2 bathrooms, nice hot showers, no bugs,clean fresh linen ,great view of city and sunset. Felt safe with helpful staff nice communal areas.

Traffic noise quite loud, oven was not checked before arrival and had no gas, fixed swiftly when reported though.

At night there were cockroaches on the balcony. We kept the doors to the balcony closed so they wouldnt get in. Other than that, the place was nice and clean.

This place felt like a home away from home. My family loved the amenities in the accommodation plus it is situated in a very central location.

The couch is just too saggy. It probably need to be replaced.

Nice and spacious. Short drive to terminal 3. Friendly and helpful staff. Someone parked in the parking slot that was reserved for me (turned out to be a good thing because of the tandem parking setup) The view from the balcony was amazing.

Sofa's and carpet had unpleasant stains. At times I could hear traffic noise while attempting to sleep.

Penthouse room was great for us. Enough space and privacy that you didn't feel cramp together. The view of the city was amazing. Close to stores and there is a small convenient store in the basement. Staff was extremely helpful. Plan to stay there on my next visit.

Convenient location with a homely feeling. The best and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Great view. Best accomodation for small families. The host was such a sweetheart and very helpful.

Such a nice spacious, clean and neat place. And there is a washing machine available to use. The location is perfect because its just 10mins away from the airport. There's a lot of malls/grocery stores nearby.

You have to order online for food or go to a restaurant to eat. Extra payment for the pool. And the owner forgot to mention to the reception that we were arriving. We had to contact her/him and then get the keybox in the basement. And she gave us the wrong code. I was told if I sent her all the details we can just check in right away and get the key. But we had to wait.. We were tired esp the kids we travelled almost the whole day so we werent happy about that. Anyways, the security guard was very nice and helpful.

Good day. The place is great. I highly recommend it. Very spacious and roomy. Everything you need is in the apartment. Almost everything was in working order. See below.

The location was hard to get a taxi. Air con in master bedroom is too small and very very noisy. Not enough towels and blankets for a ten day stay.
