Uwaga Scam, OSZUSTWO!!! Początkowo mieliśmy się pojawić w obiekcie koło 22, jednak nasz samolot z Bangkoku łapał jedno opóźnienie za drugim. Cały czas informowałem obiekt o kolejnych opóźnieniach dwutorowo - przez booking oraz Whatsapp, który był podany do bezpośredniego kontaktu. Zero reakcji. W dniu zameldowania zgodnie z informacją na bookingu powinienem otrzymać instrukcję zameldowania. Nie dostałem nic. Do obiektu dotarłem chwilę przed północą informując o tym obiekt. Nikt nie reagował po czym, równo północy obiekt wycofał moją rezerwację informując booking, że nie dotarłem na miejsce. Zero kontaktu, odbierania telefonu, zero odpowiedzi (do dzisiaj). O północy w Ho Chi Minh zostaliśmy z żoną bez noclegu...Sajgon, to adekwatny opis sytuacji...Drogi bookingu, proponuję usunąć obiekt ze swojej oferty, bo promujecie oszustów a państwu - nie robić tu rezerwacji POD ŻADNYM POZOREM!

All the rules and regulations! Not being able to access the pool without permission from the host...every time! We were asked if we wanted clean towels. Agreed to this but they didn't arrive. Rude host (not Raymond) when we called on arrival.

The best was the view from this appartment. We had the view on whole city centre of Ho Chi Minh. The accomodation was nice and we had everything we needed.

Rooms were quite small, but as we were mostly outside the appartment, we did not care about this too much.

We informed the host of our arrival time as it would be late in the night. We exchanged a few messages. When we arrived at 11pm only then I was told to pay for the stay in cash , which we didn't have. I was told to walk and find an atm .

Check in was very bad, we arrived 2am after 36h flight and was told we need to pay cash. It wasn’t mentioned in the booking. We had no cash and all the atms in area were out of order. We were very tired and forced to walk for hour in the middle of the night to get cash. Owner did not agree to pay next day or card. Finally accepted different currency

Op het moment dat ik aankwam op het vliegveld kreeg geen bericht meer van de host die mij de kamer toegang moest geven. Toch nog langs geweest en vergeefs. Later is mijn kamer geannuleerd door de host. Stond ik daar voor de deur zonder een kamer in de avond. Eigenaar is niet te vertrouwen wees voorzichtig als je een kamer neemt.

Zonder enige verklaring is mijn kamer voor de komende 5 dagen geannuleerd.

Het lag dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden en gezellige centrum. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn dat er een wasmachine in het appartement was.

Het zwembad had onvoldoende bedjes (slechts een stuk of 6) terwijl het appartementencomplex groot is. Er mag geen eten en drinken genuttigd worden (alleen in de ruimte ernaast). Voor gebruik van het zwembad dient het personeel mee te lopen om de poort te openen.

The rooms and location were very good

It took me a long time to get checked in with others taking over 4 hours to get checked in. I had to wait outside for a long time at night and the number shown on booking.com will not reply to you if you call.

Nice self contained small studio apartment. Nice view of city from 20th floor.

Check in process took a very long time. A lot of people waiting around outside building waiting to be let into the building- One of our group had to wait >4 hours and got access at midnight.

Das Gebäude selbst ist schön und die Apartments nett eingerichtet. Pool ganz nett aber unnötig bürokratisch und nervige Öffnungszeiten.

Unser gebuchtes Apartment war nicht wie geplant verfügbar, wir waren zunächst in einem kleineren und mussten dann umziehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war eine Katastrophe, wir waren uns bis zur letzten Minute nicht sicher ob wir wirklich eine Unterkunft haben, da an Silvester die ganze Stadt überbucht war und andere Buchungen schon kurzfristig storniert wurden. Auf die mehrfache Nachfrage ob die Buchung denn wirklich bestätigt ist kam keine Antwort. Ca. 30 min NACH der Check in Zeit hat sich dann mal jemand gemeldet und erklärt wie wir rein kommen. Am Gebäude sind große Schilder, dass Airbnb und andere kurzzeit Miete verboten sind.

Alles ist modern und sauber Die Lage war super

Лучшие))) нам отказало 2 отеля, просто отменили бронь и выставили номера дороже. Этот отель сразу подтвердили. Когда приехали нас заставили минут за 15, все четко. Персонал прекрасный всегда на связи и всегда интересовался нужна ли нам уборка, чистые полотенца, благодаря персоналу быстро посещали бассейн ( у них там новые правила). Сам номер чистый, все есть для комфорта, есть небольшой балкон и там есть стиральная машина. Спасибо вам ребята что дали так шикарно отдохнуть у вас в отеле))

Great location. Convenient located contained studio room. Okay shower. Nice view. Our staff member was always on hand and very helpful whenever we had an issue.

Late and disorganised check in. Got in 30 minutes late and left standing in the heat for 30 mins after 2pm. Pool only open 10-17, closed on Mondays (also can't just rock up). No bedside lamps. Shower not super cold. Doors are super tidious, cards for main entrance and elevator, code for room door (we got locked out as touch pad was poor). Considered we paid 90£ for 3 nights, we were expecting a bit more given what was advertised. FREE POOL, is a big statement, as hardly been able to use it.

There wasn’t a safe in the apartment

I spend 4 nights in MIN Apartment and I like it. I had everything that I needed and also the washing machine, the iron and ironing board that is great. The most of all I liked that this place is such close to the district 1 you need only cross the bridge and that’s it. And that there are 3 grocery stores, pharmacy and cafeteria in the same building. There’s also the pool, but I didn’t try it.

The building is too close to the avenue and it’s a little bit noisy.

Clean, spacious, had washing machine and multiple bathrooms. Was quiet and was in a good location

No reception staff so when we arrived we couldn't leave luggage and begin our holiday until later that day. Lifts were not always working.

We walked from here everywhere we needed. The little supermarkets downstairs where so helpful.

Unfortunately, we were not able to check in early which was difficult. They did however say this before we arrived.

I found a few things quite inconvenient during my stay. It was not easy to book a taxi from the resort, which made getting around a bit frustrating. The washing machine in the room was quite old, and the buttons were difficult to use. In addition, every time we wanted to go to the swimming pool, we had to call the front desk to have someone check us in first, which was inconvenient.

Das Appartement, das wir hatten, mit Aussicht Richtung Zentrum war perfekt. Geräumig und sauber. Preis-Leistung -Verhältnis top. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar auch nach seiner Arbeitszeit und hat immer schnell reagiert. War sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Für den Pool muss man sich registrieren lassen. Es gibt lediglich 5 Liegen.

Handig klein appartement. Ligging is goed. Maar wel met taxi naar centrum.

Weet dat het een niet verwarmd zwembad is en de uren dat je erin mag (nl 10 am - 4 pm) niet handig zijn als je een ganse dag op verkenning in de stad bent.

Die Außenanlage der Klimaanlage ist extrem laut. Man braucht unbedingt Ohrstöpsel.

Location is great - just on the edge of the river, but not right in the middle of tourism. Local life and food around and easy to walk or get grab bikes. Apartments were comfortable and well kitted out. Good aircon. Staff helpful and friendly. Good work space as well.

Check in is messy and hours are restricted. Pool requires someone to come and register you so no just going to the pool When you feel like it. Prefer cash.

We rented 2 apartments. The property is modern and well located. A short walk over the bridge and you're in District 1. Everything you need in the apartment. The staff were so wonderful and helpful. The property was clean and quiet.

The rooms are very small and not a 2 bedroom, rather 2 beds in a room. But the square meterage is on the website. Mondays the pool is closed for cleaning.

Everything perfect, and I was helped the whole time by the lovely Nolan. He was super kind and helpful and ready to answer all my needs and questions. 100% recommend!

Was overbooked so got a worse room than we were supposed to according to pictures and the room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 6pm (had to wait 30 min in lobby. Also a lot of the staff (especially the pool guys) are way to strict and rigid with everything, communist type of enforcement.

There is a 7/11 downstairs, as well as few other shops. The room had a small kitchenette, including a fridge and a microwave and basic equipment. The room also had a washer and a bit of space to hang the laundry

The cleanliness was lacking, there was mold in the corners of the shower, the hose next to the toilet was leaking all over the floor. The AC unit was definitely not cleaned properly - we both had gotten severely ill after our stay. The bed was squeaking with every move. Also the pool is open only between 9-16 for tourists, which they did not tell us at first. At checkout they asked us what time we want to leave - we told them - then we waited for over 30 minutes for them (almost missing our bus) because they forgot to tell us they won’t come and we should just leave the keys in the apartment. Chaos.

Everything was flawless. Definitely one of best apt to stay in HCM it has everything and its spacious. You can also use the pool. Host Min is really wonderful and prompt to help with any kind of queries

We basically walked everywhere. 24h mini market literally downstairs. Staff very helpful and polite. Very good value for money. Excellent staff, very accomodating and helpful. Super comfortable beds (just the right firmness).
