Все необходимое есть .Отдельное спасибо за джакузи )) лично хозяйку не встречала , но по WhatsApp ответила быстро. И дала инструкции. Ключи забрала сразу у охраны. Одно предостережение: не оставляйте машину на парковке у входа. Нас оштрафовали. В здании есть бесплатная парковка. Надо спросить у охраны. Они знают.

The smell from the toilet ventilation is bad, despite the exhaust fan is switched on the entire day and night. The smell lingers surrounding the master bedroom, and I had to sleep in the hall

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026- c'est très grand et confortable, même jusqu'à 8 personnes (4 lits doubles, 2 salles de bain) - cuisine bien équipée - c'est propre - situation géographique très centrale - piscine très propre - bon rapport qualité prix
- On ne nous a pas offert même 1h de plus pour poser nos bagages. L'heure c'est l'heure et vous n'avez qu'à attendre. Alors que 30 minutes avant au moins, c'est sûr que c'était prêt. Sinon on peut payer un garde bagages très cher. - Ça manque d'entretien de fond (plusieurs endroits de moisissure) et odeur d'humidité. - les serviettes sont en microfibre duveuteuse. On France on appelle ça des plaids 😅 Bref, ça n'essuie rien.

They just have one thing to improve, the bath towel. The existing bath towel doesn’t absorb water. Hope you can improve on this.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025The area is convenient to go all ipoh hot spot. Vy big space. Suitable for family or friends gathering. Comfortable. Friendly and supportive customer service. 1 car park provided but don't worry if you have more than 1 car because can park at commercial floor 4 & 5. Charge RM6 max per day. Surrounding have alot of car park space too.
Just the floor abit sticky. Not sure why floor detergent that they use. But overall is acceptable.

However, the washing machine is out of order before our journey, the kettle is very dirty, the shower closet is broken, we have to report to the owner and wait for repair. So it is not a good experience at all

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025It's spacious as an Airbnb (serviced apartment), around 1000sf. Surprisingly it provides four double-beds, though in the booking ads, it mentioned suitable for 3adults. 2 beds are placed att the living hall next to the window. There are two bedroom (both with sliding doors) with 1bed each, one with window view with attached bathroom, the smaller one with any window, but comes with a entrance to the common bathroom next to it. They even provide a washing machine, and also fridge. Kitchen is not suitable for cooking, only to heat your food (a microwave is provided) Basically the whole unit is painted in pinky color, to suit the Hello Kitty theme. Overall very satisfied with the price (we booked a one night stay on Friday), and it's conveniently accessible to many shops in the surrounding, and only lesser than 10mins drive to the other town area (Concubine Lane side). We are vegetarian, there's a Oriental Vegetarian restaurant just 4mins walking distance from this accommodation, so superb for us.
There handle for shower is loosen, hence not able to hang the shower head and take bath conveniently. The other thing is, I think the beds has bugs on them, coz we felt itchyness on and off, though not a serious one.

The washing machine is a bit temperamental but does work. No dryer tho. A bit far from the main attractions, but grab into the city centre is only 5RM. There is a bar or club near by and music is super loud. No place to store luggage, we went to Ipoh train station and got a locker for 10RM for the entire day, much better than the 10RM P/H hotel wanted in a location no where near the hotel.

Tedious check in. Have to wait 30 min because key to mailbox has issue. Lucky the attending guy is courteos. Tedious check in process where you need to give license. Although host realised we check in late with issue during check-in, there is whatsapps reminding asking to inform time to check out. No big deal but it is annoying.

But have small incident happen that regarding key card. After checkout I received few calls from the office ask me about key card. Because the owner keep mention that they give us 2 set key card but in letter box only 1 set. Because of this, they keep call me the 2nd set key card and suspect I loss the key card. End up is the staff mistake.

The sewage smell is a real issue in the whole apt. And there’s a puddle of water in the master bedroom’s bathroom leaking from the ceiling which is quite dangerous as I almost slipped & fell.
