Institute Of Natural Medicine , Yoga & Therapy home

Massage and yoga! NIce clean room

Der Empfang war unglaublich nett und ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten ist entzückend und das Essen wunderbar.

Fantastic, a hidden gem! Peaceful!

Perfect.

A beautiful and unexpected experience. Institute Of Natural Medicine , Yoga & Therapy home is located right next to Thamel - a vibrant and lively part of Kathmandu city and close to Kathmandu Durbar Square. One moment I was in the busy exuberance of the city, and as I walked towards the Institute, I sensed a very soothing vibe making its way. Next moment here I was, facing a beautiful entrance embracing lush greenery and a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. The place is simply stunning. So well kept and nourished by the genuine care of the owner and team. Different atmospheres are felt according to where you find yourself sipping a cup of coffee or herbal tea or reading your favourite book or doing yoga in the open and warm Yoga Shala upstairs. The rooms are incredibly charming and super comfortable ! With a thick mattress and fine bed linen. A big plus for me also is the choice of lighting in the room. There is an obvious attention to details throughout, and I instantly felt a sense of calm , authenticity and beauty all around. And a nice spiritual vibe without being over the top. No alcohol or loud music is permitted - and no smoking in the main area . Which makes the place oozing a very particular vibe where time stops and relaxation takes over effortlessly. The owner hosts different holistic therapies and courses from Massage course, to singing bowls, Yoga Teacher Training, Rei ki.... Thanks to the owner flexibility and kindness I actually got the chance to teach my very first yoga program there at quite the last minute and it will surely remain both for the participant and myself, a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you for creating a place like this ...

There is nothing I can think of that I did not like

"The ambiance was very peaceful and the host was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Hassle-free stay with no noise — superb!"

i had to use shared bathroom. though its my fault. i didnt check before booking

The people working there were so welcoming! Special mention to Roshni, she was so sweet and made you feel like home. The place itself was beautiful and really peaceful. It was a great place to relax. The massages were giving by nimble hands!

From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a family—the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is simple yet calming, like a wellness retreat, making it perfect for relaxing the mind while staying productive. Whether you’re here to work, chill or get massages/yoga, the balance is just right. The food is healthy and ideal for coworkers, creating a space that feels effortless yet fulfilling. A truly special place—I’ll definitely be back!

The owner welcomes you frendly and takes care of what you need. The cook gives a nice healthy breakfast, the yoga teacher knew exactly what i needed and the massage women gave a firm nice massage. I liked that there is a garden where you can sit -if you want all day-. I felt safe in this place (you even can follow courses but you also can only book a room) Marga from the Netherland From my room I could see the monkey tempel

For 9 euro a night in a Yoga Centre is cheap to mee. With the cheapiest massage of Thamal, Katmandu for 20 euro's included medical advice and bodypractise. 1,5h.. They soluted my kneepain and gave me free herbs for that.

The rooms are like the rooms for monks. So its sober. With a shared shower.
