Really enjoyed our stay at BSA Twin Towers. Location was super convenient as SM Megamall was just across the road. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Prompt responses and super helpful owners. Caretaker/housekeeper was so nice to us. Loved how well stocked the place was with ironing facilities, hand soaps, just those extra touches you don't normally get unless asked . Thankyou so much for making our stay in Manila so enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place.

Not many cons about this place except during our stay, the washing machine didn't work, luckily there's a laundromat at the bottom of the building...

The only thing that is good is the proximity to the mall

Location

Highly recommended! The unit is big, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for both short and extended stays. You're allowed to cook, and there’s a laundry area provided, which was a big plus. The location is excellent: the mall is just across the road, and major shopping centers like Megamall and The Podium are within walking distance. Rain or shine, you’ll still be able to shop and explore the area easily. It’s also just about 25 minutes to the airport. The host was very responsive and understanding — he even granted my request for a late 2 PM checkout since my flight was in the evening. Really appreciated the hospitality! Thank you so much Ricky!

Very good and central location, right across one of the biggest malls in the world (literally Google it.) The bed and pillows! We found it very comfortable! Host was very kind and accommodating. He made sure we were well taken care of and was very patient when we arrived much later than our expected time at past midnight due to airport hassles. He also recommended places to eat and explore. The place was big--more than enough for our needs, yet was priced the same as smaller units. Although we didn't use any, the place is well equipped with basic cooking, dining, and laundry equipment. Aircon was cold and the place was quiet. There's a self-laundry, massage, and other services downstairs near the lobby.

Very, very minor... if it can have more blackout curtains. But this is more because I wanted to sleep more because of jetlag and having arrived late. I'm nitpicking. There's really nothing to complain about.

It was not immediately clear that this was an AirBnB property masked as part of the hotel. Check out was at 12nn and staff was already knocking at 10:30am. The staff even left her food in the premises.

The room.was advertise as BSA executive yet it's not under tge BSA Towers Administration. It's rented as transient. The worst part when we want to bring our luggage we were stopped by the BSA guards. The lady guard said it has to be carried by BSA employee. While the receptionist couldn't locate my confirmed reservation and asked me to call some number which we did. Found out some caretaker by the unit's owner who met us at the lobby. Another one that we didn't feel secure, the msin door does not have the inside security latch. So, we only stayed one night out of the three nights booked and paid. There's no refund. The bahaviour of the guard were very suspicious. How can they have a BSA personnel to deliver our luggage if BSA has no business with a unitsl owned by an individual? We asked the caretaker who should we call if we find any problem? She said to call her but yet she lives away from the hotel and from far Ortigas, she lives in Novaliches? With the heavy traffic, there's no way she'll be able to.help.

It's not safe, waste of money, effort and time. The BSA guards seem running a dark operation by not letting us take our own luggage to our room when we have a man with us who carried them ,through out our travel.

It is a nice and home like feeling, unlike in a hotel. You feel like you are in a real apartment where people live. The view is fantastic. You can see a big part of Manila from the windows. The facilities was perfect for cooking and even doing laundry yourself if you want that.

The aircons can be a bit noisy, especially if you are not used to aircons.

Location and staff were great.

At check-in, security allowed us to enter without any requirements, but at checkout, they asked for a pass for our own luggage when we left the building. They even asked us to open our luggage when we got outside.

The host is pleasant, profesisonal and super responsive. The house is extra clean and host pays attention to detail. Then the locaiton is super ideal is Mega mall is just next so super convinent

The transaction was seamless from checkin to check out. The unit was very clean and spacious to easily accommodate a family of 4-5. The best thing about the property is the close proximity to SM Megamall, The Podium, Robinsons, POEA Ortigas, and other offices in ortigas area.

A little bit slower internet speed when multiple users are connected.

Absolutely clean and very accessible to everything. For us it’s like home away from home.

The place is so esthetically pleasing. I love how the owner manages us while we are staying in the unit. I also love the ambiance of the place it's relaxing my mind and my physical body. Thank you so much for accommodating us!
