Reviewed May 30, 2026The villa is well‑equipped with all necessary amenities, including complete cooking facilities. The scenery is stunning, with breathtaking views visible from the living room and bedrooms.
We arrived for check‑in at 6 p.m. only to find the homestay had not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out. We called the property management to arrange cleaning, and after confirmation, we left for dinner. However, when we returned around 9 p.m., the place was still uncleaned. We contacted the management again and were told the housekeepers had finished work for the day and cleaning could not be done until the next morning. Although the management arranged alternative accommodation for us at around 11 p.m., this incident disrupted our plans for that night and the following day. The management refused to offer any form of compensation, which made us extremely frustrated. We recommend all potential guests to exercise caution when booking properties managed by this team. As shown in the attached pictures, the room was left with leftover garbage from the prior occupants when we arrived.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026The view is really the selling point of this place. Easy parking on site. Overall very clean.
The showers leak really bad onto the floor and water temps arent great. Shower goes hot and cold constantly. Air-conditioning is listed as an amenity multiple times in the listing but there isnt any. The fans they provide dont do a whole lot and the rooms get quite hot at times. Management doesnt seem to care about communication or the false listing amenities.

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025The apartment was perfect for our first time in Queenstown, the views from the balconies were absolutely amazing and the apartment it self was cosy and comfortable. The heated bathroom floors were amazing, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed
Not anything we didn't like. If I had to say anything it would only be that the parking was difficult due to the limited number of spots available.

Only downfall was no vacuum available. Would have loved to do carpet before our departure. Comforter on main bed did have a few dirty marks. But other that I can't fault the property.

Name of the place has changed and not updated on the Booking.com which made it difficult to find. There wasn't any matches to use the cooktop and the tv remote wasn't working.

Two bathrooms were both on the bottom floor - though that was manageable. The walk to town was longer than anticipated based on the property title so much that we had to drive each time as one of our family members has a medical condition.
