The location was obviously very good, but in a busy district with bars and nightlife, so not propably for families. Filippo was very helpfull I very much appreciate the service, always available when needed. Otherwise clean and comfortable bed.

Its a very small room, basically a bed and a small table with two chairs with small narrow passage with stairs 2 floors up from the reception. Parking is difficult as you are in the center, although the hotel has a service where a cooperating company picks up the keys and your car and takes it to a garage and delivers it the next day when requested.

It is in a great location, staff was very friendly, and great value.

tutto. La suite vista città è in realtà una camera grande con vista su un tetto malandato in una delle vie più chiassose di Firenze. Il personale è molto improvvisato e non ha voluto/saputo trovare una sistemazione migliore visto che nella "suite" eravamo in 4 con letti singoli per i ragazzi (21 e 16 anni) con privacy pari a zero! Altamente sconsigliato anche in relazione al prezzo che non è affatto congruo in relazione alla qualità e al confort offerto (oltre 300 €/giorno per una stanza dormitorio.

Nous avons détester la fin de notre séjour car la société de parking pour notre véhicules nous en fait attendre 1h30 dehors, le personnel de la résidence n’as pas défendu nos intérêts. Quand j’ai dis à l’entreprise de parking que je n’était pas d’accord de payer la totalité de la prestation car ils nous en fait attendre ils m’en menacer de ne plus jamais revenir à florence pour m’intimider. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette résidence pour cette raison.

Great location, close enough to the main attractions but just outside of the hectic tourist area. Roxi was very friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout. The room had amazingly high ceilings and charming view of street and rooftops.

Het hotel ligt in de ZTL zone. We werden met onze auto goed geholpen en begeleid om het hotel te bereiken. Daarnaast is er een uitstekende parkeerservice, die je ook voor de ZTL afmeldt. Het hotel ligt in een rustige wijk en alles in Florence ligt op loopafstand. Vlak bij het hotel liggen ook een aantal prima restaurants zonder ‘toeristen’ menu’s.

Staff were friendly and helpful - they gave us some great local recommendations. The location was good, with a few nice wine bars nearby.

We had no running water for 2 out of 4 mornings, which is crucial for Florence in the summer time. The fire alarm also incessantly beeped for a day and a half, making it very difficult to sleep (this was fixed quickly when brought to the staff's attention).

Good location and hotel is so clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay experience . The reception was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

la torre del cestello è una residenza d'epoca in un palazzo molto bello, in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima a tutti i luoghi di interesse. Federica è una persona squisita, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sua disponibilità: si è impegnata ad accomodare la nostra richiesta e a rendere la nostra permanenza perfetta! la stanza, inoltre, era bellissima e comodissima, il bagno era moderno e il minibar era ben rifornito. grazie! torneremo sicuramente!

The room was ready when we got there and the bed was super comfortable. We got there in the middle of the day after a long flight and it was great to have the blackout curtains to take a nap. The location is great and very easily walkable to features on both sides of the river. The staff was very available and helpful.

Beau bâtiment d'époque. Magnifique chambre avec un beau plafond orné d'une fresque. Vue sur un beau jardin fleuri. Très calme. Très propre et agréable. Dans le quartier central de l'Oltralno, proche de tous les points touristiques. Contact agréable avec la gérante. J'ai adoré mon séjour.

Fantastische ligging. We hadden een mooie, grote kamer met zicht over de Arno. De prijs was zeer redelijk. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Topervaring.

La struttura è elegante,in un'ottima posizione, fuori dal caos del centro. Si raggiunge tranquillamente tutto a piedi e nelle vicinanze è presente un piccolo supermercato. Abbiamo apprezzato le bevande che ci sono state fatte trovare in camera,gratuite e la presenza di una macchina del caffè con le capsule. La camera era molto fresca,trovandosi al piano terra, grande e confortevole.

Unica nota negativa,la doccia piccolissima e il fatto che la stanza fosse un po' buia perché affaccia all'interno.

Posizione centralissima a Firenze, comoda alla stazione e alle principali attrattive della città. Camera affacciata su una corte interna con un giardino di ortensie molto suggestivo e silenzioso. Le camere sono ricavate nelle stanze di un palazzo d'epoca, per cui molte sono elegantemente affrescate. Reception gentile e disponibile.

Non ho rilevato alcun problema, consiglio vivamente.

The lady on the desk was so polite and lovely, giving us advise where to go etc. the room felt so luxurious, we had an amazing time.

It was quite hard to find as it doesn’t look like a hotel however when you did it it’s beautiful inside.

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, además bonita y con unas vistas preciosas. Tenía de todo, un armario grande e incluso lavadora, mini nevera, hervidor de agua, cafetera y productos para hacerte café o infusiones. Muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Sta. María de Novella, justo al otro lado del río en un barrio con muy buen ambiente y a muy corta distancia (entre 10- 20 min a pie) de los principales monumentos y zonas para visitar. Tenía ascensor que, aunque era bastante estrecho, por lo visto es algo excepcional en el centro de Florencia

The lady at the front desk was super helpful and welcoming. Spacious and clean room, comfy beds, and great location. Great experience, will recommend.

Our room was at the ground floor. The window doesn't have metal bars to protect against intrusion. We would've liked to sleep with the window open. Not a big problem as the facility is secured behind 2 gates/doors.

Residenza d'epoca molto bella ma apprezzabile solo al terzo piano. Quartiere vivace e piacevole con diversi locali.

Stanza al pian terreno buia, affaccio sul piccolo chiostro interno. Bagno senza finestra. Sicuramente ai piani superiori non è un problema ma al pian terreno per quel prezzo ci si aspetta di più. Non c'è colazione in struttura, è un bed and breakfast.

Super emplacement. La suite vue sur Rivière était juste magnifique. Le personnel est très aimable, notamment Frederica et sa collègue. Elles ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour.

Absolument rien. Sauf un tout petit détail : le bruit du ventilateur de la salle de bain qu’on ne peut arrêter que si on éteint la lumière.

Clean room.

I’ve stayed at this location before, and had a beautiful view of the river. This time my room was on ground floor with view of small inner court yard and there was no view or light coming in. I was there for just one night, and slept comfortably.

The location was good and the reception staff were very helpful.

1) The shower in the bathroom, at least in my room, was so narrow that I could barely take a shower without hitting the screen or the wall. I am 5 foot 5 and weigh 60 kg. (Please see the attached photo of the shower with our medium size 69 cm suitcase inside it for comparison.) 2) The outer gate and doors belong to the Middle Ages. ( I would be very surprised if I am the first guest to bring these to your notice.)

Das Zimmer war sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Garten im Innenhof. Es war groß und hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten super bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut geeignet, um Florenz zu erkunden.

Ich hätte mir zwei Gläser aus Glas gewünscht anstatt der Plastikbecher.

Mycket bra läge i mysiga Santo spirito området och även gångavstånd in till stadskärnan. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Rent fint rum, skön säng och bra kuddar. Bra badrum. Minibar som var gratis fylldes på med vatten varje dag. Rekommenderar varmt detta boende.

The room interieur was elegant and cosy. A lot of room. The location just next to the river was perfect. 3 min. Walk to the traditional City Center. Very good support from the staff. Follow their restaurant tips and you will eat traditional as its best.
