No parking facility at the hotel, the valet service sometimes takes a bit of time as the parking location is a bit far away. Not a big issue.

Beautiful clean rooms.. very spacious and very well equipped! The staff are absolutely brilliant and very hospitable. Our special thanks to Paresh, Divesh and Nitesh (chef) in the restaurant. Kimberley, Rachel and Moumita in reception. Okim who ensured our beds were turned punctually. And of course Arun who monitored the pool area and ensured it was not misused and tended to us with great warmth! Overall all staff are very warm and ready to serve you with a smile! Definitely go back as it was a great experience! Keep it up xx

From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, polite and incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety to choose from. We loved the beautiful ambience, thoughtful amenities and overall attention to detail. A truly relaxing and memorable stay — would happily return!

Loved the warm hospitality, comfortable stay, food and the overall experience. The staff were genuinely attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout. A special mention to Jason & Joseph, who went out of his way to help with food choices and make our experience personal. Also loved the recommendations from Paresh and the coffee from the in-house barista. Chef Neetesh’s food was another highlight.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

A lovely, well maintained hotel with great facilities. Pool and pool bar were great. Gym was good. Food at breakfast and staff were fantastic. Dinner and live music were awesome. Arranging cars to sights like Fort Aguada and Candolim Beach was easy through reception. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, great bathroom, lots of hot water n shower pressure. Great location to walk into town and explore. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Atsor Hotel, Goa, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is excellent—Candolim Beach is just a 10-minute drive away, yet the hotel is tucked away in a peaceful lane, far from the hustle and bustle of Goa's busy roads. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and excellent artificial lighting in the evenings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by a soft bouncy mattress and a choice of soft pillows, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary fully stocked minibar, which was a thoughtful touch and added to the overall experience. The swimming pool is large, clean, and very well maintained. Having a poolside bar makes it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing or at the beach. One detail that really stood out was the pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel. The aroma system creates a fresh and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Hospitality is where Atsor Hotel truly excels. Every member of the staff—from the doorman and front office team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping—was warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options that changed every day, making each morning something to look forward to. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant, and every meal was flavourful and well prepared. Overall, Atsor Hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. With its excellent location, spacious rooms, attentive staff, outstanding food, and thoughtful amenities, it offers exceptional value for money. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Goa.

In room 203 A dressing mirror needs to be provided either in the bedroom or the living room. There is only 1 mirror in the bathroom. hence it was very inconvenient for the ladies to dress up. The shower pressure was a bit low.

Exceptionally clean property

Housekeeping staff and Guest experience manager - Ms Kimberly, was superb but the room service staff and restaurant staff were very lousy and also the restaurant could have more better menu.

Good property and real value for money.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and felt welcome. Food is according to the 5-star hotel standard: diverse and tasty.

Super experience staying at The Astor Goa from start to finish! *Rooms*: Spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the views were a bonus. *Pool*: Pristine and perfect to unwind — loved the vibe and temperature. *Gym*: Well-equipped and modern. Rare to find a hotel gym this good. *Restaurant*: Food was exceptional across the board. Service was warm and attentive without being intrusive. *Breakfast*: So so very good! Huge variety, everything fresh, and the live counters were a highlight. Could have this every day. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Location is excellent too. Already planning to come back. Highly recommend The Astor for anyone visiting Goa.

l'hotel est petit par rapport à d'autres hotel mais les chambres sont vraiment spacieuse donc c'était top! Les snack du 16h sont peux être à revoir

The hotel surpassed my expectations, very rarely you find the property being up to match with reviews but Astor Goa is by far the best hotel in terms of facilities, hospitalities and staff.. really cherished my time and look forward to visiting soon

The staff were vert accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. I managed to get an early check in after a long journey and would especially like to highlight Rushikesh, Lionel, Durgesh, Shanu, and the young lady who conducted my room orientation. All of them were warm, attentive, and made the experience even more memorable. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of options, and the outdoor seating area created such a lovely atmosphere to start the day.

The complimentary services that they offer are really good, free mini bar and beer on arrival

We stayed for two weeks in the Penthouse which was fabulous. Our stay was a mix of remote work and school and holiday relaxation and staying in the PH allowed us to do this and enjoy the plunge pool throughout the day when we were taking our breaks! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful to our needs, and we would definitely stay again if we were to return to Goa in the future. We enjoyed the meals that we had at Deck88 and the chef and Joesph were great! A big thank you to all on the front desk and back of house for making our stay easy and enjoyable.

A Boutique hotel with an all-suite room lay out... excellently clean, very warm staff and a restaurant that offers delectable food. The breakfast spread was sumptuous too. A 10/10 for effort, promise & execution. Situated in the by-lanes of Candolim, the view is nothing to write home about. Will love to stay there again.

Extremely clean - very well located - breakfast was lovely - staff were all friendly - Cleaners were great and room was clean everyday. Close enough to the beach for a short walk, but a free shuttle is also provided daily from the hotel which was appreciated.

Nothing bad about the property. The only thing I would highlight is taxi prices being high. Goa does have an issue with taxis for tourists overall. However this is the only feedback I have.

Really nice people, great food and exceptionally clean

The breakfast timing till 11:30 is best part of the stay, no more early morning rush for breakfast. The room size is good. I love the cleanliness, attention given to small details for keeping the property clean. and Obviously the courteous staff is at its best.

All the staff at the reception were helpful. All the staff in the morning breakfast time & evening meal were very happy to serve us always had smiled. Kitchen chef Usma & other members cooked food for us according to our needs.

The Astor could do with more sunbeds. Some guest leave their books & hat on sunbed in the morning and gone out, and come back around 3 - 4 pm. Other guest can't use the sunbeds.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was incredibly spacious and perfectly equipped for our group of five — plenty of space, great amenities, and very comfortable beds. The staff truly made our experience even better. Everyone was consistently friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism and warmth did not go unnoticed. A special highlight was the included shuttle service, which was extremely convenient and reliable. It made getting around so much easier and added great value to our stay.

The Astor is a gem of a find in Candolim. Large bright room with complimentary mini bar, beautiful pool, not too big, with such comfortable seating, and bar. The food is 5star food and so much love in their food. But what makes this hotel and beaut is it amazing ever smiling and courteous staff. Great location for the Goa experience ...I can't wait to return.

Absolutely nothing.

Clean modern new boutique hotel. Staff wise - we had a couple of great experiences (Sachin in the restaurant and Soumen the duty manager)..Soumen was very helpful, courteous and really took time to speak to the guests and really is a credit to the team at Astor.

Location is at the far end of candolim (not calungute side but other way so fair distance from calungute), off the main road and set back amid what feels like a residential area. Not a lot around the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Hotel offers a "shuttle " to beach/ main road which is a taxi / car (so only takes 4 people/ one family/couple at a time) . Often have to wait for this service: Whilst we were told the hotel has 3 cars/drivers, we found had to wait around a lot because from 8-11 am there's only 1 car/driver. Then after 11am apparently 2 more drivers but the service only runs till 7pm. You can use the "shuttle" as a taxi to go further than the beach and you then pay for the service (1st km is courtesy you pay balance). Its a bit pricier than local taxis - and also means if one guest is using it to further afield this means less "shuttles" running for all other guests. See my comments above re waiting.. Further its difficult to get any other form of transport from the hotel because its so set back - as above its in a quiet residential area. Uber does not work in Goa but neither does the Goamiles app (which is supposed to be the equivalent to uber.) There is 1 small pool, lap style, with one shallow end sectioned off for small children. Pool felt very small for size of hotel. There are very limited tables/chairs/loungers around pool - nowhere near enough for number of guests. Breakfast menu was varied and what we had was made to a good standard. We didn't eat other meals there so cannot comment on those. Again the restaurant felt too small for number of guests and we did have to share a table one morning. Unfortunately other than a couple of staff members we didn't others to be helpful most of which we put down to the language barrier but in some cases it just felt like apathy. Not much going on at the hotel - especially in the evenings.
