Perfect room, perfect staff! Especially Mr Asad who worked on the reception. Amazing view from room on Bpsphorus, Pera Palace. I lied everything - from warm atmosphere to amazing breakfast! Local lady made fresh hot gozleme, turk coffee. This place is the best if you want remember Istanbul and spend your vacation here. I loved everything!

L'hotel Pera Rose si trova in centro a Istanbul. L'accoglienza è meravigliosa, a partire dall'aeroporto se si è scelto di usufruire del transfert. La vista dalla camera è da togliere il fiato. La camera è elegante e pulitissima, il letto comodo. Non manca nulla. Colazione abbondante e varia.

Központi helyen,kedves személyzet . Bőséges finom reggeli.Minden napos takarítás a szobában. Vacsora a szomszédos szállóban bőséges, finom.Udvarias barátságos személyzet.

Éjszakai bulinegyed,ez miatt nagyon zajos éjszaka.Fürdőszoba penész foltos ,zuhanykabin összetörve.

Nagyon jó központi helyen szép környezetben van a szálloda. A reptéri transzfer extra volt! A recepciós Resit nagyon kedves volt és segítőkész, minden információtmegkaptunk tőle. A félpanzió is elfogadható volt, pár méterre volt a másik szálloda ahol a vacsora volt. A reggelinél a lepény sütés jó autentikus hangulatot adott, és finom volt.

Bulis negyed, este hajnalig megy a hangoskodás, de aki elég fáradt az tud aludni.

Расположение отеля супер.я попросила нас заселить пораньше.сказали если номер будет свободный то без проблем.в итоге ровно в 2 часа заселили.конечно было не очень приятно сидеть в лобби 5 часов даже кофе не угостили.номер был свободный это мы поняли когда нас заселили.и не один номер а весь этаж был свободный

The staff were really nice, they helped us to find a doctor for my mom when I needed they called almost 6 different doctor offices. And the breakfast was really good as well.

One of the elevators was broken all the time, and some days when we needed to use the elevator the cleaning staff were using it. Also one they one of the guests was complaining that when they were outside their room like out of the hotel, the hotel staff changed their room and they opened the safety box and they put their personal stuff in a new room. Additional to that another day, a guy who was a guest reserved a different room and he got a different room. don’t wanna be picky on that, but it kind of made me worried about our personal stuff in the safety box and in our room when we were out of the hotel because we kind of didn’t have a piece of mind

Das Personal war großartig, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Roohollah, der sich um unsere Anliegen wie die Reservierung des Flughafentransfers und unseren Zimmerwechsel extrem schnell und professionell gekümmert hat. Zudem war die Sauberkeit top: Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Bettwäsche täglich gewechselt.

Die Aufzüge waren ziemlich klein und einer davon hat für 1 bis 2 Tage nicht funktioniert. Auch die Flure waren eng und die Zimmer waren meiner Meinung nach etwas klein. Davon abgesehen waren die Zimmer aber sehr komfortabel und die Klimaanlage sowie die Belüftung haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

Заселили не в тот номер, который был забронирован. В номере окно выходило на стену, темно, не работал телевизор. Смогли переселить в забронированный номер только на следующий день, ссылаясь, что все номера заняты... Номер был хороший, но телевизор так же не работал

Локация, сотрудники ресепшена особенно Рухулла и Рашид, и Али были отзывчивы ещё уборка номера.

В букинге отмечено 22 КВ номера. Сперва дали 10 КВ, потом поменяли на 15 КВ. То что в букинге написано не совпадает на кануне заселение. Так что знайте когда бронируете этот отель. Освещение ужасно.

I really loved the location. Lots of good bars and eating options and public transport was in walking distance. The buffet brekky was also really good

The hotel is older, and it shows in parts, but here is only so much that can be done about this. It didnt detract from my stay.

Localização e simpatia de alguns funcionários.

Hotel a precisar urgentemente de remodelação, grande manutenção, limpeza urgente das partes comuns, manutenção dos elevadores. Por vezes, era necessário subir pelas escadas, pois só um estava a funcionar e estávamos no 7 piso. Maior variedade nas refeições. O jantar não é no mesmo hotel e, logo no primeiro dia, ao dirigirmo-nos ao hotel onde este era servido, haviam poucas mesas disponíveis e a comida acabou, levando algum tempo para ser reposta. A relação qualidade preço fica aquém do expectável.

Η τοποθεσία

Прежде всего отличное соотношение цены и качества. Да отель не идеальный, но за эту цену получаете довольно не плохой номер и хороший полупансион. Расположение тоже удобное - рядом метро, автобусная остановка, пешеходная улица с множеством магазинов, достопримечательности. Не плохой вид на город, достопримечательности и закат из окна.

Постоянные проблемы с лифтами - жили на 6м этаже (при этом лобби 0й, так что фактически на 7м) 1 лифт не работал почти всегда, а второй имел ограничение на 2 человека. В итоге часто приходилось ходить пешком по лестнице. Вторая проблема - шум. Напротив находится какой-то ресторан в котором по выходным и иногда в будни очень громко и до поздна (иногда до 1am) играет музыка. Да и просто улицы узкие, места для парковки нет, такси останавливаются и им сигналят днем и ночью.

エレベーターが壊れていたのと、一度とてもトイレの換気扇がうるさく、シャワーの排水溝も詰まっていて、キングベッドと表記してあるのに シングルを2個くっつけた部屋に案内されました。外の空気も入りませんでした。違うスタッフに言ったら部屋を変えてもらえたのでよかったです。

We arrived late at night only to learn that our room wasn't available for some technical bathroom issues, so we unfortunately didn't get the chance to stay at Pera Rose Hotel & Spa. The front desk offered a room in a hotel few meters away where we could rest and have a good night sleep

Very bad experience they gave us standard rooms while we booked superior room and they did not give us teh refund

La posizione e’ ottima, vicino alla torre di Galata ed alla stazione metro. Camera pulita anche se molto datata, ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando colazione e cena incluse.

Avevo una camera superior che non rispecchiava assolutamente le foto proposte. Molti segni di degrado e dalla finestra la vista era sull edificio abbattuto a fianco….. anzi la vista era oscurata da una tenda proprio perché l edificio adiacente e’ stato abbattuto. Spero sia prevista una ristrutturazione a breve.

1/الغرف صغيره صغيره صغيره لأبعد حد ممكن تتوقعونه 2/ النظافه وخدمة الغرف سيئه جدا جدا لدرجه تحت الاسره وجدت مخلفات وأغراض النزيل السابق 3/ العاملات بالتنظيف للأسف يفتقرون لمهنة التنظيف لازم تطلب منهم علشان يوفرون لك أنا جلست10 أيام لازم اقول لهم نحتاج فرش اسنان - نحتاج صابون - نحتاج ماء - نحتاج كوفي - نحتاج تغيير مفارش - يعني إذا ماطلبت مايوفرون لك من ضمن ترتيب الغرف كما هو متعارف عليه في الفنادق الأخرى 4/ العزل أسوء من السيء يعني تسمع كل شي سواء في الشارع او في الفندق 4/ الإفطار متكرر بشكل ممل الله يديم النعمه لكن تفضل لو كان فيه خيارات غير ان الكميات قليله مقارنه بالحضور يعني تجلس تنتضر يجيبون خبز او يعبون الشاي المميزات في هذا الفندق 1/ الموقع 2/ موصفين الاستقبال

Maybe it will be a good idea to consider on a more varied breakfast

The crew is very excellent,especially Mr. Murat.He helped me a lot when I left one of my luggage and delivered it to me with the utmost honesty and sincerity at work.The rest of the crew were wonderful in dealing with us. However, the accommodation location is very excellent, close to public transportation, and Galata Tower is a distinctive area.

Only furniture needs change, and the restaurant leads to greater food quality.

I would definitely recommend Pera Rose Hotel, fantastic staff especially Murat and Rohullah Asad Yagiz Omar and perfect room with sea view, I would definitely book the same hotel again, 10/10 stars from me..

Nagyon jó reggeli, nagy választék és mennyiség. Kiváló helyen a szállás, kényelmes ágy. Semmi negatív dolog nem volt és kiemelném a reggeli még egyszer!!!

nem tudtam hova pakolni a szobában, nem volt precíz a takaríítás és a berendezési tárgyak kicsit öregek, de nem zavaró. Ezek csk pici próblémák az árához képest. Ajánlom a szállást!! jó volt.

We enjoyed our stay very much at Pera Rose Hotel. Rohulla and Murad reception staff were very friendly, polite, welcoming and helpful. Suna, the cleaner on the 8th floor, was very kind and caring. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom also clean and spacious. Amazing and gorgeous views of Istanbul from our room. The breakfast buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Location was excellent – Beyoglu Area, near to the hotel: - Nice and buzzing neighbourhood, many places to eat out. - Main shopping high street is around the corner, Istiklal Caddesi. In with either direction can walk towards Taksim Square or downhill towards the Galata Tower. - The Tunel station is a few minutes away, which you can use to take the underground tram down the hill to Karakoy. From there you can then catch the tram on the main road to different parts of the city like Eminonu, Sultanahmet, Kabatas, etc. Overall our stay was very pleasant, a nice and clean hotel - would recommend. Many thanks for your kind service :)

Hotel probably needs some refurbishment. But overall good value for money.

L hamman e il bagno turco non sono utilizzabili perchè in ristrutturazione. La finestra della camera assegnatoci al 4 piano non aderiva e si sentiva tutto dall esterno. Siamo arrivati alle 9,30 e abbiamo perso la prima cena e non ci hanno offerto né un cestino né un pranzo per il giorno dopo. La colazione solo passabile. L addetto al ricevimento mi ha prenotato un taxi suo amico per l aereoporto a 45,00 euro tutto compreso e quando abbiamo effettuato il viaggio il taxista mi ha chiesto 58,00, disonesto e l addetto non affidabile. Sostanzialmente non vi andrei più è pieno lì intorno di alberghi più validi allo stesso prezzo o poco più.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Istiklal Street. It is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Murad for his kind assistance during the check-in process. His warm welcome and helpful attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Όμορφος χώρος άνετο δωμάτιο για 4 άτομα πολύ μεγάλο μπάνιο.Συγκεκριμενα ήταν δίχωρο Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και εξυπερετικοτατο εκτός από τις καθαρίστριες που δεν είδαμε ποτέ στο δωμάτιο!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Δυστυχώς δεν μπήκαν καμμία μέρα για να καθαρίσουν .Εμείς ζητούσαμε πετσέτες η χαρτί τουαλέτας και τις 6 διανυκτερεύσεις που κάναμε..Επίσης στο δωμάτιο που μέναμε από κάτω είναι μπαρ τέρμα μουσική και φωνές μέχρι τις 3-4 το πρωί και πάλι το μεσημέρι μια μέρα μόνο ήταν κλειστό...Το είπαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και αμέσως προσφέρθηκαν να μας αλλάξουν ξενοδοχείο πιο δίπλα που είναι της ίδιας εταιρείας αλλά είχε 2 διαφορετικά δωμάτια και δεν ήθελα λόγω παιδιών. Το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό για τα δεδομένα Ελλάδας..Φαγητό στο δίπλα ξενοδοχείο επίσης φτωχό κάθε μέρα ακριβώς το ίδιο!!!!!!!!!!!Νόστιμο όμως !!!!!

That’s its close to takseem, Galata tower and istiklal street. Nice breakfast.

Bathroom had a slight bad odor. Same light switch for bathroom and room which wasn’t convenient. Tv wasn’t working, part of curtain was out of its place. Wasn’t very close to bus or metro, the minimum was a 5 min walk and doesn’t get you everywhere or maybe I didn’t have a good transport map.

The location was wonderful.

Треснутая раковина. Качающийся унитаз. Надорванный шланг в душе. Пыль в номере. В ночь на 20/07 электрик под окном включил компрессор, разбудив этим за 5 часов до отъезда.

Отличный отель, вкусная еда. Удобное место расположение. Уборка каждый день. Чисто.

Иногда мешали спать люди в баре на первом этаже,шумели.

تعامل الموظفين كان جداً ممتاز في كل شي وخصوصاً الموظف مراد عمر كان بشوش جداً وخدوم ، ومكان جيداً جداً كموقع قريب من كل شي يخص السائح اسواق ومحلات تجاريه ومطاعم

L’emplacement, la disponibilité des équipes de réception (Rohullah Murat, Asad, et le reste de l’équipe dont je ne connais pas les noms), le travail des équipes du housekeeping, le petit déjeuner très variés et continuellement réapprovisionné, la vue sur le Bosphore.

اهتمام بالمرافق وقليلا من النظافة فقط

Petit déjeuner buffet très complet avec du salé et sucré. Machine de boissons chaudes, du thé et café aussi. Spa et hamam dispo gratuitement au sous-sol. Grand lit pour la chambre supérieure avec bureau, mini-bar et climatisation. Ménage fait tous les jours.

Il y a une boîte de nuit en face mais le bruit ne m'a pas gêné pour dormir.

Nothing to say everything was good

The location is ideal and the staff were so friendly, especially with our little girl. Giving her a jigsaw on check in was a lovely touch.

There was an iron but no ironing board. I was going to a wedding and waiting on reception to bring me an ironing board, was getting later and later and I’d still heard nothing. To ring back up and for them to say ‘sorry we don’t have one, most guests just use the bed’. Breakfast was pretty basic

The receptionist ROHULLAH, made my stay easy and comfortable, he is so polite, informative and helpful. He offer me an upgrade my room free of charge , also an early check in. Location is super, everything on feet. It wont be my last stay there.

Great location and good breakfast

The staffs were very welcoming and we received great customer service from Murat, Umar and Rohullah. They were very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not that great. No variety and everyday the same food was on the menu.

Lo staff della colazione non parla inglese ed è molto difficile anche una comunicazione banale tipo: posso avere del limone

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó. Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes. Mindenhez is közel van. A reggeli nagyon finom volt. Lehet nem változatos annyira, de alapból olyan sokféle, hogy a hagyományos török ízvilágot teljesen lefedi, sőt helyben sütik a lepénykenyeret is. A hotel személyzete kedves és segítőkész.

A reggelire visszatérve lehetne több gyümölcs pl. A szálloda belseje és a felszereltség egyrésze elhasználódott, lelakott. Ahogy többen írták már, a belváros és a bulinegyed miatt a zaj eléggé jelen van éjszaka is. Másrészről viszont valahol természetes egy ilyen nyüzsgő metropoliszban, mint Isztanbul amely soha nem alszik.

Very charming hotel, extremely beautiful lobby and friendly receptionist > Mr Rohulla and Murat to name a few. The bed was very comfortable and the view was very amazing. I was able to see the water from the 8th floor. The bathroom was especially beautiful with those beautiful tiles. The breakfast was very delicious. Buffet Style. I really enjoyed the stay very much. Unfortunately, I hadn't time to use the complimentary spa in the basement (Sauna and Hamam).

The water boiler in my room was not working. The maintenance had to replace it. The hairdryer was attached to the call and not as powerful as preferred (low blow). I was eventually stuck in one of their small elevators for some moments, which was frightening, but a staff member of the hotel who was accompanying me quickly contacted the security, and the issue was resolved very fast.

Удобное местоположение ,круглосуточная стойка регистрации ,каждый день меняли полотенца и приносили бутылочки с водой.

Завтрак немного скудный и не очень гостеприимный персонал в ресторане .В коридорах часто валялся мусор .

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The room was small but very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed for one night, and everything we needed was provided. The breakfast was very good, and I really liked the overall style and design of the hotel- it has a lot of character and a nice atmosphere. The only downside was the noise, but this is more related to the area than the hotel itself. The manager was very helpful and even found us a quieter room, but unfortunately there was still some noise during the night, especially because it was on Friday.

Baştan sona çok kötü, Superıor oda kategorisi aldım. Fotograflarında 1 büyük yatak , 1 tek yatak vardı. Ancak girişte bunun 3 kişilik oda olduğunu söylediler. Tamamen müşteriyi yanıltıcı(aldatıcı) fotoğraf koymuşlar. Standart oda verip odaya extra yatak koydular. Standard oda ile superior oda fiyat farkı günlük 8 euro x 3 gün 24 euro iadesini talep ediyorum.

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale, stanza spaziosa e con una bellissima vista sul Bosforo, personale gentile e disponibile, posizione ottima. Nessun particolare appunto da fare.

Дуже зручне розташування готелю. Недалеко площа Таксім, метро, Галатський міст та вежа. Також легко дістатися історичного центру Стамбула. Особлива подяка адміністратору Мурату за доброзичливість, допомогу та підказки. Зручно те, шо є напівпансіон, особливо після довгих прогулянок містом з двома дітьми повечеряти у готельному ресторані.

I liked the food and the price was reasonable. The hotel is close to tourist areas. It is clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view.

I didn’t like the high level of noise. The rooms are not soundproof, so in the morning you wake up to the sound of cars, which was disturbing. Also, the bathroom does not have ventilation or is not working .

Очень неплохой отель за свою цену. Завтраки и ужины нормальные, но не разнообразные. Но что поесть есть. Персонал работает отлично. Особая благодарность менеджеру Murat. В целом хороший вариант, если цель немного сэкономить, но при этом быть в центре города.

Шумоизоляция в номерах оставляет желать лучшего.

Очень хороший отель по очень скромной цене. Убирали хорошо. Ужины взяли из за цены,пригодились. Шумновато по вечерам,но, с закрытыми окнами,спали нормально. Мы в отеле не сидели,приходили вечером,особые удобства были и не нужны. СПА не успели посетить. Рекомендуем.

Очень неудобные подушки. При смене на новые совет администрации отеля,выбирать более тонкие.

Devo dire che il personale molto disponibile, soprattutto in ricevimenti Murat e devo dire pure la pulizia e il servizio camera.

La struttura ha bisogno di ristrutturazioni..: molte cose sono andate!

Хорошее месторасположение, рядом башня Галата, разные кафе, очень вкусная кофейня Мадо. Спасибо большое сотруднику на ресепшене Firat, (Фырат) очень добрый, помог нам найти дорогу и вообще в любых вопросах поможет и вам, знает хорошо Английский язык

Location is perfect for Galata Tower and metro to get around the city. Breakfast was varied, coffee delicious Aircon very good in room!

The staff was so nice!!! They gave us a free upgrade with an amazing view, and when they knew it was my birthday (thru the app) they sent a cake to my room <333 (very delicious cake btw)

Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à proximité de l’avenue Istiklal, de la tour de Galata, ainsi que des stations de métro et de bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Un grand merci à Murat, à Omar et à l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel pour leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Уютный отель, расположение удобное, рядом метро Шишане, Арбат Истикляль и башня Галаты. Тихий отель, не слышен утренний азан (если для кого-то это важно), персонал вежливый, благодарю за отзывчивость Мурата и парня из Узбекистана на ресепшен, ребята всегда были готовы помочь! Завтрак и ужин вкусные.
