Comfortable and clean, in great location. There's privacy and, because of unique codes for each capsule, security is ensured. You can fit a small bag or a backpack directly into the capsule, and there are lockers for larger luggage. The sleeping environment is quiet.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities and comfortable beds. Was not expecting this kind of comfort and cleanliness and kind of privacy.

Practical, safe, clean and right in the center of town walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very secure too for solo travelers. I loved the breakfast options and common seating areas.

The bed mattress was a little too narrow/flat..they provided a pillow and duvet cover but personally wasn't comfortable enough for me.

i love the atmosphere! i like how there’s a space to work in silence will greenery + books. i felt very at-home. the bathroom is very clean, with music, and basic necessities.

it was a bit hot in my capsule. i wish there was a fan that can be controlled just like with the lights.

A capsule size of your rooms are a good size, you can purchase food and drink within the establishment of you dont wish to go out. Just 7 mins from the train/bus station, makes it an ideal hub for a short stay.

Noise levels, inconsiderate people kept slamming their capsule door, the loud thud often shaked the foundations of the capsules. This is just down to the people staying and not a negative reflection on the place.

カプセル内、シャワールーム、トイレが清潔だった。女性用トイレとシャワーはフロアに３〜４ブースあり、並ぶことなく使用できた。ヘアドライヤーもあった。フリースペースには共用冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、ウォーターサーバーがあった。近くにスーパーマーケット、バス乗り場がある。フロントスタッフが親切。

強いて言えばキッチンはない。コンロを使ったり、シンクで食器を洗ったりすることはできない。宿泊費の高いエリアなので仕方ないが、カプセルホテルにしては高いと感じる。とはいえ、再度ルツェルンに泊まるとしたら、ここに泊まると思う。

El personal muy querido!!

Helt ärligt det bästa hostlet jag har varit på. Bekväma och förvånansvärt rymliga capslar. Skön madrass och rent. Smidiga duschar och trevliga badrum. Personalen var super trevligt och det gemensamma rummet/ vardagsrummet var precis som ett super mysigt café(det gick faktiskt och köpa lite café/dryck/mat. Dessutom kunde man lämna sitt bagage på check ut dagen(efter att man checkat ut) och även hänga i det gemensamma rummet till kl 23. Super bra!!

Det är inte garanterat att du får ett låsbart skåp, man har lixom inte ett skåp per säng utan det finns ett antal(helt ok många) låsbara skåp som alla kan använda, däremot finns det förvaringslådor(öppna/utan dörr) vid varje capsel och man kan ju låsa in sitt bagage i capslen men det hade varit trångt att sova med. Finns inte heller något riktigt kök- det finns kylskåp, vatten kokare och micro men ingen spis eller ugn. (Också mycket svårare att träffa nytt folk jämfört med traditionell hostel då alla har som ett eget litet rum.

First time in a capsule hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Really clean, capsules are spacious enough to sit up in. Slept super well, room was silent and ventilation in the capsule was great. Hotel facilities were fabulous, clean showers, clean bathroom, lovely communal cafe & library. Staff super friendly. If you’re hostel money but hotel facilities this is for you. Bring a padlock for luggage.

Leuk ingericht, met themaruimtes. Capsule was schoon, matras lag hard, want in onderste capsule ligt het matras op de grond. Eigen licht en USB oplaadmogelijkheden in de capsule, top! Capsule sluit goed, en is alleen met persoonlijke code van buiten te openen. Ook luchtventilatie aanwezig in capsule. Ontbijt was basic, maar je kon wel een versgemaakte cappuccino bestellen.

Matras lag wat hard, ontbijt was erg basic.

Modern look and nice common areas, lockers where surprisingly big, capsule itself was small and basic (as expected) but still comfortable enough, I was not waken up by noise and even had earplugs provided which is a great plus. Bathroom and the rest of facilities were clean, breakfast was also really good and having access to still and sparkling water is awesome.

The only small complaint I have is that the USB ports insidey capsule did not work, thankfully the common areas are full of plugs and I was even offered a power bank at reception because of this issue. One other small thing is that the light inside the capsule was flickering, which was only a little annoying, but then again nothing that ruined the experience.

Fijn concept een capsule hostel! Voor de eerste keer maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Leuk om in je eigen cocoon te liggen. Alles netjes en schoon. Mooie toiletten en douches. Supermarkten in de buurt en een busstop zowat voor de deur. Je bent ook zo in de Aldstadt.

Het kussen zat totaal geen steun aan.

Dass das Personal nur Englisch sprach und alles auf Englisch angeschrieben ist, nicht auf Deutsch!!! Geht gar nicht. Der Cabinencode funktuinierte nach einer Weile nicht mehr (blokierte) und ich musste mit einem Batch rein

The location was good and also the check in was easy

The rooms are really dark and there is not much space for luggage. When I got to my room all the space for luggage was occupied. There are lockers outside of the rooms that need a very thick lock to be used, not normal ones, as the one I traveled with. The reception charges 10 CHf for a lock. Then after checkout, I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel, and the first thing the receptionist told me is that I could still use the lockers. I told him my lock does not work, and then he offered to store my luggage in a very small room. Another annoying thing is this background music everywhere, made me feel I was at a shopping mall...

Would definitely stay here again

Wish there was more stuff to socialize with other travelers

Tolle Lage, toller Preis. Das war für mich das ausschlaggebende Kriterium, dort zu buchen. Natürlich habe ich das mittlere Alter der anwesenden Gäste deutlich nach oben verschoben, aber damit habe ich gerechnet. Ich hatte einen Pod am Boden, das lief alles problemlos, die Matratze war ok, der Platz war ok, ich hatte nie ein Engegefühl. Der Waschraum war gut, die Duschen auch, es gibt kostenlos Wasser und Sprudel, das Frühstück war - ok würde ich sagen und am Abend konnte man es sich gut auf einem Sofa gemütlich machen und z.B. etwas lesen. Mir hat es gefallen, ich würde das beim nächsten Besuch sicher wieder buchen.

Das Frühstück ist mir eigentlich zu einfach, es war ausreichend, aber vielleicht bin ich einfach die Luzerner Preise noch nicht so gewöhnt. Am zweiten Morgen hab ich deswegen lieber am See auf einer Bank einen Kaffee und ein Kipfel mit Blick auf den See gefrühstückt - mein Problem, würde ich sagen, alles in allem kann ich tatsächlich keine ausgesprochen negativen Punkte bei meinem Aufenthalt finden.

・場所の割には低価格で宿泊できる ・大型の荷物を置く場所が確保されている ・シャワーブースやトイレの清掃が行き届いている ・共用のカフェ部分も使い勝手が良く清潔

エントランスや各カプセルのキーロックの操作性が悪い。正しい暗証番号を押していてもうまく反応せず慣れるまでは何度もミスした。

很干净，会送耳塞所以晚上一般也不会被吵到。大家都挺安静的，卫生间和洗浴间也很干净

Es war ein Versuch diese Art von Hotel zu verwenden. Es ist kostengünstig für die Reise, wenn man alleine ist. Bei gemeinsamen Reisen machen Doppelzimmer in Hotels mehr Sinn auch preislich. Nasszellen, Schlafräume und das Restaurant sind schön eingerichtet und funktional

Nichts, wenn man zu zweit reist findet man günstigere Alternativen in Hotels, die auch etwas bequemer ist

W kabinie było za gorąco, i nic się z tym nie dało zrobić. W nocy po prostu wyszedłem do innego hotelu, było zbyt duszno. Sam obiekt robi wrażenie, może akurat byłem jednym z nielicznych przypadków któremu się tak trafiło

里面有点闷，而且有点热，一般到后半夜才凉爽，所以要时间适应。

Kapsül otel olduğu için tereddüt ederek rezervasyon yaptırmıştık ama diğer birçok otelden çok daha rahat ve temizdi. Tuvalet ve banyoları ortak olmasına rağmen asla bizi rahatsız etmedi ve sürekli temizleniyordu. Kapsüller genişlik, havalandırma ve temizlik açısından çok iyiydi. Dar alan olacağını düşündüğümüz için sıkıntı yaşayacağımızı düşünmüştük ama çok rahat bir şekilde konaklayabildik. Özellikle de tek başına seyahat edecek kişiler için de çok güzel bir sosyal ortam oluşturmuşlardı. Çantalarımızı koymak için de kilitli dolapların olması çok yardımcı oldu.

Kapsüllerin bulunduğu ortak odalar biraz daha havalandırılabilir. Ayakkabıların farklı bir ortamda bırakılması sağlanabilir. Bunun dışında bizi rahatsız eden bir şey olmadı.

Everything was very clean and organized, the showers were quite spacious and had a separate dry area which is very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and also spacious, the capsules were perfect for privacy. There were lockers to store your luggage after check out with no extra cost

Be aware that there is no kitchen, there is a microwave and dishes, but it is not possible to cook on a stove top or oven

Sehr sauber, super sanitäre Einrichtungen. Super Lage. In den Kapseln schläft man sehr gut, die Lüftung ist leise, die Matratzen gut. Sehr geräuscharm, dennoch liegen Oropax am Bett. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, jedoch ist es mir ein Rätsel, warum nur ein Kaffee inklusive ist bei dem Preis.

Nur ein Kaffee beim Frühstück inklusive.
