Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Good location - easy to walk around downtown from there. The condo had nice view and it was good place for 2 couples. It was clean with pleasant facilities.
The check in instructions were ok just a little complicated but I understand it in a condo like this. I had a man from next door shop helping me get inside the mailbox area. Also, the water filter is sooooo slow.

Overall it is good except for the double decker bed. The mattress is smelly maybe due to no one using the room and possibly not cleaning it. I was sleeping on the floor on the additional mattress. The smell is very pungent.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2025Very spacious and comfortable apartment with beautiful views from the master bedroom and balcony. Lots of homely touches. It was just a short walk into Ipoh old town and there were plenty of food options very close by. Great base for exploring Ipoh.
Cleanliness was so-so. It was fine, but not great. There were black hairs on the bedroom floor (I’m blonde), the shower and it’s glass door were stained with limescale and water marks, the decorative cushions on the sofa were literally black, the towels were old and grey, the kitchen had a thick layer of dust around the edge. It felt like they’d done a quick once over, changed the bedding, but it was in need of a proper deep clean. Most of the chairs at the dining table had wobbly legs which made us nervous to sit on them.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2025Pleasant experience at Majestic Condo Ipoh Homestay. We booked at the last minute, and everything went smoothly. The host responded promptly even though I was the one who initiated the chat. The unit was equipped with all the basic necessities for stay. The check-in process was clear and straightforward, which made things convenient. Also, the security guard at the condo was friendly and approachable.
There was an additional RM80 cleaning fee charged upon booking, which wasn’t very clearly stated. Also, the cleanliness and facilities were okay, had to lower our expectations a little.

We were 4 people (all adults) and enjoyed running back to the apartment to rest in between our trips out. Great air conditioning, clean and the hosts are super responsive via WhatsApp. Location was really good, 3 min walk to the main street with the famous eateries. Very good security for the building too. Netflix was a plus.
Slightly hard to follow instructions to check in. The water pressure in the shower wasn't particularly strong (but not low, so still fine for showering). Bathroom is slightly dated but not a big issue.

Reviewed Sep 21, 2024The location was excellent. House is clean with 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, more than enough for family of 5. TV comes with Netflix as well, a bonus.
Water heater for shower in master bedroom intermittently does not work, already informed owner and she quickly responded and asked if wanted it to be fixed immediately or after i checked out. I chose after check out. But the response from owner was good, so no complaints

Swimming pool rules ridiculously strict even Sunway Lagoon and Tambun Lost world is much more linean. The main excuse, the attire may change pool colour. Extremely stupid.
