Emplacement privilégié au cœur de la Médina, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la place Jema El Fna. Idéal pour se balader et déplacer à Marrakech. Le Riad avait l’ensemble des équipements nécessaires, avec une décoration typique, des chambres confortables avec de multiples rangements. Mention spéciale pour Halima, toujours le sourire et disponible pour s’occuper de nous et du Riad, et nous préparer de délicieux petits déjeuners chaque matin. Enfin, le rooftop très agréable pour profiter en fin de journée sans avoir trop chaud.

Il pourrait y avoir un léger rafraîchissement à faire sur certains murs, la robinetterie ou encore la maintenance des ampoules. Le seul bémol serait les salles de bain, l’une avec absence de lumière dû à une ampoule grillée, et l’autre où la baignoire n’est pas pratique, encore moins pour une personne de grande taille.

È stato tutto stupendo dalla colazione alla posizione all‘alloggio in se. La cosa migliore è stato l’host e la signora Halima, sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili e quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di aiuto per prenotare dei ristoranti ci hanno aiutato, inoltre anno spostato il check-out visto che saremmo dovuti stare sotto al sole nelle ore più calde. Halima mi ha aiutata quando sono stata male facendomi una tisana speciale. Persone stupende. La casa è davvero bella e in una zona tranquilla anche se molto centrale, l’aria condizionata è perfetta e nonostante fosse agosto siamo riusciti a goderci anche la terrazza nelle ore meno calde.

Assolutamente niente, si potrebbe migliorare qualcosina nella casa ma niente che non si risolva con un po’ di manutenzione.

The staff, particularly Halima! She took care of us with great warmth and love. She made it feel at home that I got excited whenever she’s around!

Just little things like no hair dryer and only one room has air conditioning. The electricity tripped a couple of times maybe because it was too hot during our summer stay.

Meravellosa casa tota per a nosaltres a 5-7 minuts de la plaça. Pensam que és la millor opció per a famílies perquè disposàvem d'una gelera per a mantenir begudes fresques o encalentir menjar quan era necessari. El riad està decorat amb molt de gust i la terrassa és espectacular. La Halima venia a l'hora pactada i ens preparava un bon berenar típic marroquí. Una meravella. A més, el manager va contactar amb nosaltres un dia abans per tal d' assegurar-se que sabíem arribar bé al riad. Molt bona atenció. Si tornam a Marroc, repetirem.

Très bon séjour dans ce riad idéalement situé, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la place Jemaa el-Fna. Le parking surveillé est à deux pas, ce qui est très appréciable, et on rejoint immédiatement les rues commerçantes en plein cœur de la médina. Le riad est propre et chaleureux. La literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec la possibilité de l’adapter aux préférences de chacun (plus healthy ou salé) en le demandant simplement à Halima, qui veille au bon fonctionnement du riad. Souriante, disponible et à l’écoute, elle contribue largement à rendre le séjour agréable.

Quelques petits points pourraient être améliorés : certains robinets mériteraient une petite réparation, quelques ampoules étaient à remplacer, la chambre du rez-de-chaussée manque un peu d’aération et les salles de bain sont un peu sombres. La terrasse est agréable, mais elle mériterait un aménagement type "pergola" ou "velum" afin de pouvoir en profiter, surtout avec le soleil qui tape fort dès le petit matin. Les plantes mériteraient également un peu plus

Good location, easy to go to main square or taxis with many restaurants in close vicinity. They were kind to let us leave our luggage the last day since our flight was in the evening. Breakfast was ok and lady Halima, was very nice (although no speaking English).

Izjemna lokacija, velik- prostoren in čist apartma. Izjemno ustrežljivo in prijazno osebje. Glavni trg oddaljen zgolj nekaj minut hoje. Apartma je prostoren, s privatno teraso.

Spalnica v pritličju se nahaja v precej vlažnem, zatohlem prostoru. Tukaj posledično spanje (kljub čistoči) NI bilo najbolj udobno. Potrebno bi bilo bolje zračenje prostorov, sploh v pritličju.

Está muy bien equipado, es espacioso, luminoso y la terraza es un plus. Halima es un encanto de persona, nos atendió muy bien.

Al tener dos pisos, es algo incómodo subir las escaleras con el equipaje. La WiFi es 2.4 GHz y se queda corta de velocidad, además de que no llega bien abajo.

Halima est très accueillante, serviable et disponible, elle est même venue un soir pour nous préparer le petit-déjeuner car nous partions très tôt le lendemain matin.

L'humidité au RDC manque du chauffage.

La localisation était top . Zakaria est très réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Halima est très souriante et tjs à nos petits soins

lo que mas, por este orden, la ubicación, a minutos de todo, bares, tiendas etc pero al mismo tiempo en una calle silenciosa, limpio y acogedor, solo para nosotras, Halima, la chica que se encarga de todo, un encanto y siempre dispuesta a complacernos...

El desayuno, que eran descongelados los productos, todo lo demás genial, el te, el café y los zumos de naranja naturales....

Gyönyörű hangulatos szállás Marrakesh szívében, tényleg csak öt percre a város fő terétől! Éttermek pár percen belúl. A szállásadó nagyon szívélyes volt, minden kívánságunk teljesítette és a szállás árában foglalt reggeli pedig isteni volt!

Halima a été aux petits soins avec nous le temps de notre séjour. Halima fait des petits déjeuners fabuleux. Elle a toujours le sourire et de bons conseils.

Nous avons tout apprécié +++ La situation géographique, la propreté, les équipements, la literie, la disponibilité et les services de notre hôte. Et Halima....que dire? La cerise sur le gâteau! Halima s'est montrée extrêmement gentille, serviable, ponctuelle et d'une discrétion...

La ubicacion

I liked the size of the house, lot of space and different and beautifully furnished areas to rest. We were there in the winter and there was a simple but very efficient heater in the rooms. Our host took good care of us, thee was served on the terrace.

Once you arrive and take a taxi, and you don't know where you are and where you have to be, and everything is very busy on the street, the check-in seems a little chaotic, but at the end, not at all. The person responsible for the check-in kept in touch with us via WhatsApp, so it was all arranged à la Moroccan.

L’emplacement était parfait, non loin de la place. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux. Superbe terrasse.

Très bel accueil par Halima, très souriante elle est venue pour nous accompagner jusqu'au Riad. Bonne cuisinière tout en étant discrète. Riad très silencieux on peut vraiment dormir ,lits confortables. Merci Halima.

The riad is amazing. The house is very beautiful decorated and perfectly functional. Halima who helped us with the breakfast and many information we needed was the best surprise. She is kind and her presence made our stay even better. The riad is really 5 minutes from Jemma el Fna and it is very quiet and safe. The breakfast was very tasty and every day different. Just maybe you should mention the actual name of the riad on booking because is difficult when you come with a taxi from the airport to know are are you going.

Très bien placé, au calme et à quelques pas de la place Jemaa el Fna. Très bel espace pour 4 personnes. Zakaria a été au top : joignable, serviable et très sympa. Halima a été adorable. Les petits déjeuners étaient excellents.

Très bon emplacement, riad spacieux pour 4 personnes, décoration soignée, belle rénovation, très jolie terrasse sur le toit sûrement appréciable avec des températures plus clémentes. Très bonne communication avec Zakaria le manager et Halima qui assure l'entretien et la préparation des petits déjeuners.

Chauffage non adapté au volume du riad et aux températures du mois de décembre. Nous avons pu chauffer les chambres mais difficilement les parties communes.

A beautiful, spacious riad in an excellent location. Halima and Zakaria are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and a perfect start to each day. We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Puikus , tylus, nuošalus riadas , kuriuo nereikia su nei kuom dalintis ! Jautėmės tikrai laukiami ❤️ Labai rūpestingi ir paslaugūs šeimininkai. Po poros dienų kaimyninių parduotuvėlių šeimininkai sveikinosi kaip su savais . Lankytini objektai, restoranėliai vos už kampo.

I like everything about the Riad. The location is perfect and just few minutes walk to the main square. The owner Touria communicated with us even before our arrival date. The manager Zacharia picked us up and helped us with our bags and made sure we are comfortable. Halima..madame Halima is the best. She looked after us really well making sure to prepare breakfast for us every morning and kept the place tidy.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, weil es einheimische Erzeugnisse waren. Die Lage war Zentral, ca. 5 Minuten vom Platz der Gaukler Jema el Fna. Zakira unser Gastgeber, war zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit.... mit ihm habe ich nur kommuniziert. Halima die Hausdame war supernett. Das Riad, war sauber nicht luxuriös, aber hatte alles was man braucht. Es hatte auch eine schöne Dachterrasse und wir wohnten Tür an Tür zur einheimischen Bevölkerung, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Trotz der Nähe zum großen Platz war es ruhig, da das Riad in einer Seitengasse liegt. Es war zu keinem Zeitpunkt gefährlich. Würden sicher wieder dort buchen, wenn wir nach Marrakesch fliegen sollten.

L''emplacement idéal, l'accueil sur la place Jemma El Fna pour se rendre au riad, la gentillesse de l'hote, la disponibilité de la propriétaire, très facile de communiquer, le fait que ce soit une maison entière, les 2 salles de bain et 2 WC pour 2 chambres, le petit déjeuner très bien (excellent jus d'orange !) Le calme au cœur de la médina.

Petit souci d'évacuation d'eau dans la douche mais surtout la baignoire. Le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain a été un plus par rapport à ce petit souci. Pour le reste parfait.

Wir haben die ersten Tage unserer Urlaubs hier verbracht. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber dann doch sehr ruhig und für sich, um vom Trubel in der Medina abzuschalten. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Auch das Frühstück war gut und so wie in den meisten Unterkünften bei denen wir in Marokko waren. Wir haben für einen Abend auch das Abendessen gebucht, das war eine leckere Tajine. Wenn man es traditionell gewürzt will, muss man das vermutlich sagen. Wir haben oft etwas langweilige Tajine bekommen, die für Touristen weniger stark gewürzt wurde.

Siendo 4 contamos con el Riad para nosotras, la atención de Touria fue excelente, muy atenta a nosotras aconsejándonos y facilitándonos todo. Ha sido una estancia muy aconsejable.

A bit claustrofobic, due to lack of windows in bedrooms and living rooms. Breakfast very gluten based....it would be nice with some fruits, eggs, something like that.

The property is really nice. Traditional Moroccan house with latest facilities. The location is excellent. In centre of everything. One direction you have Jamaa al Fna square and the other you have Bahia Palace. Food and shopping is everywhere Halima and Touria are brilliant hosts and went out of their way to help

Riad dans une impasse loin du bruit de la médina tout en étant à 7’ à pied de la place Jemma el Fna. Nous avons pris un tour organise de 3 jours sur les conseils de Touria et tout s’est bien passé. La dame qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner nous a tout préparé la veille pour que nous puissions prendre notre petit déjeuner avant de partir tôt. Belle terrasse même si nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter avec toutes nos visites. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. La propriétaire est super réactive et très gentille. Seul petit bémol s’il y avait vraiment quelque chose à ajouter. Quelques cafards dans la cuisine. Mais avec la température, cela n’étonne guère.

La estancia aquí fue perfecta en todos los sentidos. El riad era precioso, tal cual en las fotos con una azotea preciosa. Todo estaba muy limpio. Está a 5 mint de la plaza central y ubicado en la medina. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue siempre inmediata y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Nos ofreció ir a recogernos cerca de la medina a nuestra llegada para acompañarnos al Riad, fue muy amable en todo.

Hay dos baños en la estancia, uno en cada habitación con ducha y lava manos, pero solo uno de ellos tiene váter y está en la habitación de la planta de arriba al cual hay q acceder subiendo unas escaleras y atravesando la habitación. (Esto lo digo para que lo tenga en cuenta una persona con movilidad reducida)

The dust and the humidity which I am strongly allergic to so it was difficult for me. I could not sleep downstairs, but my daughter slept in the room without any issues. The bathroom downstairs was too dark so we didn't used it.

The Riad was very comfortable and beautiful. The a/c was perfect during the hot weather and the owner was very accommodating. They were very kind to make the breakfast at 6:30am in the morning to suit our early departure.

A nossa estadia no riad foi maravilhosa. As instalações estavam limpas e equipadas com tudo o que precisávamos para nos sentirmos confortáveis e autónomas. O ambiente era acolhedor. Os pequenos-almoços foram bons, sempre frescos e variados, perfeitos para começar o dia com energia. Um agradecimento especial à *Halyma* , cuja ajuda foi incansável e essencial — sempre disponível e prestável que tornou a nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Recomendamos vivamente!

Very helpful owner and staff. Great location - close to central locations (just be mindful of directions in the narrow streets!!!) Very clean Riad. Just one suggestion - post the actual name of the Riad. That will be very helpful when answering the immigration officer on where you are staying. Apart from that, great experience. Thanks

Very good location, impeccable accommodation, responsive host. We asked for scrambled eggs for breakfast and the host bought eggs especially for us.

There is no tv transmission, but for us it was not a big problem. the offer for a taxi from the location to the train station of 20 euros is too high.

Beautiful apartment in a great location in the Medina. Friendly staff to welcome us and show us to the riad. Nice breakfast prepared by Halima. Lovely rooftop terrace to have a cup of tea at the end of the day.

Shower head was broken where it attaches to the wall so you had to hold it while showering. Small inconvenience but otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful, spacious riad in the heart of the medina. Halima was very friendly and despite the language barrier we could understand each other with the help of a translator app. The owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to our messages. Riad was spotless clean, theres everything you need for a comfortable stay including a cot bed for our 1,5 year old daughter. We would highly recommend it to anyone: couples, families and even solo travellers. Thank you for a lovely short stay!

The only one downside was that there is just one working AC in one room and in the riad was super hot during our stay.

The size and beds were comfy. The location was 5mins walk to Djemaa el Fna, many eating places.

Everything was fantastic! Halima was over the top, taking really good care of us, buying and delivering by night some paracetamol for my poor sick kid. Also, we asked for a couscous to be cooked for us and it turned to be the best meal of our entire trip. Highly recommended

Very well renewed and decorated. Amazing bed, pillow and linen quality, we slept really well. The Riad is very calm. The rooftop terrace and possibilities to close the rooftop window is an amazing addition, we loved that.

The reliability of the house aid was not great. She is very kind and accommodating, but significantly late on agreed time for events.

This is a wonderful, spacious and modern riad in a quiet part of the center city (Medina). The location is fantastic. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a rooftop, and a full kitchen. The host, Halima, met us and showed us the neighborhood. Her morning breakfasts were delicious and generous. Price is VERY reasonable, given location and amenities.

Host speaks French and Arabic. She was kind and patient with English speakers. If you don't speak the local language, just bring your translation app! This is a great stay.
